Fantastic experience: So grateful for Rachel's knowledge in nutrition. I had tried mutiple times to lose my inflammation and belly fat with no success. I reached out to her and she was so gracious and willing to help. Its very clear she knows her stuff & loves what she does. I followed her 5 week mini cut and loss 8lbs in 4 weeks. She taught me so much about what I should actually be eating and what was causing me to be so fluffy. Thank you so much Rachel you really set me on a path for success. Fantastic experience: I enrolled in one of Rachel’s 5 week mini cuts last Sept 2024 before my 40th bday! I have always been very active, but wanted to lose 10 vanity pounds for my bday beach vacation. Let me tell you, my goal then, and what I received was well beyond what I expected. I have learned how to meal prep in a way that is quick, easy, and makes sense. It doesn’t leave me hungry and I can and do still eat carbs! I’ve learned to prioritize protein without be afraid it will make me “bulky”. It’s challenged me to strength train more than endless cardio (resulting in less time needed in the gym). I’ve been able to sustain this lifestyle for 8 months now and the results in my lab work at the doctor’s office, my energy, my focus and my strength have improved exponentially.
Fantastic experience: Nothing I tried worked until Rachel! I am not someone that easily gains or loses weight. But with my two pregnancies, I gained 20 pounds each. I was not one of the lucky ones that lost any weight while breast-feeding and if I tried to cut my calories while breast-feeding, I lost my supply. So I decided my babies came first and didn’t try anything extreme until after I was done. I tried intermittent fasting, keto, Whole 30 eating, cardio intense work outs, and nothing worked for me. I tried for a year on my own, and when nothing seemed to work, I decided to seek out the help of a professional. In four months, I lost 25 pounds with the help from Rachel. She didn’t change my workouts. I continue to work out three times a week for 30 minutes. She helped me learn how to feed my body the correct way. I only have 15 pounds left and I cannot thank her enough for helping me get my body back after bringing two beautiful boys into the world.
Fantastic experience: I met Rachel at a time where I had given up on the possibility of getting healthy again. I felt like the medical system had failed me. I was tracking macros, strength training regularly, but with my hectic work schedule, consistency was the biggest challenge and the weight was yo-yo-ing. A friend recommended her meal plans and I thought that I really had nothing to lose. Not only was meal prep time reasonable and easy, but the meals were never boring and quite delicious! Having a set meal plan for the week has helped me tremendously with consistency. My weight is coming off easily and quickly and I dont feel deprived. In fact, I feel like I'm eating more than I ever have before! Not to mention that I got to meet this incredibly inspiring woman who really wants to see you succeed and feel confident - a real positive light. I am currently at the lowest weight I have been in the past 4-5 years and I've accomplished this in 3 months with Rachel's meal plan. I also love how she keeps consistently individualizing my plan based on my progress each month. Suffice it to say, this woman has taught me so much. She is surely changing my life for the better whether she realizes how impactful that is or not! So grateful to her.

Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommend Rachel’s program. I had plateaued in my fitness and tried this program. I lost body fat and improved my body composition while eating more food than I ever have. There is more to this program than nutrition though. Rachel’s leadership and the group format was so valuable to me in examining habits and thoughts that were holding me back. Nothing but positive results mentally and physically for me.
Fantastic experience: I was sweating bullets about NOT looking good at my wedding. I am dedicated to working out, but could NOT discipline myself To the food portion (which really is 90% of the battle). I suck at cooking and I am a business owner with an INSANE schedule... so I just couldn’t get it down! Long story short; I went to a spin class at The Union, met Rachel and just fell in love with her energy and commitment to positivity and life (which is odd, bc I have a tough time “buying in” to others)....Not to mention she looks the part of every woman, you EVER wanna be! Fantastic experience: I am 63 years old and a professional dieter my whole life. I thought I knew everything about nutrition and losing weight after years of yo-yo dieting, and boy was I wrong. I have done weight watchers, Jenny Craig, the high protein diet, you name it I have done it. This LIFESTYLE that Rachel has us on is seriously the key and so rich with a lot of food and information about what our bodies do and go through. I am blown away at all that I have learned about my body and what it needs nutritionally. This is something that is lacking in all other programs out there. I have been so satiated at all times and never hungry that is for sure. Rachel is real, loving, and accepting in all things. She has been easily reachable at all times and present. I love knowing what my body is doing internally through the body scans as well. I have lost 22 pounds, and numerous inches in 9 weeks so far, and let me tell you, I have never achieved that great of success in any other plan out there that I have been on. I would give her and this program a 10 if I could!!

Fantastic experience: This program has totally worked for me! Both times I have done the program I have lost about 10% of my weight, which was where I wanted to be. I am encouraged to eat healthier and prepare my food. Rachel constantly works on adding new recipes, that get better and better. Rachel is motivating and enlightening. She will do everything in her power to help you be successful. Fantastic experience: This program is exactly what I was looking for. I knew I needed to support my body with a healthy diet but I had a hard time getting started. I needed the support designing meal plans with appropriate macros. Rachel’s meal plans save me tons of time and I don’t have to worry about doing it correctly. Fantastic experience: Rachel's program is one that is approachable and workable for anyone who is motivated. Her meal plans incorporate real foods that stimulate fat burning while utilizing macros in a way that your energy stays high while your appetite is easily suppressed. This is not a program you "white knuckle" through to get results----it is a lifestyle moving toward a healthy relationship with food and healthy body composition. Results are fantastic, but it is not just a "losing pounds" program. There is something for everyone---if you want to drop body fat, but maintain your current weight, if you want to learn how to develop and work healthy meal plans, if you want to work toward a fitness goal and support that with a sound nutritional program---all of this can be achieved with her plan. There is ample support in the form of weekly phone calls, body scans that give you "real results" and a Facebook group of fellow program goers that keeps you motivated. Fantastic experience: I had been wanting to do Lifestyle Design for a long time and finally... It. Was. Time. I was increasing my activity but still not having great results by doing it myself. Rachel offers so much more than just meal plans. I love the accountability, the phone calls, the check ins, the body scans, not to mention her recipes and her personality. She pays attention to your results and really cares about helping others achieve their goals. She has a holistic, educational and fun approach, and by the end of the 12 weeks it actually feels kind of easy. Never thought I would say that! I absolutely would recommend this program to anyone who is not having the success they desire by doing it alone.

Fantastic experience: My goals were how to improve muscle mass, as I was approaching the golden age of 60! The most important point that Rachel stressed was to feed your body with clean fresh foods, to insure peak performance long after your work out. I became more award of the balance of nutrition for performance, in my day to day activities. As always we are human and maybe the food selection at a meal may not have been a good choice, but I would allow my self to get back on track, and start fresh! Rachel's words echo daily, of why it is so important to be the best that I can possibly be, your health is a gift so enjoy it. If you want the goal of health, just do it!

Fantastic experience: Rachel's nutritional meal plan has been a life saver for my husband. He works 14-16 hours most days & without her plan, he would be eating unhealthy. Rachel's plan is so EASY to follow. She provides the menu for the week, the recipes & a shopping list. She has nutrition down to a science. It's 100% clean eating, no preservatives, no sugars or whites. The recipes are SO good too!
