Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Corey for almost three years now, and he truly is the best of the best in his field. I originally came to Dr. Corey with back pain that truly felt overwhelming, and I didn’t know how to fix it. He’s was the first person to ever take the time to educate me on what was going on and help me fix the problem. Each session, he does more than just treat symptoms, he helps me pinpoint the root causes of pain or instability in my body. I’m extremely grateful for all the knowledge he’s shared about recovery, including understanding the difference between functional and structural issues and providing incredibly effective exercises to take home. Since starting to see him, we’ve been able to move past my back pain and target other areas where I have issues. He was also the first person I ever trusted to adjust my neck. I used to feel a lot of anxiety about anyone working on that area, but Dr. Corey took the time to build trust and make me feel comfortable with the process. Now, if I need it, neck adjustments are a regular part of my visits, and I feel totally at ease in his care. Fantastic experience: I am a retired physician and feel compelled to make this post. I sustained a low back injury playing pickleball. This became severe sciatica-couldn’t sleep or sit comfortably. My PT suggested I see Dr Lichtman-I wasn’t sure if that would be worth it or not. I found him to be an excellent and seasoned sports medicine specialist. He diagnosed my ankle problem in less than 5 minutes after months of a wild goose chase where x-ray and ultrasound specialists couldn’t figure it out. If you want quality and results go see him, he is worth every penny. In late 2023 I herniated a disc in my low back. The pain was debilitating and effected my daily life. I struggled every day through the pain and had little to no results from other doctors and chiropractors. I fell into the common holes in our medical system. General care doctors wanted to either throw pain killers or surgery at me as an option. Other chiropractors felt like a sales pitch and wanted me to come daily for 5-10 min crack sessions that offered no long term results. Finally in late 2024 I met with Dr. Corey and he assessed my situation in detail. Based on the amount of time he invested with me during my first few visits I knew I was in the right place. He spent time working on the underlying causes of my pain. He spent over half an hour first treating the muscles with heat treatments and laser therapy. He helped me with proper stretches of my hamstrings (I never realized how tight hamstrings can really effect your lower back) then did targeted adjustments. After a few sessions with Dr. Corey I started to feel better but I was cautiously optimistic as I felt the pain might be one wrong move away from returning. From here we started building on the treatment plan and focusing on long term fixes like core strengthening. My results improved week over week to the point I have very little back issues. Something I would have thought impossible a year ago. I can't thank Dr. Corey enough for his treatment and guidance.

After struggling with a persistent knee issue that had me researching orthopedic surgeons, I finally decided to seek out Dr. Corye Lichtman to do whatever I could to avoid surgery. I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere (Danielle ;) when I walked into his office. Dr. Corey took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed my situation. His expertise in chiropractic care and sports injuries is evident in every treatment session. Fantastic experience: Dr Corey came highly recommended by a personal trainer and I can see why…I had a knee replacement which didn’t go well and the new knee was slightly too big so it felt like it was throwing my back out of whack. On my first visit we went over several options including a lift which has helped immensely. I felt like he has listened carefully and made several excellent suggestions and has also worked his magic on getting my back straightened out so that I stand straighter and taller without the lower back pain that was persistent for quite awhile. While I don’t know much about back problems Dr Corey definitely does!!! I would definitely reach out to his clinic in Solana Beach. Fantastic experience: As a student athlete I have been to many different doctors, physical therapists, etc. but have never had an experience that compares to Dr. Corey. I was originally referred to him by a friend and was treated like family instantly from my first visit which was in October of last year. Corey and Danielle are a great team and know exactly what they’re talking about. They know how to explain what’s wrong in ways that are understandable no matter what level of sports medicine you are able to comprehend. My senior season of high school football I pulled my hamstring and tried to play through the pain. He did muscle work on my shoulders, chest and neck, which were really tight and strained due to sitting at a computer/home office all day. Fantastic experience: Dr. Corey Lichtman is the best chiropractor I’ve ever seen in my entire life! I’ve been seeing chiropractors on a regular basis for over 50 years of my life. Why? Because every time I’ve gone into his office with a crooked back or painful neck (usually both )out of alignment sometimes my pain level would be a 9 from 1 to 10 being the most painful he would bring my pain level to a O. That’s not the case with others.Dr. Corey has the newest techniques with Lasers and the other gadgets that work. He is intuitive, caring, and excellent at what he does. Plus his office manager Danielle is the sweetest , Patient and kind loving presence. I am so grateful that he is my doctor. If you want the best look no further… I feel blessed that he is my doctor.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine referred Dr. Corey after I strained my hamstring due to over use (I’m an ultra marathon runner). Within 4 sessions the pain was gone. He identified the root cause of the strain and we’ve been working on strengthening the weak muscles to ensure it won’t happen again. I was back running pain free after 3 weeks of treatment and I know the work I’m doing with him will be paramount in keeping me injury free moving forward. Fun office environment and the most awesome receptionist! Highly recommend Dr. Corey for any and all injuries (not just back pain).

Fantastic experience: I was in a bad way when a pinched nerve had me virtually incapacitated. Dr. Corey took me form chronic to "good as new". By the way, this is not the first time that Dr. Corey helped me in this need. Dr. Corey does so much more than crack backs. He helps with the electric stimulation, and really spends a great deal of time making sure he solves the cause not just the symptom.

A friend told me about Dr. Corey, so I decided to go. I started feeling a difference after the first couple of treatments and he continued working on me with his expertise and now I am able to do everything without pain. I trust Dr. Corey so much that I brought my 96 year old mother who had broken her foot a year ago and she was still having pain walking on it. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Corey a few months ago for neck pain. I am a 68yr old retired R.N. I worked for 42yrs, but had to retire after I had a cervical fusion c5-6 c6-7 5yrs ago. I was anxious after I started having symptoms in that area again. When I look for someone to treat me I read reviews and Dr .Corey had great reviews, but they seemed to be from young athletes so I wasn't convinced we would be a good fit. I went to an "introductory offer" with a different office. They were heavy into selling me a program and sign ing a contract. No thank you. I called the nurse line for my insurance company and she recommended Dr Corey. I decided to give him a try and I am really glad I did. I"ll be honest, today I feel really good, some days not so much. I do feel like I am improving though. Dr Corey has me assess my pain everytime I go in the office. He listens to my concerns and truly tries to correct my issues. He prescribed specific exercises for me and follows up to see if I am having any problems with them. I feel very comfortable discussing problems with him and I feel like he really listens. His adjustments are very gentle. If you are having any orthopedic pain anywhere I suggest giving him a call. He has helped my neck, my shoulder, my low back and my left knee. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Corey for years and he has always treated each visit like it was my first. Every adjustment and treatment is tailored to my current situation. Recently I went in for a debilitating pain in my shoulder and he performed a miracle. After his thorough analysis he figured out the pain was coming from my lat muscle and treated it with a number of methods. That’s what I love about him... he assessed the situation and applied all of his knowledge in chiropractic and other current state of the art technologies.

Fantastic experience: I started playing soccer again about four years ago for the first time in 30 years. I'm in my late 40s. I was playing on a Sunday indoor soccer league and ended up tearing my left calf three times. I was trying to figure out why it was happening. Through this process I went to a "specialist" within my health care company and the only advice he gave me was to ice massage it. I knew there had to be a better way to rehab and avoid or minimize these tears. Fortunately, I met Dr. Corey at a business meetup and when one of these calf tears happened I went to him for physical therapy. It was eye opening. Using several techniques and a few visits he was able to rehab my calf. He also gave me instructions for different exercises to do in order to strengthen the calf. I've spent alot of time figuring out how to properly warm up as to avoid continued injuries and they have been fewer. Over the last year I've been playing soccer three days a week and only had a couple minor calf issues. One just happened a month ago on my right calf, so I went to see Dr. Corey for five sessions to get back to normal. If you have any muscular issues (or back issues...he is a chiropractor) I highly recommend you go see Dr. Corey. Not only is he great at what he does, he has a great attitude and is a pleasure to be around.

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Dr Lichtman for close to 5 years now, and even though I’ve moved almost 30 minutes away, he’s been the best money spent after a long work day, when returning from traveling, or for general maintenance (especially for helping my soreness after the gym). Not only is Dr Lichtman extremely knowledgeable of the body and understands proper adjustment methods, but he’s also personable and just an all around great guy. I’m a professional photographer and have to sometimes work 10-16 hour shifts - because of that, I’ve gotten all sorts of injuries. Between dislocated ribs and rotator cuff tears, I’ve had them all. Between alternative therapies and Dr Corey’s adjustment techniques and anatomical counseling, he has been able to help me recover from from all of my injuries. I’ve been to over a half dozen chiropractors in San Diego he is by far my favorite!

Fantastic experience: Love this practice. Would definitely recommend for both solving chronic issues and offering preventative solutions for long term health. I came in for a severely pinched nerve in my neck that has been plaguing me for years. He is very consultative in his approach and doesn’t just treat the symptoms. I’m seeing positive results and like that he has a plan not just for easing the pain but for getting the whole area healthy. My husband also came in for a wrist issue and Dr Corey was able to help diagnose the issue and identify that his issue required a surgical solution. We both plan on taking advantage of Dr Corey’s sports medicine skills and incorporate the stretching /foam roller and other guidelines to help keep us healthy as we age and try to maintain our healthy active lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Dr Corey Lichtman is AWESOME!! He has sorted out my severe sprained ankle issues that have been plaguing me for over 6 years. I had been to other chiropractors, physical therapists, etc but had no relief until I started going to Dr Corey. He is also helping me with a neck and shoulder issue that started in my wrist. He has great personality and sense of humor that all come in handy with his care for his patients. He is in tune with his patients and seems to know what they need before they do. Fantastic experience: There's so many things to say about Dr. Corey and his practice. He's always been so different from the traditional chiropractor in how he approaches things. He thinks outside the box- with his treatment style, and all the different techniques he has to make you feel better. I've been seeing him for years but recently I had tremendous lower back/sciatic pain that I've never had before. I went straight to Dr. Corey and can honestly say I feel back to 98% in 3.5 weeks. He cares about his patients and that truly shows in all that he does. He will take the time to get to know you and I promise you that you will not be disappointed from the second you walk in his office. Selay his assistant/front desk is awesome and they make a GREAT team. If you're lucky enough to be treated by Dr. Corey then you know that you're not gonna meet a more genuine person who loves what he does and is truly AWESOME at it.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Dr. Corey for a couple years now and he is the best. He's more than just chiropractor. Besides helping me with my back and neck he has also fixed a serious shoulder issue of mine that wouldn't go away. Currently he is helping me through my achilles injury and I feel great. He is my go to guy for any injury or discomfort. He's truly an expert in his field and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience every time I've been here.Easily the best doctor I have been too, not too mention the chiropractic care he provides. Dr. Corey helped identify the root issues affecting my back and neck, then developed a plan of treatment that has actually worked, this after at least a year of going through doctors and orthopedic surgeons. The results have been dramatic, now my adjustments hold longer, the physical therapy has started to strengthen my supporting muscles, I can think clearer, and sleep better, without and surgery that other doctors told me I would need. I could barely walk before I came here, now I feel my hips and shoulders lining up and I'm able to walk and hike without any pain.
