Fantastic experience: I found out about this store through my bariatric surgery team, two years ago, and I have to say that this staff goes above & beyond for their customers! Unlike other nutrition stores, they don't push you to buy something that you don't want or need, and they take the time to answer your questions, and make recommendations for your individual needs. Thanks to their help, I managed to keep my weight loss stable, and my protein intake at its peak!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure about this website as they’re are so many scammer websites but I did see a phone number and decided to just go ahead and call and I’m so grateful I did! I spoke with a gentlemen named Tyler and he is a small business owner. Super friendly , super helpful. My order shipped within the next 24 hours after I placed also received tracking. I highly recommend ordering from them! they also pack everything very well!! I don’t mind paying the extra on shipping when it’s been packed so nice!!

Negative experience: This set up to meet Seth Feroce is ridiculous. You have this man walk back and forth then you have people walk back and forth and stand out in this heat. Standing outside the store and we can’t go in yet due to the vips first then you have the general admission go in after which is no big deal. All that is going in and out of this store are the workers and homecoming queens. Would go a lot faster if he was still under the tent. This is ridiculous and poor crowd control. Get it together and stop getting tickets out of order Thanks for the response but this is not entirely true. How do you make someone feel comfortable taking him back and forth 5 times!!! It was flowing a lot faster when he was under the tent the first 2 times. However I felt bad for people that actually paid for the vip tickets. They got screwed! Why bc you all were more worried about the homecoming queens coming down and taking a picture with Seth while the vips were once pushed back AGAIN!! The kicker too was the guy managing you alls front door! He opens the door and asks people are you here to shop or see Seth. Their response was to shop. Which pushed the other 2 vips back that were waiting still to go in. The lady behind me even said then we are here to shop too. We were general admission! However we met Seth before hand in Fenton, Missouri. Seth stood outside and talked to every single one of us. He’s a very down right humble man and will speak up if he’s not comfortable. With that said to make him feel comfortable in the tent, then maybe you all should have turned the fan on while he was there. Instead you all kicked everyone out of line that wasn’t vip. Then the back and forth started. Well if he didn’t mind walking back and forth you all should of left him at the tent with the fan on. Your store is way to small to handle someone as big as him with a huge diehard following. You could tell he felt rushed bc he said picture instantly, he did not do that to anyone in Fenton!!

The reason the meet-and-greet with Seth Feroce was held inside the store was to help keep him comfortable. We asked Seth to make a quick stop at the tent before heading inside so our volunteers could remain at the outside portion of the event, helping reduce confusion and keeping everything running smoothly. Seth very graciously agreed and had no issue walking to the tent and then back to the store. Unfortunately, the flow did not go exactly as planned due to some confusion at the check-in table, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your day.
Our goal was to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone while also taking Seth’s comfort and preparation into account. We’ll absolutely review your feedback to improve our crowd flow for future events. We’re grateful you came out to support and hope to see you again at a future event.

Fantastic experience: Excellent to buy from. Been trying to find Alana cotton candy for a month in the stores found it here and three days later it was delivered to my house by ups .great job of packaging all arrived damage free ,you can tell they took extra care in packaging. Fantastic experience: Great service I highly recommend Nutrition HQ I personally inquire ghost energy drinks for my personal taste the best thing is that they get the latest before other retailers that supposedly say they get them first for example GNC and there not so average customer service from personal experience I can't infatuate the great service that you will get from the second you go to there website im actually buying a case of the new ghost iced tea energy drink as we speak but I need to go to the bathroom so I am forced to stop this review ask for Tyler and once again Nutrition HQ go there NOW!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love ordering from NHQ. Damon is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always has the customer in mind. My orders are processed quickly and always on time. I cannot recommend NHQ online ordering enough even from hours away.
Fantastic experience: They're a great store the owner was awesome and knew where everything I asked for was and then he laid out what you get for what your paying and offered samples of stuff to try in case I wasn't sure of something.
