He provided clear, helpful modifications and corrections, which made me feel confident I was doing the exercises correctly. Highly recommended his expertise.

Fantastic experience: Taylor has done an amazing job with this gym and the additions that he has brought to the community with the pickle ball courts, golf simulator, hall rental space, and the wellness area. I recently had personal training sessions with Alex Wolford and he is amazing. He will tailor your workouts to your specific needs and any injuries or conditions you may have to be sure to not add further injury. He is motivating and makes the personal training sessions fun. Alex is also leading some of the classes up at Fit Physique now and I can't wait to join them now that my training sessions are over to keep up on my progress. Thank you Fit Physique!

I personally use the 24 hour membership and love the ability to scan in and out at whatever times fit my schedule best. Taylor, the owner, leads a variety of engaging exercise classes, bringing a personal touch and expertise to the atmosphere. Everyone that I’ve spoke to raves about the exercise class and when he offers new classes they can quickly fill up. Alongside the classes, the gym offers personal training with customized workout plans tailored to individual goals, ensuring every member receives focused attention and guidance. With a welcoming vibe and a diverse range of services, Fit Physique is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to get fit and stay motivated.

Best decision I’ve ever made was to join a group workout, led by Taylor. Being in a group, I definitely push myself harder. The gym has everything you need, and also offers other workout classes & tanning. People of all ages attend the gym. If you are skeptical, visit Taylor to help you out!

The atmosphere is great, it's clean, always being updated with new equipment and the staff is very helpful with personal training and even just great motivators. Also love seeing the interaction with the customers with their monthly challenges and things like that.

Very clean, affordable, conveniently located in town, open 24 hours, offer classes to keep you motivated as well as personal training. Taylor, the owner is encouraging and always willing to help out and answer any questions. This gym also offers a golf simulator, tanning, massages, and more. If you are looking to become stronger, healthier, and boost your confidence then this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: If you haven’t been to Fit Physique I recommend it! I have worked out on and off at Fit Physique since they opened. Every time I come back from college they have made awesome changes to the facility! They have a wonderful and welcoming staff that keeps the building clean and ready for everyone! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The gym itself is wonderful but all the other amenities are amazing too! I have tanned here and have gotten my nails done by Karla! Love this place!:)
