Fantastic experience: You won’t regret joining this gym. I have had gym memberships over the years and gone a few times and never went back. This is the first one I have joined, stuck with and I keep going back to week after week. It’s actually been over two years now. I look forward to each day and literally plan my calendar around “gym days”. As a matter of fact, we’re looking for a new home and any potential home has to be within driving distance of this gym. The instructors are amazing and such a positive influence. They're wonderful at making you feel like you can do anything, even when you’re convinced you can’t. I look forward to each class with equal amounts of dread and anticipation, and end each class feeling exhausted and amazing. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, any size, any age.

Positive experience: Been a member for a year, enjoyed the class for the most part. The ladies I met and shared the journey with are the best part. That being said, after a year I have decided to try other things. Unfortunately, after a year with the gym, “Fitsmart” won’t release you without a certified letter. You’re told to read the contract. I wrote my letter to cancel today. I’ve heard some people have gone through months trying to cancel. I would think with all the “life coaching“ done in class the gym would support a less scam like program and back their members. SMH ‍♀️ do better by people.

Fantastic experience: Our child has been participating in Butin Biks Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu classes for the past 4 years. We have seen her grow in strength, endurance and discipline!! We are so thankful that we found this class! Instead of ballet and cheerleading, we are giving her a firm foundation that will stay with her into adulthood. The peace of mind is so important to me that when we are not there to protect her, she will be able to protect her self in some way. Everyday she grows better and stronger because of the dedicated instruction and hands on training. We love that every thing is earned and nothing is handed to her! If you are looking for a class to grow your child physically, emotionally and spiritually this is the class for you!

Fantastic experience: My children and I have been training at Butin Bik Combat Sports for nearly 4 years now. I love training with them. Thomas and Sophie are making great strides in their skills. I have no doubt they are prepared to defend themselves against any bully and would stand a reasonable chance of escaping a predator. The coaches are true patriots that love our nation. I appreciate their no nonsense environment and their conservative values. Life is tough. They let children know that winning in every aspect in life is important. If you or your child is a snowflake, you will not enjoy this place. If you want to strangle the weakness out of yourself and your children, this is the place for you. The coaches will push you to meet your goals! I’m so grateful to be part of this gym.

Fantastic experience: THE best gym I have ever been a part of ! My children went there. My oldest is now almost 30, disciplined and excelling in a career in the military. My youngest is almost 20 and in her sophomore year in college, disciplined enough to do mostly classes online and excel! Their after school program is amazing. They keep those kids right in line and ALL of them will become better adults because of it. I was there for approximately 6 years as an adult and I’m better because of it! Stefan and Andi and their instructors are simply the best! We love them!

Negative experience: Absolutely not a place for children. The instructors are cold towards them, and have no business teaching kids. Severely lacking in maturity.

Negative experience: I would say this is more of an “after school program” over a Martial arts academy. 45 kids to 1 instructor. That’s right I counted. 45 kids all at once. Not much one on one time. Took a month for them to figure out my daughter was left handed. And they kept correcting her stance until she finally told them “I’m left handed”. Again if you’re looking for somewhere to put your kid for an hour or two after work it might be a good place. The one redeeming quality is Jeremy and Stephen are incredibly nice.

Fantastic experience: This is an Amazing gym run by the owners that care! They offer programs and classes for everyone - Develop your fighting skills or work on your health - body and mind. This is a group workout setting that keeps you motivated and challenged. There is a strong sense of community and peer support. A strong focus is on youth development through their after school program. You will not be dissapointed at this family owned and operated gym. They are a jewel of our community. Thank you for all that you do! I disagree with Negative reviews. Perhaps discipline, hard work, and commitment were interpreted in the wrong way. There is a reason the gym is alway packed! Some will just always complain.

Fantastic experience: I started the fitness program 16 weeks ago. I was wanting weight loss, strength training and a way to work out from frustrations. I was intimidated walking in the door, as I thought it would be an all masculine, pumped up, sweating boxing place. But I was surprised to find a lot of women my age 50s of all shapes and sizes, there for the same reasons. It is a very clean gym with coaches (I had mostly Jeromy) that are tough but understanding and will modify anything to work around any issues you may have but still get a great workout! They start basics and work you into advanced kick boxing moves. I have made several friends and have a lot of respect for Stefan and his trainers. Any of the negative reviews left here, have got to be from super sensitive people that want their children to live without self motivation and respect. The after school program, is a wonderful experience given to the kids! They care about them and help with homework till it's time for their class to begin. They are tough, but this is a Discipline sport. You are taught disciple, but in a caring way. I can't say enough good about this place! If you are in any shape or age.... And I mean any age, the time start is now. I've lost 20 pounds and many inches and gained strength and self confidence! Thank you for your service!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have been to overall when it comes to children or adult martial art classes where the focus is on character and discipline over technique To where they're building true martial artists and not Menaces to Society.

Positive experience: I just started the weight loss challenge a few weeks ago and I know I have lost about four pounds just doing the workout. I cannot follow their diet perfectly, but clearly everything else I am doing is working great for me. The coaches are extremely helpful and you will get a workout in an hour like no other. I am a 61 year old diabetic with a few other issues who smoked for nearly forty years before I quit and I feel physically stronger and better now than I have in years.

Negative experience: Violent people. Get ready ,some RN teaches you, how to feed, parent and educate your child. Really rude and spooky looking lady works there. She yells at children for any thing, and I bet you, she has nothing to do with training or coaching,I am not sure she is licensed to do any of what she does . Children hate her. She ignores parents, you will stay there ,like a student ,waiting for her attention. The coach yells at children, intimidating them, humiliating them. I guess ,it’s a compensation for his disability- yes, he is disable and still teaching. Children peeing they’re pants ,so scared they are and not allowed to go to the bathroom. Children mostly sit, the warm up is ocasional . And some coaches smell bad, do not brush their teeth . The snack, they give to the children in after school program consisting of 3 baby carrots. I absolutely hated that place, and I have a martial art back ground. Some one should just close that place and finish they license. There is dog running around,right in training space. And yes-you will wait long to get any kind of refund,be careful ,reed contract before you sign.

Positive experience: Different workouts everyday, so different from a regular gym, most people there were there to lose weight or get in shape and I felt like I fit in and wasn't being judged. They gave us meal plans and motivating speeches. Not only did I lose weight while being there, I got stronger physically and was able to overcome my week willpower. I can't find any place like this since I've moved.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for their 16 week weight loss program a few years ago, and it changed my life. Lost over 50 pounds, got in great shape, and learned to eat healthy. The instructors were fantastic, and excellent motivators for all ages, gender, and abilities. I miss being able to go there since I moved away for work.

Negative experience: Before signing your children up please make sure you are ok with strangers parenting your children poorly. You MUST be a Christian or well let's just say you nor your children will feel comfortable. Also prepare yourself to do business with people who only care about money and do not ask for any kind of refund because that wouldn't be very Christian of you!! Plus this business owner is ALWAYS right.

Fantastic experience: First off, this is unlike any workout you have ever done. The 16 week fitness challenge is no joke! Stefan and his crew of coaches "will not" let you slack off at all. And if you try, they will definitely get in your face about it. Stefan is amazing and a person with many sides about him. Passionate about the training he provides and the heart of a lion. Kenny is tough! He's a rock solid fighter and coach and will push you to the edge every time. You can't give up when he is running the class. Jeremy is brutal!! He has fun making us work harder and harder every time. And his military background is perfect for beating us into shape! There is no easy time when you're on the mats. The other coaches are just as tough, although I haven't had the pleasure of being tortured by them yet. In 8 weeks, I've lost over 30 pounds with the Fit Smart challenge. This is the best program I've ever been involved in and I plan on sticking with it. Butin Bik is a family and I'm thankful to be a part of it! Thanks for the phenomenal experience!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! It is so inspiring and all the coaches are very good. I am older and it doesn’t stop me at all. I have back and knee problems but you can modify the exercises and work at your own pace. I highly recommend it.

They will push you to become the best you that you can be. Everyone that comes to the classes are very encouraging and will cheer you on when you need it the most. Fantastic experience: I have a love/hate relationship with this place. The workout are hardcore, you will be dripping with sweat, but when you finish you feel amazing, like you can accomplish anything. Thanks to all the great coaches and staff for the daily positive reinforcement!

Fantastic experience: As a business owner I can’t say enough good about this business my kids have been going there for four years both of them are now a straight a students very respectful they do wonderful things for the kids in the community around them and I cannot say enough about their adult classes. This is not the type of business you can judge by whether or not they answer their phone this is the type of place where you need to go in and see all the friendly faces and judge the training for yourself the owners are some of the friendliest people. no matter what people that don’t know them say on social media. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place, the program, the people or the instructors!! I’m so glad I found this program when I did. I had lost myself, my motivation and my drive. I started with the encouragement of my mom and husband, a little leery because I was joining by myself and wasn’t sure what to expect. And boy was I surprised! I met an amazing group who was striving for the same thing as me, to better themselves, a group who encouraged each other, instructors who pushed you to do your absolute best and put your all in. I found myself and a strength that I forgot I had. I don’t know what I’d do without my morning crew. I look forward to every class and don’t dread “having” to workout. It’s something that I get to do and enjoy immensely, even when I’m in a puddle on the floor. You get out what you put into it. You won’t regret the decision to join! 13 months in and still loving it!

Fantastic experience: We have going to this gym for a couple of years now. My 10 yr old son has been doing MMA for several years here and thoroughly enjoys it. It’s great exercise for him and we love the fact that it also doubles for after school care during the school yr. I personally have been taking the cardio kick boxing class for a year and a half now and still love it. My husband does jiu jitsu twice a week as well. The staff and volunteers that work here are all wonderful and very willing to help where needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or anyone wanting to get their kids involved in a good athletic sport.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad my family found this gym to attend. The owners are great. My Child attends the after school program. She has learned vital organs and bones. She has learned about loyalty, respect and honor. She has learned how to defend herself and stand up to bullying. She enjoys the games they get to play like mancala, dodgeball, and the sock game. She gets her homework done which is great and if she doesn't have any she can choose a book to read and one of those books can be the Bible. She gets a healthy snack after school and now my very picky eater asks for carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower and broccoli as a parent I couldn't be happier! My Child has straight A's and is very respectful. She has learned to work in a group with others. The owners treat each child as their own and when my child lost a loved one they were there for her with extra love. My Child has never had a babysitter. Has never been left with anyone other than family other than school. So to allow my child to go on the van after school and to the gym was huge for myself and husband. After meeting the owners we were sure we could trust them with our one and only child. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have lost 25 lb in the past 13 weeks of the 16 week challenge. I will give that credit to the owners and trainers of Butin Bik. I am 59 years old an have NEVER in my life been totally comfortable walking into a gym. That has forever changed! I have found a home at Butin Bik! Do yourself a favour and jump into the next 16 week challenge that they offer. I had been carrying that extra weight for YEARS. I'm STAYING!

Negative experience: Make sure you read the contract carefully. If you change your mind, you only have three days to cancel. Otherwise you lose your down payment and the withdrawals will continue. I tried to cancel because the times are limited and difficult for me to make due to my work schedule without success. Also,, there are no weekend classes.

Fantastic experience: I started with them in 2010. It's more than just a gym. Stefan and Andi have become like family. They teach you about fitness and about having the right positive and strong mental attitude. I have been blessed to have them help change my life and others. I can't wait for my grandson to be big enough to participate in the kids class. I highly recommend them.

I started their 16Week fitness challenge back in July, as of posting this on my 8th week I have lost a little over 30 lbs. the coaches are all great and work to improve everyone. The meal plans provided (not mandatory) are great and I highly recommend following them! I haven't felt so great and healthy before. This has become a complete lifestyle change for me and I love coming to this gym everyday!
