Fantastic experience: I initially saw Dr. Sean for bad stomach pain and the program he put me on had me feeling significantly better very quickly! Afterwards, I did a comprehensive evaluation to work on some chronic issues, and I continue to see improvements in my energy levels, digestion, and nervous system regulation. The center has a healing vibe with kind staff. I have since also tried acupuncture, PEMF and Braintap, all of which always leave me feeling great, and better than when I came in. Negative experience: Experienced ongoing phone and general communication issues with this provider, including a missed and delayed appointment with lack of flexibility for communication with email or text. I was also charged for a session not attended due to the provider's lateness instead of rescheduling.After repeated, unsuccessful attempts to resolve these issues, I finally chose to seek care elsewhere for another provider as no proper response or resolution was received from this provider.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience !!! I have a shoulder pain for weeks and after two sessions with Dr Sean the pain diminish significantly , he is very knowledgeable and all staff at the wellness center is very kind and helpful , and are many options to heal your body.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder pain for 22 years every single day. I needed Tylenol at least 3 days per week. After seeing Dr. Sean in only 3 visits the pain was gone. My range of motion is 80 percent better. I go to the gym and work out hard everyday and lifting heavy is now pain free. My shoulder would pop all of the time. I highly recommend seeing him for any issue you have. He will uncover the root cause of any issue and help you find a solution. He has a wealth of knowledge and the staff are professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jocelyn Flay, is very professional and friendly. She made a treatment plan for my back pain, and after the first session, I began to feel better. I have been receiving treatment only twice, and I already can swim without enduring pain for my first 10 minutes, which I was having in the past. I recommend Dr. Flay to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Sean specifically for the pain in my lower back, which included sciatica nerve pain. With nutritional guidance, shockwave therapy and other treatments, the pain in my lower back has become more of a sensation than pain and the sciatica nerve pain is gone. In addition my energy has increased substantially. Dr. Sean is great and I have been feeling great since being treated by him.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Sean with a few ailments. The top one on my list was my right dominant hand was in pain, weak and fatigued from repetitive use. I need my hands in general but the pain was interfering with my ultrasound job. After a few changes to my diet (I had no idea I had food sensitivity) my post nasal drip is gone. And a few sessions of shock wave therapy, along with acupuncture from Dr. Flay. My right hand feels waaaaaay better,and my grip is a lot stronger. I've tried so many different medications and therapies and nothing has worked, so far this is! Negative experience: I saw Dr. Sean for about five months to address ongoing gut issues and anxiety/nervous system dysregulation. I was initially drawn to his holistic approach and wanted to share my experience for others considering this practice. First, it’s worth noting that Dr. Sean uses applied kinesiology. While I’m not here to discredit it since some individuals find it helpful, I think it’s important for potential clients to be aware of this modality, as it may not resonate with everyone. My main challenge was with aspects of Dr. Sean’s approach and communication style. Although I sought support for stress and anxiety, I sometimes left sessions feeling more unsettled. Techniques such as 4-7-8 breathing and EFT tapping were emphasized heavily. While I respect that these are valuable tools, I often felt that my preferences or concerns about certain methods weren’t fully heard, and that there wasn’t much room for flexibility in the treatment approach. Some suggestions also felt difficult to implement realistically. For example, I was advised to follow a low FODMAP diet and limit protein sources to chicken and turkey, which I did. However, I was later encouraged to buy pasture-raised options. While I understand the health reasoning behind this, it simply wasn't financially viable for me (and for most people), and the suggestion was repeated even after I voiced my budget constraints. Cost was a consistent source of stress. I often felt nudged toward additional treatments, even though I was already committed to regular appointments and ongoing supplement purchases. When I mentioned my financial limitations, I was met with a personal story intended to inspire, but it left me feeling a bit dismissed rather than supported. In terms of results, I did notice some improvement during my time there. However, I also ended up with leftover bottles of supplements due to frequent changes in the protocol, which felt overwhelming. After consulting with other practioners, I learned that overloading on supplements can be as ineffective and dangerous as over-medicating, as the body can only absorb so much. And after I switched to a different practioner and completed a stool test, I learned that my gut issue was different from what I had previously been told by Dr. Sean. Ultimately, while I believe Dr. Sean cares deeply about his patients and many may find his methods helpful, the experience wasn’t the right fit for me personally.

Fantastic experience: I feel so much better since I started coming here! Dr. Sean is an excellent doctor, all of the people here go the extra mile and they care about your health and wellbeing. I highly recommend Nutritional Wellness Center!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sean Insberg compiled a herb regimen for my dog for high liver enzymes. He looked over his diet and within a few months he had levels that were just about normal from 500s to 127! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! My pup is doing so much better!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Sean and truly believe he can help no matter what your ailments are. He doesn't just ask what's wrong. He asks questions to find out why these things are happening, where they're coming from, and when they started. He's not about putting on bandaids and sending you on your way. He goes back to the beginning of your problems and then shows you what you need to do to fix it. He also has a great bedside manner. You can tell that he really cares. He doesn't hurry you along when you're talking with him. And he's very reassuring when answering your questions and confident that he can help you. He comes up with an individualized program and, if you follow it, you will get better. After decades of drinking alcohol, my gallbladder and liver needed a LOT of help getting back on track. He's also helped me with frequent headaches and migraines. And not just physical afflictions, but my nervous system being in a constant state of "fight or flight" for an extended period of time from deep-rooted trauma has given me severe anxiety. Dr. Sean has worked with me through NET, acupuncture, and other ways to help me cope with my traumas, lessen my anxiety, and retrain my brain and body to be able to rest better to further my healing beyond just nutrition. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sean and his staff at Nutrional Wellness Center. The only thing I regret is not coming to him sooner than I did.

Fantastic experience: I came to find Nutritional Wellness Center because going to my regular doctor was getting nowhere and finding no solutions. But with Dr Sean I feel like there is more hope, and a plan to start feeling better. He listens to your symptoms and comes up with a plan to try and get to the bottom of things. Fantastic experience: I have only been going to the nutritional wellness center for a few weeks and I already see a huge change! I’ve been doing everything and going to every doctor for all types of issues for 10 years for parasites, stress/nervous system, pain, anxiety, bloating, stomach issues, etc. within 3 weeks my inflammation has gone so much I’m a size smaller in my pants ! Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Personal, knowledgeable and experienced service providers for total health and nutrition. No problem too big or too small! Services include nutrition, acupuncture, reiki, theta, functional and Chinese medicine providers. I came in for diverticulitis, allergy and chronic sinus infections plus diabetes. I feel great now, no more pain or inflammation from the diverticulosis . Those issues resolved rather quickly with the proper treatment. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Sean for a nutrional assessment on 3/31/23 at a time in my life where I had hit a low point in which I was extremely depressed, felt lost, and was not able to function at my job or in life in general. During the initial nutrition assessment, Dr. Sean was extremely thorough and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. He gave me suggestions that I could implement right away before my follow-up appointment. At the initial follow-up appointment, Dr. Sean thoroughly reviewed my results, answered all questions I had, and developed a treatment plan to address my underlying needs and concerns.
