If you are a person that wants to get to the bottom of your body and how to get healthy and feel your best. You have came to the right place. i want to express my thoughts on the process. After several months of struggling with a breathing issue - despite visits with a cardiologist and no clear answers I turned to a holistic approach, and it’s been a game changer . Fantastic experience: I am 70 year old male that trys to play golf twice a week and work around yard. I went on golf outing where we played 36 holes a day for 4 days, and over did my shoulder and back. I went weeks trying to get some relief, but to no avail. Went to Dr. Devens for shoulder pain, had been going to a joint & spine clinic. He evaluated my condition after several quick tests of strength and mobility. After first visit, I regained about 50% more mobility and reduced pain. After four visits, it was gone. No more sleeping with lidocaine patches.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Devins for around 10 years now. I saw him when he worked for another practice and then I found him when he started his own. I was told by a world renowned back surgeon that I would need back surgery to fix my 3 herniated disc but Dr. Devin’s was able to keep me pain free and off the surgery table. I was also told by a shoulder surgeon I would need rotator cuff surgery, but again after Dr. Devins I am pain free, don’t have to have cortisone shots or surgery. The past couple of years I decided to try and get healthy again. Instead of taking a bunch of supplements that commercials tell me to take Dr. Devins does bloodwork and other tests and I feel better than I ever have. I highly recommend him to anyone needing any adjustments or wanting to get healthy again.

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with tingling fingers and numbness in my hands and fingers for years. A daily occurrence throughout the day and with disrupted sleep every night I decided to see a doctor. I was sent to an Orthopedic Surgeon, underwent testing and ready to schedule Carpal Tunnel surgery. Fantastic experience: We are so happy with Dr. Devens and can't recommend him enough. My 10yr old son was sick and vomiting for 2 weeks followed by severe stomach pain for 6 weeks. He went through the ringer with scopes, scans, xrays, blood draws and weeks long of hospital visits (to 3 different hospital systems) only to be given loads of medicines with no improvement in his level of pain or discussion on how this happened. After a diagnosis of Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) and no resolution to helping him feel better (besides pumping him with guesses on meds) we decided to try another route and see Dr. Devens. Not only did he spend alot of time with us getting to know my son and his history but he got to the root of the problem. Within 2 days of seeing Dr. Devens my sons pain, vomiting, fatigue, dark eyes and all other symptoms went away. He spent alot of time explaining the issue, put him on suppliments to heal his gut and the inflammation in his body and he continued to follow up with us on his healing. My son went from crawling around the house in pain just a short 6 weeks ago, back to himself playing baseball and hockey again. Fantastic experience: I live in Iowa and decided after having my second child I needed some answers on whether my fatigue and emotions were truly postpartum, like everyone was saying, or more related to my body needing specific vitamins and minerals. Dr. Devens had me take a blood test and I flew into Ohio to see what he found. To name a few things, I needed more animal protein in my diet and my stomach acid was low. This was making it difficult for my body to digest proteins and nutrients I needed for energy and to stabilize some hormone levels. I have more energy and feel more balanced in emotions after starting supplements my body needed! His practice is able to continue to send me the supplements I need. He takes into account your past, your habits, your diet, does chiropractic adjustments, applies kinesiology, and discusses toxins in your environment. I have never met anyone who does all of this and more. I plan to see him in the future, it was worth the time to fly to Ohio.

Fantastic experience: After years of chronic UTIs, I found Dr. Devens practice. In just a few visits, he was able to figure out what my body needed in order to restore my health. Now, its been two months of no UTI symptoms and I am feeling great! I also used to get severe cramps, mostly in my calves. After a few visits, Dr. Devens healed that as well. Fantastic experience: A friend referred me to Dr Devens for gallbladder pain. I had seen 2 other doctors and had multiple tests with no answers. I was attracted to the practice initially for his use of cranial-sacral therapy modalities in addition to his chiropractic skills. His holistic, whole-person approach has been a blessing to me. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with crohns colitis in February of 2023. Wanting to seek an alternative, more holistic approach to treatment after discussing pharmacological treatment with a gastroenterologist, I began to see Dr. Devens. He has made suggestions for diet and lifestyle modifications, given chiropractic adjustments and offered supplements in an effort to lower inflammation to allow for healing. As a nurse, I have the medical knowledge to understand an autoimmune disease, but he has come alongside me and helped me fill in the knowledge gaps while being kind and supportive. I am not healed, but I am healing, and I’m grateful to have an ally and encouragement in Dr. Devens while I adjust to this new way of living.

After 2 years of suffering, doctor visits, tests and prescriptions with no results, one visit with him and I began to feel better almost immediately, I am walking without a cane, am able to walk further and stand longer. Fantastic experience: Dr Devens is amazing! When my husband began going to him, I noticed such a change that I wanted to go myself. I prefer not to take medications and believe that conventional doctors often don't address the underlying problems, so I haven't considered seeking treatment from a regular physician if their only solution would be a prescription. I've only been to see Dr. Devens 2 times and he has just about resolved my symptoms! I have had shortness of breath for as long as I can remember.   It was so much a part of my life that I was used to it and hadn't tried to do much about it.. Dr. Devens from the first moment he saw me, he told me i had an elevated diaphragm that was infringing on my breathing and affecting my energy levels. He did some adjustments addressing that and I noticed a difference instantly!  You also don't realize how out of alignment and off center you are until he points it out and readjusts.  You you can feel a difference immediately.  It can be hard to describe, but everything's flowing again!  The energy in your body is able to move freely and bring balance  back.  I've already booked an appointment for my mom.  Tiffany is also so sweet and kind! Fantastic experience: I've been working with Dr. Devens for almost 3 months now. Traditional medicine was not working and just keeping me sick. He has improved my liver function and gut health in a short amount of time through diet, lifestyle changes, and supplements tailored for my body. Fantastic experience: I know reviews are public but I feel it is very important to be very personal especially with the type of service Dr. Devens provides. Dealing with misalignments since 2016 and seeing a number of different specialists and finding out that Chiropractic care worked the best for my immediate need. Fast forward to 2022 I moved and needed to a new chiropractor. I was chatting with a few ladies from church and one just causally mentioned she was just adjusted. I jumped on that conversation and asked where she went. She told me about seeing Dr. Devens BUT she told me he is not your typical chiropractor. It was in that moment I was introduced to a whole different world of healthcare! Filling out the intake forms I knew the more detail I was the better picture he would have. Listen! I just went in for a normal adjustment but walked out with a better health plan to address my weight gain, my depression/anxiety, and other symptoms that I chalked up to normal stresses of life! So many issues addressed and given solutions for…three weeks into treatment and I have been losing weight and my overall health is improving more than any drug could ever do to help me deal with my symptoms! Fantastic experience: I went in for a problem with my knee. I was diagnosed with arthritis and I was given drugs and virtually no other concerns from the Doctor. A friend of mine suggested him and I couldn’t wait to get there. As it turned out, I ended up having so many other positive and healthy benefits from seeing him and following his advice. I had stress dermatitis on the palms of my hands that cleared up 95% back to normal. I had been dealing with that for over eight years with no luck from dermatologists. Are used to be a multiple times a day for heartburn pill taker, and, to my surprise I’ve lost 8 pounds following his direction. I can now after five months, walk normal without pain or knee braces, without taking any kind of painkillers, and I am happy to say I don’t take heartburn pills anymore of any sort. dr. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Devens by a friend who was having problems with her back. I had been to the ER with a problem in my neck and back and hips. I was in excruciating pain and nothing they recommended helped me in the least. I made an appointment and went in and Dr Devens did an adjustment on me and my pain subsided by the end of the day. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Devens for general stress management measures and means of coping in a healthy way with pregnancy and postpartum hormones during my 5th pregnancy with our 6th child. His care is genuine and great to get your body performing at its absolute best.
