Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area and called numerous times to get an appointment with no answer and I almost gave up but I was having a reunion coming up and wanted to look my best so I persisted until I was able to speak with someone and obtain an appointment. When I arrived today I was greeted by a wonderful person named Cindy and I told her the situation. She explained that they have been having trouble with their phone system and she felt terrible regarding the situation. As a former business owner myself I was concerned that the service might not be top notch due to my difficulties however that was absolutely not the case! I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. Melissa performed my service and gave me a tour of the facility. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and very professional. I was thrilled with my appointment and definitely plan on returning and making them my place of health and beauty. Thank you again ladies for the warm welcome and excellent service. And to any customer who may have called during this time don’t give up because they do an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: I don't often go out of my way to leave a review unless I've encountered exceptionally poor service, but in this case I had to take a moment to recognize the EXCEPTIONAL service and care I have received by Melissa & team at Purefico. Two years or so ago, I discovered Purefico in my quest to learn more about Biote. I was immediately impressed by the amount of time and attention they gave to understand me, my body, and find root causes of the issues I was having. I was impressed by the screen and how much they dig into your body chemistry to ensure dosages are accurate and healthy for you to discover your best self. Not only that, but they follow through on each and every visit to ensure you are staying healthy and feeling good - and if not, time to dig in again. I moved away from the area a year ago, but was back in the area for a very small window. I scheduled a full day of appointments at various places back to back to address multiple needs while in town. Purefico was more than accommodating in the initial scheduling last minute, but I had one appointment earlier in the day run way behind throwing off ALL of the appoints later in the day. Purefico was my last of the day, so I called to just let them know I wouldn't be able to make it. However, II did want to grab my vitamins so I dropped by to pick those up and when I arrived, I found that they had set me up anyway, quickly did my hormone replacement and got me on my way. I was blown away by this. It was not only completely unexpected (and likely extremely inconvenient for them) but unbelievably appreciated and I think that this is the kind of service that only happens when you marry quality care, solid ethics and truly good human beings. So if you want to be cared for by good people who truly care about your wellbeing - go no further than Purefico. THANKS PUREFICO from one Melissa to another;)!

I think one more round and I'll be fully closed! I've lost about 30 lbs between that and the BEslim program at Purefico! Their supplement products are top notch as well... so happy I found this place!

I received unbelievable results from the ARP wave therapy for my neck post fusion surgery (where no other means was relieving and rebuilding strength). I suffered for 2 years and now NO more pain, which is an incredible outcome! So thankful!

Negative experience: BEWARE! Greedy, unprofessional and non-responsive. I had an appointment for laser hair removal at 4 pm. Unfortunately, a conflict came up at work and I called to reschedule as soon as I knew (9 am). No one picked up the phone, so I left a message asking for someone to call back to reschedule. No one called me back, but I did have an $850.00 charge (!!!!) on my credit card. I understand the inconvenience of a late cancellation and would be fine to pay a reasonable penalty. But $850.00 is absolutely ridiculous.

I haven't had a facial in years because I never felt like it really helped my skin; at other places I'd leave with welts on my skin. Not here! I left with much better looking skin and even booked a massage on my way out the door.

Fantastic experience: Melissa and her staff are wonderful and truly have the patients best interest at heart. They are all proficient in their field and it was meant for us to go there. The ARP WAVE treatment seemed to be best results- less medications. The mental- brain imaging also helped as he is sleeping better since we returned home. Several members of the stafff have contacted us- with our permission- to check up on us both. I took the ARP Wae therapy for another problem- and it did help me as well. I would have done much better had I not fallen and fractered my right arm- and possible on left but truly a terriber sprain, bruising, headache and minor abrasions. Their first concern was to get me treated quickly. Good job gals. Please if you are in the area or even if you 3-4 hours from there- they provide VETS with housing..GREAT people we met and caregivers too. I cannot say enough good things about the Body Eelctric and the Independence Fund- BRAVO!!

Fantastic experience: I was injured at work and had been seeing a PT and surgeon for 6-8 months. I was taking pain pills, epileptic medicine for the shakes, anti-inflammatory, steroids,and more to function and wasn't feeling any better when I read about Melissa's story and her practice.
