Positive experience: The people who work there can be a bit rude. But the store is wonderful! So many different things!

Fantastic experience: I am so late in writing this review but the team at this clinic is amazing! I went there for my very severe sciatica pain during my pregnancy and Dr Ricker not only fixed that but helped in making strong pelvic muscle for an easy and smooth normal delivery. I can’t thank her and other member in her team enough! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jennifer and her team was amazing! I completed my first visit with them. Dr took her time with exam and informed me about what’s going on with my body and came up with treatment plan. I felt relief right after the adjustment and soft tissue massage by her assistant. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here in my 3rd trimester of my pregnancy but I wish I started sooner! Dr. Ricker is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients health and wellness! I even saw her postpartum and my brought in my newborn! I will continue to see Dr. Ricker as needed. I also started getting massages in my 3rd trimester from Alexis. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have received many massages in my life from many different places around the world, ranging anywhere between $60-$500/per hr. I have never felt more relaxed than I do from working with Alexis, even better than a massage Oceanside in Hawaii. The facility isn’t the newest but it is clean and I love the oil diffusers she always has going. I feel Alexis not only relaxes me but also works on and/or heals any issues I am having. I struggle with turning my mind off, even when getting a massage. But Alexis sends my mind to another dimension with those scalp massages. I am so present here and forget about everything else, which is so so hard to do. I started booking weekly massages throughout pregnancy and post partum. I plan to continue to see her weekly all throughout maternity leave. It may be a little hard to come in so often once I get back to work but I will definitely make an effort because it is so so worth it! Thank you Alexis!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the clinic for the first time earlier this year, I felt like I was truly being holistically cared for by a team of incredible women+ who understand health care! The front desk staff are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their display board, which includes happy birthdays each month to every patient, recipes and meals, health tips, and beautiful art, feels like something you'd find in a family home. Dr. Ricker and Mercedes, who I see for chiropractor and bodywork, are an epic team who are unlikel any chiropractor/LMP I've ever worked with. Gail Clevenger, my incredible acupuncture practitioner, works in tandem to provide care that aligns with both my Dr. Ricker and my naturopath. In short, this is the best health care I've received in Snohomish County, certainly in the region. Check them out!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ricker is kind and thorough and goes above and beyond to help get to the root cause of the issue and shares lots of tips to try. Valerie at the front desk is friendly and super helpful. One of the best perks about coming here for chiropractic care, is the soft tissue work done by Mercedes after your adjustment. It is quick relaxing massage to leave you feeling good.

Fantastic experience: I am in my second round of seeking treatment for a whiplash injury, and I have seen a lot of practitioners and care centers throughout my time of finding care in the last eight years. There is no match for this place— Dr. Ricker is so well-rounded, intelligent, and kind, and will do everything she can to make sure you are seen and cared for. All of the massage and soft tissue practitioners are friendly and caring, and the staff are warm and kind. It’s a small place, but a group that is very well-rounded, and you can tell they are taken care of so much that they can offer an abundance of care to their clients. They have helped me heal through many uncomfortable & painful times; I’m so happy to be in their care, and I would recommend this center to anyone who asked— injured or not!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Ricker for more than 14 years. Dr. Ricker has helped me through a really rough time in my life before and after my auto accident. I’m not sure how I would have gotten through it with out her. I have had a lot of massages from different massage therapists at her clinic and they were the best I have ever had from anywhere. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. Thanks to all of the folks at the Health and Wellness Clinic.

Fantastic experience: They are super nice and friendly. They do a great job of making you feel warm inside when welcomed. I have had a half dozen chiropractor sessions with Jennifer followed by a 10 minute massage with Mercedes and one 60 minute massage with Camille. Jennifer was very gentle when I hurt my back and gave me great advice. MERCEDES blew my mind, she did the most for me in those 10 minutes. I wish she did 60 minute massages! The massages with Camille, however, left a lot to be desired. I will not be booking another massage with her.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Ricker and her staff. I started seeing her when I was 5-6 months pregnant. She helped me to stay mobile when ligament plain threatened to cripple me. Fantastic experience: Dr Ricker is an extremely talented chiropractor. She does a very thorough job at assessing patients each visit. She performs soft tissue work before each adjustment to loosen up the muscle before she adjusts you. When my psoas muscle was extremely tight, she took the time to show me stretches to do daily and it’s been helpful. Her adjustments are all manual and gentle. If you’re hesitant to see a chiropractor, put your trust in her!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Ricker is kind, thorough and mindful in all of her treatment methods. From injury recovery, pre and post-natal treatments, and infant to toddler Milestone development, our family it's very thankful that we found her.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Health and Wellness Clinic for over 8 years. I have always gotten great service and more importantly thoughtful and through care. I see Dr. Richer for my neck issue which I was told 6 years ago I needed surgery for by two doctors. I have also seen Dr. Richer for knee and back issues--and it never fails to help. Chiropractic care keeps me healthy, active, and out of the surgery room. I would and do recommend this clinic to anyone without reservation (and I have to my mom, children and best friend). In the past, I have also had wonderful massages from a variety of therapists there.

So I am having my 2nd child now and I am still visiting Dr. Jennifer. Dr. jennifer is such an amazing person and always I can trust her. Even her staff Valerie is so efficient and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Jenni is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever encountered. The way she holistically treats the whole body is unique and effective.

Negative experience: I came in to have a massage done and I gave specific instructions about where my issues are and he started giving me a massage on my lower body on top of this sheet The whole time gave me a massage on top of the sheet and the sheet was rough so hurt if I wanted a massage from the top of the sheet I will go to Chinatown I’m disappointed and in pain still . I come here now because I want to but because I’m in pain and I want a relief and it did not give me a relief .

Negative experience: I couldn't tell you about the skill set because I was rushed off the phone. The Chiropractor here came highly recommended from a friend, however I'll never know due the very abrupt end to my conversation with the receptionist which I found rude and I'm not even a customer yet. Glad I dodged this bullet! Had pass on this horrible display of customer service! I can only assume the rest of the staff is like this if the receptionist is....

Everyone is kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. My whole family sees Dr. Ricker, and I've had massage and acupuncture here as well. It's a nicely integrated team. I regularly recommend my pregnant clients to see Dr. Ricker.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ricker is absolutely amazing. She really listens to you, pays attention to your problem areas, and uses several different modalities to treat you. She has great recommendations for care at home. I'm especially enjoying being able to move my neck again after her adjustment yesterday! Hands down, best chiropractor I've ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ricker is a phenomenal Chiropractor. She has been working on some current and long term issues my daughters experienced. She is very thorough with her explanation and makes sure we are all in agreement on the work being performed. Of course, she goes beyond this sort of work, suggesting nutrition, exercise and “well being” behaviors that improve results. The staff are very welcoming. An overall great experience and would highly recommend.

She has spent time getting to know me and my needs so well that I trust her explicitly and actually count her as a good friend. We have since moved south of Seattle and I still drive all the way to Edmonds to see her because there is no one better.

Fantastic experience: Since becoming a patient at THAWC in Edmonds, WA, I have seen marked improvement in my overall posture and health. The health professionals at THAWC have done an outstanding job helping me with my muscle and bone issues as a 55-year-old patient with Crohn's disease and Type II Diabetes. Dr. Ricker (Chiropractor) and Camille Knight (Licensed Massage Therapist) have both contributed to my health and wellness and I can highly recommend them both. Fantastic experience: This is an awesome clinic! Dr. RIikker.is a hands on chiropracter - no weird little machine as in some other clinics. She knows her stuff; she's very intuitive, well informed and I'm fortunate to have found her. This clinic offers several massage therapists, so it's not too difficult to get an appointment with one of them. And there is a variety of practicioners from acupuncture and auyurvedic to a nutrition counselor. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, the staff are friendly, well-informed and helpful.

Fantastic experience: They keep me walking and in good health. Dr. R gets me to the point I am pain free and moving well. I couldn't survive without them! The massages are a wonderful way to maintain or treat your body. There is a sense of caring and wholeness about the services they offer.

I was so pleasantly surprised with how effective the care is and how much it actually helps my body. I'm a regular and I've referred many friends and co-workers to Dr. Ricker. Negative experience: Only go if you like to get billed for care that was not done. Absolute worst health provider experience ever. "Dr." Ricker is a fraud.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ricker is amazing! I was always afraid of chiropractic and what they might do, but she does such a great job of explaining everything and making you feel comfortable. She really took her time listening to all of my needs and set up a treatment plan that worked for me. The massage therapists are the best the I have ever seen!!! No joking. No matter when I call or try and schedule I always know I will be in good hands. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for all around amazing care! They know what they are talking about and you don't just feel like you are walking into an assembly line of patients waiting to get "cracked".
