During the pandemic I was like everybody else gained weight and was very frustrated with myself, I ended up going to physicians weight loss and have never been more happy! Gina took me under her wing and because of her guidance and my want to, I lost 30 lbs! I was so happy with my weight loss I ended up working for the company as I have so much faith in them! Everyone from Gina, Alana, and Renee are the sweetest people that will help you get to the goal that you want to be at! Fantastic experience: I do not use this venue to either disapprove or praise a business, but this one deserves a few lines. As anyone knows trying to loose weight is a challenge. We have trouble realizing what excess weight can to our bodies. The decision, once made, to start a program that will take all your strength and willpower requires the help of professionals. Gina and Karla are a team you will like from your first visit. The warmth and positive encouragement will make your journey easy and is done with a personal touch not found in many businesses today. It is a long process but with their upbeat personalities the journey will not be so tough. It has been eight months since I started at 252 pounds. As of December 10 I am 195 pounds. Gina has kept me motivated even when I left FL. for the summer. Her tight reign and encouragements made each week easier to face. Returning to FL. in October,even after a month in the hospital, Gina and her new staff continued to give me all the tools I needed to achieve my goal. I am close to that goal, but it has not been easy. With a dedicated individual like Gina it has been easier to reach a weight I never expected to see in this lifetime.

Fantastic experience: I met the owner of this place at a class my daughter attended and she’s positive and friendly. Loves to help people reach their goals and works hard doing it. She’s fabulous. I’m going in to get an evaluation soon. I am actually reviewing to offset the poor review from the gentleman up there that wants a controlled substance to lose weight. Phentermine is only for use for a few weeks as it stops working after that. It’s for obese patients. 190 is not obese. Diet and exercise is what you need to lose weight, as you know because you gained it back again. You cannot rely on drugs to keep you losing weight. You are responsible for that. Your review should have been a 5 Star as they’re looking after your best interest. The side effects of this drug is not worth it. “Phentermine Classification - The promising fat-to-fit drug is classified as a Schedule IV drug — one of the most commonly abused worldwide.”

Negative experience: I normally don't write reviews but in this case I felt I needed to. With my weight slowly increasing to 210 pounds, I felt I need to take action for my health because I had just turned 40 and we all know the older you get the harder the weight is to take off. About 4 years ago I had reached an all time high of 225 pounds and was prescribed phentermine (at a weight loss clinic out of state) to help me curb my appetite and the results were astronomical. Within 3 months of taking phentemine I had lost about 40 pounds. So I knew that this product had worked and had rapid results with an active lifestyle and a change of eating habits. With my belt notch getting tighter seemed like a constant reminder that I was slowly getting heavier and needed to do something about it. My wife and I live in Mizner Park so I googled weight loss clinics near me and Physicians Weight Loss Center popped up. Located at 1952 NE 5th Avenue Boca Raton, I thought this was perfect considering it was right around the corner from where I live. I called to inquire about their programs and what they had to offer. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she insisted on coming in to discuss possible solutions. Upon arriving i filled out the paper work and mentioned to the nurse about my previous experience with phentermine and how I loved how fast the medication worked and that was the route I would like to take. She agreed and began to explain that the total cost would be 429.00 for the blood work, the EKG and a one month prescription to phentermine and I think 160.00 something to fill the prescription once I had run out. A little pricey from my previous experience (out of state) but I said to myself this is Boca and decided to give it a shot. Keep in mind everyone was very nice on this visit from the nurse who sold the weight loss package to the other nurse that took my weight, blood work and EKG. I was told the results for the blood work and EKG would take about a week to determine if I would even be healthy enough to take the medication. I thought It was a little strange that I never spoke to an actual doctor on this visit but I just shrugged it off and accepted that was the way they operated and that I would speak him/her upon my arrival to pick up my script. I paid my bill, said my goodbyes and off I went. One week later everything was a go. I called to see if my results were ok, and was told to stop in. Visit number 2 was very quick. I stopped in, gave the nurse my name, she handed me a little piece of paper with my prescription on it and was told the doctor was not in. Very strange at this point. How does a doctor write a script for someone they had never met??? On my way out I was told to call to the office to refill my medicine when I was running low. A month went by and during that time I had lost about 10 pounds. I never once had a weekly check in or chart or follow up weigh in that I had to do in the past at a previous clinic. Although was pretty happy with my results I was still not at the target weight I desired to be at. I want to be between 190 and 185. Instead of calling in my script I decided to stop in. A different nurse assisted this time she looked a little frazzled because it was a slightly busy at the time. She asked how she could help me, then took me into the back for a weigh in. I inquired about speaking to a doctor and I was told that the doctor was away for about a week. I asked if I should comeback when the doctor returns and she said "For What" . I said "so the doctor could fill my script". She began to tell me that the doctor would not fill my prescription because I weighed in at 198. I explained to her the weight I wanted to be at, and she went on suggesting about buying a different package. I told her that I wanted to continue with the phentermine because I knew the results. She said "No" and we parted ways. Please note that I am not mad about this ordeal, I just feel deceived. You shouldn't sell and promise some a product or result with no intention on coming through
