Negative experience: We had a VIP package that we won at an auction and we were a party of 4 and just as one of our guests was going to finish up her services they told us that there was a member who wanted to use the facial room as well and that they put their members before anyone so the member would have to go before our guest. How ridiculous we would’ve had to wait an hour before we could finish our service

Fantastic experience: Planet Beach in Kingwood is one of my favorite places to go. They have some great services but the Hotworx is my absolute favorite. If you want to get a great workout in while sweating your butt off, this is definitely the place. I highly recommend it.

After a few months, I started trying the HOTWORX programs and now I am addicted. One of my favorites is the Hydration Station. Planet Beach is a place where you will get individual attention and they really care about you and your health. Prices are super reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Love Planet Beach - Kingwood! My mother in law and I go a lot and love all the different services. I really love the Hydro-Derma Fusion pod, Red Light Therapy, and the automated massage table. All of the services are automated so I get the comfort of undress with out someone in the room as well. They are locally owned and operated by the best people ever and their staff is just as great. So if you are stressed or fatigued, go spend a day at Beach.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. The atmosphere is calming and healing. I'm grateful to the new owner-Gena and their genuine goal to be kind and caring to those in search of working on themselves. I feel encouraged to choose myself each time I enter Planet Beach in Kingwood. I got to try out the Hydromassage for the normal 20 minutes and it was lovely. The pricing is fair, however they still offer promotions and opportunities to save even more!

Negative experience: Update: I babied the hell out of my spray tan and it literally lasted one day. I followed all the pre-tan and post-tan instructions. I’m so upset. Called for a last minute spray-tan appointment yesterday because I was in a jam and Gena was SO accommodating. She took me in right away and did an AMAZING job. She explained everything, was so professional, and taught me the best way to prolong the tan. I truly believe things like this were meant to be, and I’m so grateful it worked out and I met Gena. I’m SO happy with the way the tan spray tan turned out and Planet Beach has a customer for life when I come back to Kingwood!

Fantastic experience: Planet Beach is my happy place! I really want to gatekeep this spot nestled in Kingwood, but everyone (women and men!) deserves to treat themselves. I try to come every day before and after work and always look forward to it. All of the staff is wonderful, friendly, and best of all I never feel awkward or pressured when coming in or selecting services. I initially joined for the spa services, but Hotworx has been a great addition too! It's amazing how there is none to little soreness after a workout. I am so, so happy to be a Planet Beach member!

The red light therapy & hydro massage tables are very relaxing. I can’t wait to try the oxygen therapy, hydration pod & teeth whitening! I love that they allow any first-timers to try all the services out before deciding on a membership & the family discount is a huge savings!

Positive experience: I would love to give it a 5 star but just can't. I wanted to try out the tanning bed and was asking the worker if she could tell me how strong it is. She didn't know ( in her defense she just started working there a week or two weeks ago) anyways I was offered to do the 15 min so I did . ( I am used to go for like 30 min in other location so thinking 15 min will be safe! )No it wasn't i am sun burned and I am hurting. I called this place and wanted to speak to the owner. I recived a call right away. I was offerd a solution that might help so i tried it. It was a very nice service that i have recived to help me with my pain unforantly this didn't work. I am still in pain( Day 3) . Would i recommand this place? YES! Very friendly and helpful! I only wished i didn't had the sun burn ;/.

Positive experience: I really enjoy being a member at this location. The HotWorx saunas offer privacy with curtains and you also can use other spa services like the red light therapy, hydration machine, hydro massage and more! I get the most of my work out in less time doing HotWorx because of the 3D training (Heat, Infrared Energy & Exercise). They offer a wide variety of classes: Hot ISO, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Warrior, and a HIIT class: Hot Blast (cycle). I also love that this is very close to home, it's only a half a mile away. The only thing I can suggest is I would love if this location offered another HIIT class like Hot Row or Hot Thunder! :)

Fantastic experience: SO glad to have found this place 4 months ago. The red light therapy bed and hotworx infrared saunas are my usuals to get my days started off detoxed and energized. I feel great after leaving here and love all the other services offered as well. Everyone is so pleasant and they provide great customer service. It’s truly a gem.

Negative experience: My last review was removed not sure why.The equipment is great but the pricing is not clear advertised 14.95 but on arrival was told 25 and a 20 dollar deposit in addition so 45 dollars total which is still not to bad but could not pay cash wanted a credit card.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for planet beach, and when I went there, they were closed. Nobody even had the courtesy to call me to notify me that the place was closed. Very disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that Planet Beach specialized in safe and healthy ways for us to achive our wellness goals. Fantastic experience: I was invited by a friend of mine for a 'party' she hosted at Planet Beach. At first I was a bit skeptical about the machines and treatments, but after a few hours there, I joined! Outside of the services that Planet Beach offers, the staff is one of the main factors in me joining. I have only been to one other place (oddly enough my dentist office) in which I have encountered such a warm environment. Veronica is one of my favorite staff members and she has made every experience I've had relaxing and enjoyable. I feel comfortable, at home and catered to every time I have gone (which is usually 2 times a week). The employees are attentive and knowledgable of the products sold and the spa is always clean. I've truly enjoyed my experience and will continue my membership for a long time !

Fantastic experience: Love the new concept of the Planet Beach. Way better than it was 10 years ago. Love this location and the staff, they really know how to pamper a woman. They always can fit me in if I call same day for appointment. Inexpensive for all the things they offer.

Negative experience: The women at planet beach were awesome, but during my experience the older gentlemen claimed to be the owner was extremely disrespectful to his staff and this is why I didn't not sign up. The girls were still very nice after the fact of being degraded. Nice concept enjoyed the facial lighting but first time experience was awkward from the tension in the air that had nothing to do with me.

Fantastic experience: Planet Beach is amazing. I really enjoy the full hydration. I always feel so refreshed and my skin is soft and feels hydrated for days. The price is great and I'm able to go as many times as I want. I can utilize the full hydration, the UV tanning and massage chairs all in one day or do whatever my time allows. Planet Beach Kingwood provides a variety of great Spa options to fit your needs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Planet Beach Kingwood.
