Coming in after barely being able to walk after a 6 mile hike and being able to hike 20 mi after 10 treatments. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr paula for a few months now, I had a bad dirt bike accident that caused me to have two separated shoulders. She has been working with me to get back to race condition, working on stretching and mobility exercises along with chiropractic adjustments. She has me feeling 60 percent in two months, when I came in I was like at 30 percent. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for a few years now. I had suffered from horrible TMJ issues, back pain, and anxiety. I could not tell you the last time I had a TMJ headache and back pain is very minimal now (arthritis prevents it from being 100% painfree), but the adjustments do wonders! Positive experience: Dr. Paula Ruffin's chiropractic skills and knowledge are high which allow her to custom tailor her treatment of each patient, and her personality is kind and caring. I dislocated my shoulder and hyperextended my deltoid Memorial Day 2020 which caused my neck, shoulder muscles to seize up preventing any and all movement. Dr. Paula successfully performed the necessary manipulations to re-align me and allow me to heal correctly. I am back playing golf as though nothing had ever occurred. Fantastic experience: After seeing Dr. Ruffin for the past two months my daughters ear tubes fell out and hearing is 100% PERFECT! (Back story) at a very young age we noticed our daughter having difficulty hearing so we made an appt w ENT specialist and discovered fluid behind both ear drums. Tried some different tips/tricks, and allergy meds but nothing seemed to clear the fluid. We were unfortunately unaware at that time that chiropractic could help this situation, so we made the decision to have surgery to place ear tubes. Fast fwd 3 years later and the tubes were STILL in place. The dr explained that if they hadn’t fallen out at that amount of time normal procedure was to surgically remove them...So surgery to remove them happened. About 6 months or so went by when we noticed the same thing happening...diminished hearing, and again discovered fluid behind the ears. Once again, tried everything EXCEPT chiropractic and...nothing. As suggested by the doctors we made the decision to place a second set of ear tubes. This set of tubes were in for about a year or so with a few different infections during. After all of this we decided to have our daughter start seeing Dr. Ruffin. Only 2 months in and the ENT checkup showed BOTH tubes laying outside of the ear drum sitting in ear canal. The ear drum was completely healed over, and ZERO fluid behind the ears. Ear test showed perfect movement of ear drum, and absolutely perfect hearing. I’m now a firm believer that chiropractic helped cleared my daughters eustachian tubes and restored normal hearing.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Ruffin in January because of sudden, debilitating back pain. She was able to fit me in the next day after my initial contact and insurance referral. I felt welcome immediately. She is a doctor that truly cares for each of her patients on a personal level. After a couple of weeks of treatment, I was already feeling more mobile. Her dog Hudson is always anxious to greet me when I arrive and he has a calming, happy personality that helps the healing process. Because she has her dog in the office, it provided me with the opportunity to discuss some issues that I was having with one of my dogs receiving traditional veterinary care. He was not doing well, and potentially suffering liver failure. Dr. Ruffin referred me to a homeopathic specialist and also to the Milford Feed Mill to switch to the proper food for my dogs. My dog has made a full recovery. Because of the care that she provided me, I was more than confident to take my 13-year-old daughter to see her a couple of weeks ago when she sprained her back. She has had a few adjustments and is feeling like she is on the road to recovery. My daughter felt comfortable with Dr. Ruffin right away, and felt like she was caring for her the same way that she would her own daughter. I also mentioned to her that my 20-year-old son is suffering from depression. We have begun treatment with Metagenics supplements recommended by her. Thank you Dr. Ruffin for getting my family on the right path to healing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruffin helped me take on an extremely difficult case that I felt totally frustrated with and worried it would be with me for a life time. Fantastic experience: I LOVE Paula! She is so caring and truly cares about what you are feeling. She takes the time to find out what is exactly going on in your mental history so she knows she does exactly what you need! Her receptionist Richelle is always such a delight to see as well, they both are always so friendly and make you feel at home. Paula also brings in her beautiful golden retriever, Hudson. Who is the sweetest guy, he loves to come up and greet you to make you feel at home as well. I also went to Paula when I was pregnant, I was adjusted all through my pregnancy which is when I start seeing her, I came in 14 weeks pregnant and had the absolute worst migraines. Paula took the time to ask me everything and made me feel a lot better about being pregnant and being adjusted, months later I actually brought in my NEWBORN! Yes, my 3 week old baby. My baby would favor the left side and would never move her head to the right, after a couple adjustments she was perfect! It even helped her sleep better. I HIGHLY recommend this practice if you want someone who takes the time to get to know you, treats you like family and does one hell of a job in her chiropractic work! GO DR RUFFIN!

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this place each week for my adjustment! In fact, I look forward to it. Since day 1, I have always felt welcome and completely comfortable. Rochelle is always smiling and wonderful to chat with! Seeing it was my first time getting adjusted I was really nervous and heard bad stories about chiropracticers doing more harm than good, but I knew that was not the case here since Paula took the time to talk about my overall health, took x-rays and gave me tons of information about Chiropractic care. She even took a few days to evaluate my entire file before proceeding and just adjusting willy nilly. All of that is why I was comfortable with Paula adjusting me. My favorite part of everything is HUDSON!!! He is the most amazing dog. He loves everyone and he is there to help keep people calm and happy. Negative experience: First off I was very disappointed because I called the practice to ask questions before making an appointment and I was never told until I had already spent an hour at the practice that I would not be receiving an adjustment that day. It took over an hour to watch a very pointless video, go over health history and do X-rays at which point I was told okay come back later this week we're not doing an adjustment today because it takes time to develop x-rays. It is 2017 most chiropractors office develop x-rays immediately and do an adjustment the first day I feel that this was just an attempt to get a second copay out of me. Also I was not informed that using my credit card I would be charged a fee for doing so again this should have been information provided to me when I called to inquire about the practice. I wish I had had an opportunity to go elsewhere before spending over an hour there with my 11 month old daughter. Also it is not this is not a veterinarian's office, there was a huge dog at the practice that the doctor just allowed to come in this very teeny tiny exam room with me and my 11 month old daughter. What if we had had a dog allergy? I had to ask for the dog to be removed as there was not room for me, the doctor, the very large dog and my baby in a stroller. This is just very unprofessional and had I not already spent over an hour going over the history and doing x-rays I would not be returning but at this point I feel I've already put in so much time I might as well go back to get an adjustment which is going to be a week after my initial appointment. Very unprofessional, I'm very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I hobbled into Dr. Ruffin's office, after being told by my general practitioner that I needed to see an endocrinologist, an orthopedic surgeon, and a neurologist. I decided to try a chiropractor with a holistic approach first. Thank Goodness! I have been treated at New Hudson Chiropractic Clinic for 2 months, and I am doing significantly better today. Dr. Ruffin's approach is so much more comprehensive than that of traditional medicine, and I feel confident that she has done more for my health in two months than my GP did in six months. Her knowledge concerning the treatment of fibromyalgia is excellent, and I am certain that I am in the best place possible.
