Fantastic experience: Little back story before my review. I was told in February 2021 I was prediabetic at 331lbs, this was after losing 20lbs by trying to eat healthier over nearly a years time period. When I was told this I kicked it into gear even more and lost only another 20lbs by July of 2022. This is where Brenda at LaVie comes into play. I was getting sicker and sicker by the day and no matter what I did I was not losing the weight nor getting healthier. A great friend of mine referred me to Brenda and I started my journey with her July 18, 2022 at 311lbs. I am now down 100lbs as of 10/25/2023 using the program. I am not yet to my personal goal, nor to my ideal body weight, but I am feeling better then ever. I won't lie and say it has been easy, because it takes a ton of will power. But, if you are serious about changing your life the program itself is a breeze! I would recommend to anyone to go see Brenda at LaVie!

I have done diets from dieticians and exercise from experts that didn’t give more than a 5 -10 pound weight loss over a 6 month period of time. Positive experience: Love the program! I have done it all - WW, MFP. . . I've had great success so far with La Vie, and it is incredibly easy. I travel a lot and the food is easy to toss into a suitcase so I can stay on track. The food is surprisingly flavorful and filling. Cravings are nonexistent! Though you're encouraged to track your intake, I don't, and have seen great success anyway. Brenda is knowledgeable and supportive. I only wish that the office was open at all times to allow for last minute drop ins to accommodate my forever changing schedule. I would definitely recommend La Vie for those ready to take a giant step toward better health!

I needed to get my cholesterol down and in a months time I did just that, my Dr. said that I was the healthy patient she would see that day, especially at the age of 57. Negative experience: I made an initial appointment for a Saturday and come to find the coach was no longer their! From The Wednesday prior I called to confirm appointment I left 2 messages with my name and contact info and the reason for my Call! Not once did I receive a call back! So Thursday I called no answer again! Friday I call no answer and I call again around noon finally someone answer the phone Kayla that is. I asked if I could confirm my Saturday appt she mentioned she was with a client and would call back I said sure I have her my work and cell phone number and name and the day of my appointment and said she would call back. By 4 pm no return phone call I called and voice mail I call back and straight to voicemail! Obviously my business meant nothing and is very discouraging!

Negative experience: I've been trying to do this diet for three weeks and have had the most horrific experience. Initial Appointment - great information, great coach! 1st weigh in - the person I had an appointment with was no longer with the company, so no weigh in. Had to make next appointment myself. 2nd weigh in - lost my records, could not find them. Evidently the site manager stole all records. 3rd weigh in is today and I've just been notified by my coach that she was released two days ago. Can't wait to see who I get this week. If I could get my money back I would - this Omaha site is JOKE!!!!!
