Fantastic experience: I have nothing but awesome things to say about Dr. Palmer and her staff at Happy Healthy You! Both of my kids see her and I recently (today) started to see her again. Not sure why I ever left to begin with. She has always been absolutely amazing with my high functioning autistic son and my 20 year old daughter still sees her and loves her! Dr. Palmer is sweet, funny, empathetic, and doesn’t rush through anything. That’s what I love the most. She will listen to everything you have to say without making you feel like you need to “hurry up”. Her staff is also amazing and super friendly and my kids and I love the bright colors in every room of the building! Makes it feel like you’re not even at the doctors. ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience with Dr Palmer's office and I have been thoroughly impressed. The office staff talked me through an INS change issue for my children, as well as allowing me the time it takes to coordinate that process. Everyone on staff was cheerful and attentive. Dr Palmer herself is friendly, approachable, respectful and clearly well intentioned. As new patients, my family was very happy with the care received and look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Palmer’s is amazing I’ve been her patient for about three decades. I’ve taken my mother, my children and grandchildren to this office For, a healthy recovery and care. If you’re searching for adoctor who’s knowledgeable who has a bedside manner who cares about you as a person this is who you need To schedule an appointment with, a beautiful soul inside and out.

Fantastic experience: Dr Palmer and staff are always so amazing and take the time to listen what you need. When I'm sick, they can fit me into their schedule to help me get better. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. Waited over a hour to be told it’s another hour wait. My neice said her whole life it’s always been at least a 3 hour wait to be seen. Poorly ran if you are waiting mire then 30 minutes. I will never take her back to that place. I switched her doctor as soon as we walked out the door to an office more considerate of peoples time and health.

Positive experience: Wait times are very excessive. This place really needs to figure out a better system. I have consistently had times where I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Palmer. Dr. Palmer is amazing and very personable and would recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor. I believe once this place figures out the logistics of appointment times so patients do not have to wait excessive times, it will be significantly better!

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend Dr Palmer. She is very kind and caring. She takes her time with me and listens to my concerns. Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing since she was a baby always have a pleasant visit from the ladies at front desk to nurses and dr.paulmer last month we saw a new Dr. On staff she was lovely as well. When ever I call I get a return call fast. All the nurses and staff are polite and make you feel like they care

Negative experience: It sucks because I love Dr. Palmer as a doctor, her service is great but the office itself is too much to deal with i had enough. No one ever answers the phone, voicemails aren't returned. just too much of a hassle. and i get it is a private practice (one doctor) but I feel like she's overbooked or something. i am always waiting an hour AFTER my appointment time until i am actually seen. One time I called FOUR times in one day to schedule an appointment not ONE time did someone pick up. I then asked for my shot records for my job? And I was sent over incorrect records, I am so frustrated with this office for their lack of organization. Again the nurses are a big help and trying their best but I honestly unfortunately would not recommend this office at all. I am considering taking legal action for the run around and incorrect files, etc. this office has great potential but unfortunately my experience has not been the best, over the last few years.

Negative experience: They have never ONCE answered my calls and they don’t call me back to inform me of important information with my medicine, and this has happened on multiple occasions. I’ve had many problems with them and how they seem to not care about the well-being of their patients unless they just have a problem with me. The staff is always super sweet in person but if you are a person who needs regular medication do NOT go here unless you want to be jumping through hoops and driving all over just to get your daily medicine because they surely will not contact you back to help. The only way I’ve been able to retrieve my medicine in these situations is through leaving them voicemails, hoping they will do whatever they’re supposed to behind the scenes, and calling the pharmacy’s myself. Even at that point there is not much you can do but wait for them to contact the pharmacy if they have made a mistake (but they don’t respond so I’m left to pick up the pieces myself and it’s extremely frustrating). I’ve had countless experiences like this over the years and it’s exhausting as a young person with mental health issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr Palmer very cordial n puts you at ease. Very approachable and patient w/patient questions. Works w/patients with interacting their treatment(s). Very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I have tried to avoid Drs most of my adult life (not a big fan) but I was referred to Dr. Palmer and I couldn’t be happier!! They’ve made me feel so welcome and cared for. Thanks to Dr Palmer and staff the vibe is friendly and uplifting. I’ve noticed people said the wait time was an issue for them. There is sometimes a wait but it’s soo worth it. She takes her time with each patient and thoroughly listens not like other doctors offices where they just churn ya through. She really listens and addresses every and all issues. She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny and caring. I’m so thankful I found her. My whole family LOVES Dr Palmer!! She’s great with kids and adults. She deserves 10 stars

Negative experience: Yeah… going to have to agree with Dove and Keith who left previous voicemails. It looks like the office staff don’t answer voicemails anymore when you need prescriptions? Finding good help is hard nowadays. I can wait 2 hours for good service. But when you can’t even get your prescriptions? And it’s been 2 months and you’re still calling and no response? Yeah…..the Dr. may be great and all, but her office staff will drag her in the gutters. No dr office can survive with poor management. And it sounds like the Office Manager (OM) needs to be fired. Especially since I’m the 3rd person talking about it. Simply unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I have been Dr Palmers Patient for over 20 years. She is the best in the business and really cares about her patients. The office staff is the best and always ready to assist you with anything you need.

Negative experience: If I could give a negative 5 star review I certainly would. Palmer is the worst doctor I have ever came in contact with....... does not know how to medically observe or even simply monitor a patient. Failed to diagnose a VERY serious condition or even respond to a patient's call.... A Dr like this should not to practicing...... Please everyone choose wisely and research the Dr first!!! THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE I CAN GIVE!

Negative experience: Dr. Palmer is rude, classless, crass and inept of first-class customer service. We waited over 2 hours before being seen all because she did not have updated insurance information which could have easily been vetted previously by the office staff if they knew the right questions to ask the insurance company. Apparently, the office staff was on the phone with the insurance company for over an hour trying to verify the information. I made one 5-minute phone call to the insurance and they were able to verify and provide the new information which I then relayed to the office staff. Dr. Palmer was unapologetic and very discourteous. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disgust and disdain by a medical professional. The first thing Dr. Palmer should have said was, "Mr. Smith I understand that you gave us incorrect information however, I do apologize for the extremely long wait. Is there anything we can do to make your visit here more comfortable, etc. etc?" At no point did Dr. Palmer come out to the waiting area to see about us and offer any relief for the 2 hour wait. Dr. Palmer lacks the human decency, empathy and social intelligence skills required by modern medical professionals, especially the kind of skills needed to help patients and families during the current national crisis we are in. Dr. Palmer does not deserve 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Doctor Palmer! I’m sad I only got to be under her care for a month. I am moving out of state and wish I could take her with me! She genuinely cares and I never once felt rushed. She has done so much for me in this short time and has really put my mind at ease. I would even consider traveling to see her. She’s got the best personality and is very down to earth. I can’t say enough good things about her. The staff is friendly and I felt at home and genuinely cared for. She’s one of a kind. Good doctors are hard to come by these days. A very pleasurable experience!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever been to. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Has everything equipped to make access to care as simple as possible (like having a phlebotomist on site to take blood, so you don’t need to drive to quest or lapcorp). My whole family loves Dr Palmer!

Fantastic experience: Absolute best experience I have ever had at a physicians office. The staff (Gina, Leah, and the rest of the team) were so friendly and kind to me. They talked to me and treated me like as if I was family. Extremely clean clinic and absolutely love the colors and energy of the office. Been to so many offices with dreary, depressing colors on the wall but not any Happy Healthy You, it is vibrant and uplifting just like the team. Dr. Palmer was fantastic. She was extremely thorough, respectful of my time, caring and addressed my issue with education. I cannot be any happier with the service that was given to me any Happy Healthy You. I recommend them to everyone for any doctor needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Palmer is the BEST. She was my doctor for YEARS! I even stayed with her when i moved 30 mins away. When she left the practice I went to, I found a doctor closer to home. I really liked that doctor. Unfortunately, she left private practice. The doctor I have now is nice bit I don't have the relationship woth him that I have/had with Dr. Palmer. Recently, I experienced a medical issue (that I am still trying to completely stabilize). When this happened I really missed Dr. Palmer. I looked her up and I am OVERJOYED to have found her...AND she ACCEPTS my insurance. I have an appointment in early December. It is still a 30 minute drive...but I don't even care about that.
