Negative experience: If they spent half as much on the gym instead of the security system that prevents members from getting in it might be decent. Should be a last resort choice.

Fantastic experience: Small, bare bones exercise facility. Not too crowded. Always open with provided access card.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I go early in the morning, and there are usually only 2 or 3 people there, so I can almost always get access to whatever machine or weights I want to use. Great selection of dumbbells and two squat racks. I dont particularly like the bench press bench, but it will just take some getting used to. Clean restroom. Clean environment overall.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym to go to after 1:00 a.m.

Positive experience: Signed up last week and still don't have any kind of membership card. The internet was down the other day so the kiosk didn't work. Was locked out and couldn't access the gym that I'm paying to use. Can't get in touch with anyone there. The three times I've been there , there's no one working in the gym. Minor league operations at best.

Negative experience: No personal to help you couldn't go in so I left and joined total fitness

Positive experience: Extremely disappointed in how this business is ran. My husband and I searched and SEARCHED for the best deal with them. We couldn’t do just one Premier membership because at the West location, they don’t allow guests, which is our preferred location, so we ended up signing up for 2 basic memberships. I called them 3 different times, speaking to 3 different people in order to get all of the information I could so that we could get the best deal possible. I didn’t want to waste my money. This was on a Friday. The next day, on Saturday, we both get emails asking us to complete signing up. We had already signed up last night, so I just disregarded the email. Two days later, on Monday, we both receive emails asking us to complete signing up and they’d waive the joining fee. Seriously? We had JUST paid $90 in joining fees three days before and now you offer to waive that? I contacted the manager and she informed me that there was nothing she could do. I feel EXTREMELY taken advantage of considering I spent HOURS on Friday to ensure I wouldn’t waste any money anywhere. Please proceed with caution if you intend on joining because they make take your money and then offer that money off a few days later and then say there’s nothing they can do about it. EDIT: Corporate reached out to me and refunded our joining fees. We appreciate them for taking their reviews from customers so seriously and making up for their mistakes. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed being able to utilize gym equipment, but were really off put by this situation. It’s safe to say that 10 Fitness redeemed themselves and, again, we really appreciate them taking the time to address and correct the situation.

Fantastic experience: The people that work at this facility are very nice, they do anything they can to make you feel comfortable and help you any way they can! I would definitely recommend anyone of my family to go here.

Fantastic experience: I just got done doing my meal preps one day and I was unable to scan my member number, so I called and the main office let me in! I was so relieved. And they had all the leg exercise machines that I needed to use at my convenience. The Little Rock location and had too many members hogging the leg workout machines. But Conway has the most considerate members. Just my experience lately.

Positive experience: Day one of visiting this facility while I am in the area for the next several months for business. Nonetheless Gym was fairly small compared to Metro gyms I attend in larger cities. I will take the substantial cleanliness on this gym over a larger facility any day. My only critique is lack of lubrication to the equipment. May we have someone to spray a few shots of WD40 on the machines please. Especially the preacher curl machine. While using this particular equipment it made a banshee screeching sound that Disturbed other members. I came to this facility for a quick pump, not to be possessed by demons. I discontinued after the first set. I really would appreciate it if this was addressed. 4 Stars

Fantastic experience: Every type of fitness equipment you could ever ask for, pleasant atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

Negative experience: The water isn’t cold, those small 4 oscillating fans do absolutely NOTHING, fix your AC! You have groups of 6 huddled around 1 machine, the machines aren’t lubricated properly and the machines get stuck. Fix your small space please and thank you

Positive experience: Good gym but they charge you for bringing a guest after staffed hours which is inconvenient seeing as though sometimes that's the only time I can workout

Negative experience: I don’t even know about their equipment. For all I know their equipment is excellent. However, it better be amazing because so far they have overcharged me twice, and have not contacted me a single time to set up my membership. So I have been unable to access the facility yet have been paying like I own a membership to a good gym like Conway regional. Terrible customer service. I was told there would be a signup charge and a monthly charge of something like $15 per month and I was lied to. I have now been charged the “signup fee” twice, and I “signed up” a month ago, and guess what? Still no contact about setting up a membership. I mean do the people there even know how to use a phone or an email account? I think not. So while I can’t speak to their gym equipment (because I haven’t even been able to enter the facility) I can speak to being out $100 for no reason. Oh and while signing up for your membership is incredibly easy and completely online, you have to actually go into the office and sign paperwork to get out of said membership. I picture little children running this facility.

Fantastic experience: Convenient place to work out close to home and has everything I need to get a good workout.

Positive experience: Small, but well cleaned. A little variety as far as equipment goes, but not too many problems from me!

Negative experience: Instead of finding a more reasonable way (or any way at all) to distinguish between bringing a guest and being polite to strangers, this location has decided to take the most logical route and charge $8 to anyone who so much as holds the door for the person behind them. This business is either a scam or ran by lazy management. Whichever it is, this seriously puts me off from ever wanting to give them my money and hopefully it would for any reasonable person too.

Positive experience: I like this facility. It's close to my house and has all the equipment I need. Some might complain for the lack of extensive free weights but you can hit all the major muscle groups and then some with the cable machines and limited offerings on free weights. It's like having your own personal gym because there aren't a lot of people that go to this gym at any given time.

Positive experience: Decent gym at a good price. Doesn't offer tons of equipment at this location but good for a quick workout.

Fantastic experience: This 10 Fitness location is great, it has everything you need for a good workout, but the best part is Mike the trainer. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helps every customer that comes in, he works hard at keeping the facility incredibly clean, and he's very good at keeping you motivated and keeps things from getting boring with a challenging variety of workouts. Mike is the trainer that dreams are made of.

Fantastic experience: Mike the Trainer is literally the greatest trainer to ever train trainees getting trained. He keeps the gym clean, and while he is there will help ANY customer with ANY problem. Will be returning for sure!

Positive experience: I come here all the time, the layout is nice and easy for a small gym however I'm not a big fan of the free-weight machine that was placed right in front of the free weights... but the equipment is nice and well kept.

Fantastic experience: I love it there and it's definitely way better then planet fitness. Good set up, great equipment and awesome staff.

Fantastic experience: Def an amazing gym. Has a bigger option(which even has a Womens only weight room) as well as a smaller more private gym option. I saw a review suggesting planet fitness other then 10 fitness and I highly disagree as the entire planet fitness franchise is twisted and stereotypical with a negative and inaccurate view on those dedicated to fitness while 10 fitness is welcoming and helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend 10 fitness. it even has flexible schedule and the check in system even has a fun rewarding point system for free things which can keep you motivated.
