I am so glad she is back! She is always in such a fun mood, she is such a believer in the product & has everything stocked up. I was able to come here and grab her some healthy, protein packed meals, which takes the pressure off me as her cook. Mara was wonderful and so helpful. Not only are they making GOOD food fast and accessible, but they are creative and thoughtful in their recipes, which in my opinion makes them the superior choice when using a prepared meal company! Fantastic experience: Fit Flavors has changed my life! As a strength coach, getting meals in is hard at times. Fit Flavors offers many options with their meals. I have never found one that doesn't hit the spot! With the fall menu coming out I highly recommend getting in and trying the new options to get your fall taste, and still stay on track with your goals.

Fantastic experience: I love fit flavors! Since I've been back using them my A1C is back within normal range & I'm losing weight & feeling so much better! Its easy to order online & my deliveries are always on time! I hate fish & seafood & can barely force myself to eat canned tuna ... but I just tried the salmon burger & OMG it is fantastic! Hoping Jilian never takes it off the menu lol!

Fantastic experience: Went in Monday night at the end of the day to get all stocked up for the week, and the staff was so sweet and helpful even right before closing time! ✨ I got everything I needed and more. Love all of the new delicious meals on the updated menu! So yummy. Can’t wait to go back!

Positive experience: I can appreciate the healthier eating and the ease of these meals. The big problem I have is the high cost verses the actual meal content. Example: I spent $14 on the Bruschetta Steak Pasta. The container was full of low cost thin pasta, 3tiny grape tomatoes and DRUMROLL please—- FOUR tiny 1X1” thin thin sliced pieces of beef. Six bites of protein for $14. No wonder you’re located in the $$ side of town. Shame. **I am stunned at the Owner Response. Wowza. That was Not the OZ inside the meal I purchased. You might want to take some of that profit and buy some new scales. Sad sad response.

Fantastic experience: Tried it for first time just to see what it was all about. The meals we ordered exceded our expectations. The Thai peanut chicken was perfectly tender served with rice and veggies which were done to a perfect texture. My only suggestion would be to consider the power of your microwave as I needed to cook an extra minute (3 minutes total).

She walked me through all the meals and showed me where the expiration dates were in explained a lot of things to me. I love your food so far. My son is doing it also and he's the one who told me about you. He's getting his delivered to his house but I think I'm going to be picking mine up at the location. Thumbs up to St Peters.

Positive experience: I am not happy with their pricing and points program. Not only is it insanely expensive, it feels like you have to spend thousands of dollars just to earn enough points to give you a discount. I've probably purchased at least 20 meals and it has still not been enough to receive a single discount. If I am supporting your business, you should give me more incentives to continue doing so.

Positive experience: The lemon shrimp pasta is good, but it would be better if you removed the cheese, I'm lactose intolerance.

Fantastic experience: The meals and bulk items are delicious. I enjoy preparing my own meals but Fit Flavors helps for a busy week or having a handy fresh meal when you just don't feel like cooking. Also, if you haven't listened to the Taking Ownership podcast series by Jillian and Cid...do it. Great podcast for a walk or your morning coffee. Glad to find a local place like Fit Flavors.

Negative experience: Food tastes terrible no flavor and they will just throw a huge breast of chicken (flavorless) on anything that says chicken not worth the money

Negative experience: I placed an order for delivery of multiple items. One of them was the Lentil Stew. As opposed to the photo on the website, my container was just half full. It did not have anywhere near the amount of products like the picture. I thought something was off when I saw it and because compared to the other items, it even felt light. Further, now I see that it was taken off the menu in the last few days. I suspect that the store did not have enough of the product to begin with and thought they could get by with sending a half full container to me. I should have been contacted to substitute another item up to standards than try and get this past me. That would have been the correct step to take.

Fantastic experience: They have some pretty good food. Great for when you’re on a time crunch, or if you run out of meal prep and need a quick healthy meal. Ingredients taste fresh, and the nutrients are well balanced. My favorite meal so far is the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. I’ve only had 4 meals and will definitely be trying more.

Fantastic experience: I am an 53 year chronic pain sufferer. I like to use natural holistic health approaches in my daily fitness lifestyle. They have an amazing menu for anyone looking to make progress in the gym or to just eat healthy. Timely deliveries to downtown St. Louis and A+ quality on the steaks. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The Steak meals are great! I've never been a big fan of Turkey but the chicken with rice or fajitas are really good. They cook every day now so meals are always very fresh.

Negative experience: I used to love this place until it seems they went through a change of management or ownership. After that happened, my food was awful the next few times I ordered. Won't be back. Pretty sure half of these reviews are fake.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! Met the owner a couple times. He is super down to earth and is really passionate about the products they provide. My favorite meal is the steak and potatoes. It is cooked right so when you heat it up it is not dried out. This is my meal prep place of choice when I travel here.

They will modify my food how I like it (Im on a low sodium diet), meet my dietary and taste demands, they offer me a cash back program to help me stay on track, they dont over season my food, and I can order bulk portions if I’m going out of town and need to prep my meals. Angela and Rhonda always welcome me by name when I walk in, which is a plus for me on the service side. All around a great experience. I’ll be back for sure.

Negative experience: Menu seems to be based on a 1980's 'low fat' philosophy. Carbs are pretty high for every item. This might be a good choice for people who can't cook at all or need help with portion control. Otherwise the food was bland and mostly uninspiring. For example I had the steak enchilada and neither me, nor my wife could tell if it was chicken or steak. It seemed more like chicken but there wasn't enough meat to be sure. There was easily twice as many peppers as there was meat and almost no cheese or sauce.

Fantastic experience: Matt and his team recently catered our advisory board meeting at work, and did an absolutely phenomenal job. He worked with us to create a flavorful, healthy menu at a very affordable price point. Whether you use their more traditional healthy entrees for a quick lunch or dinner, or contract with them for a larger crowd, you will be pleased. We had lots of compliments on the meal!
