Positive experience: My first visit to this location, the doctor was not only late but he was extremely rude and belittling. That should of told me that my experience was going to rocky. On one of my follow ups, I didn't even had my regular nurse. She gave me permission to not wear the compression during the summer. When my regular nurse did a follow up video call, she was extremely disappointed with my results. Mind you, I paid for the procedure out right and this was how I was treated. The ladies were all nice but treatment a huge fail.

Fantastic experience: I had my pre-op recently & Dr Burton Sundin made me feel at ease & comfortable... cuz I am honestly more nervous than excited tbh but him answering all my questions w/his skillful knowledge & giving ne an assurance that he will do his best to achieve my goal, that meant a lot to me & I know I'm in good hands! Also, Ms Angie accomodated me w/warm hospitality & those 2 encounters made a whole lot of difference... knowing that they cared! I am now looking forward w/optimism & confidence on my upcoming procedure soon! Thank u!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the staff has been great. The results are slow but so worth it. I have been great. Totally recommend.

Negative experience: The worst consultation I’ve ever had. The entire experience felt unprofessional and full of red flags. When the only person you meet is a salesperson and not a surgeon!! it already says everything. I was told that I would meet the surgeon only after paying and only right before the surgery. On top of that, the meeting with the surgeon costs an additional $500, which is absurd. During the consultation, I sat with a very young representative who had no real medical knowledge. All she repeated was “we’re the best,” instead of providing actual answers. She showed me before-and-after photos of patients much older than me, and not even a year post-procedure. When I asked how they perform liposuction on patients with a BMI over 30–32, the only responses I got were things like “because we’re that good” or “we’re the best.” No explanation, no medical reasoning nothing. To make things even worse, they charge $1,800 for insurance “in case you’re not happy with the results.” This raises two major issues: 1. Why should I pay more if they deliver an unsatisfactory result? The responsibility should be theirs. 2. Check their BBB profile to see what kind of responsibility they actually take. (Spoiler: none.) Overall, the consultation felt superficial, misleading, and completely lacking transparency.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was so helpful and informative during my consultation. Also the front desk staff Rachel and Julio were comforting and hospitable. I felt very comfortable asking questions and learning about their services. Highly recommend!!

Michelle guided me through the consultation with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what would be a truly supportive journey. The reception staff greeted me with kindness every time I walked through the door, and both my nurse Bree and surgeon Dr. Sewell went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and cared for during a very personal and vulnerable process. Their compassion and expertise made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this incredible team to anyone considering body contouring—they truly make you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Fantastic experience: Love my procedure love the personnel and love the doctor. Everyone took their time to make me feel comfortable. Explain the procedure and the outcome was amazing! I would definitely go there again to get my fat sucked out of my body! Long lasting easy recovery and done.

Fantastic experience: I had the TriSculpt and the AbEx procedures performed and I have been extremely pleased with the results, so far. It has only been 5 1/2 weeks and I am looking and feeling wonderful. My results are right on track , as I’ve been told, and I look forward to even better results moving forward. Right from the start I have felt the caring attitude of both Dr. Sundin and the rest of the Sono Bello staff. Everyone is always friendly, happy, courteous and willing and able to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I am so glad I chose Sono Bello for my procedures.

Fantastic experience: Sono Bello staff was amazing & engaging which made feel seen & heard upon my 1st week of postop. The nurse assistant has always been informative & opened to answer any of my concerns. She also was very gentle with removing the bandage which I was afraid of. The surgeon that completed the work, did an amazing job & I am excited to see the progress & final result!

Fantastic experience: During my pre-op appointment today, I had a great experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and I was promptly escorted to my room. Tia, my nurse, was attentive and addressed all of my questions and concerns before the doctor arrived. The doctor went over the same information as Tia and then accompanied me to the receptionist to schedule all of my future appointments. Overall, it was a very comfortable and stress-free process.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. Customer service is very helpful and they have been very responsive to my questions and requests. Nurse, Spencer was fantastic, making sure I had a clear understanding of what the procedure entailed and what to expect when I returned home.

Fantastic experience: Had Apex and back roll done. The procedure itself was actually fun! Had Dr Sewell, Norma, Tia, and Spencer in the room. We had music on and sang, told jokes, and ran movie lines! Any time I felt any discomfort, Dr Sewell would stop and give me more numbing medicine before continuing. Everyone at the center was so friendly! Just had my one week check up and I am so pleased with everything already!! Would recommend Sona Bella, Richmond to EVERYONE!!

Fantastic experience: I am 3 days post op and I cannot rave enough about how wonderful my doctor was. Dr Ayewah is the truth! Even though it's a process and I can't see my final results yet, I am already in love with my new waistline and flatter tummy. And while a great doctor is a great doctor, I'm thrilled that my great doctor happened to be a woman. Her work and bedside manner was immaculate. My scrub tech Shefon and nurse Alexis were great too. They were so funny and charismatic they put my nerves at ease. I got consultations from a few different places over the past year and so far I'm happy I settled on Sono Bello, Richmond

Fantastic experience: I recently had a procedure at SonoBello. As a Healthcare provider myself, for 34 years, I am very much in tune with not only the care that I would receive, but my surroundings, cleanliness and how up to date the whole office and experience was going to be. From the minute I walked in the office I was pleasantly surprised. It was 6:15 am, and because it was only 25 degrees outside, I had brought a fleece blanket with me, worried I'd be cold the entire time I'd be there. The office was toasty warm and the two people at the desk were smiling and calm Immediately my two nurses came with huge smiles and swept me away to the office which was to be my home for the morning. They were RN's Charlie a very nice tall young breath of loveliness who wrapped me in her arms telling me she would be taking care of me today, along with tiny little Beatrice, whom I believe she was in training. Obviously Beatrice knew her stuff, but maybe new to the office. Immediately I felt safe and taken care of as Charlie gave me instructions as to changing into my new outfit for the day. And a nice wRm cloth gown over everything. Good, no per gowns here.After they left to let me change, I quickly changed then ran my fingers along the counters and objects around the room. Not a sign of dust anywhere. The nurses came back in, quickly took my blood as they explained the upcoming procedure, Sked if I understood, had questions . One of them was always either holding my hand, or gently had their hand on my shoulder, soothing me. I was so relaxed. Soon Dr Sewell came in Sat on the stool , came closer to me and asked me if I had questions. If I was worried or concerned. I just asked about aftercare. He explained everything twice. He was wonderful. The RN"s were both there in case he needed anything. He then marked me all up as i nervously chatted about the years I worked at MCV. He wss there just after Ieft. In a pinch I was on the table in the OR, and everyone in there was so nice telling me move this way, then thatway. I never felt a thing and there was laughing and chatter all around. It was so fast. And before i knew it it was time to get off the table, go back to .my little room, still warm and cozy, get all my instructions and go. I was so nervous for no reason. It was the easiest, and pleasant morning I've ever spent in the OR. And I've had 2 hip replacements, and OV CA. So I'm familiar with the inside of the hospital. I Would recommend SonoBello to anyone for any kind of elective surgery.And my RN's Charlie and Beatrice I give 5 stars for excellent work, compassion, patience and just being kind. Fantastic experience: I am only 9 days post op but you can already tell the results are going to be wonderful! The surgeon, Dr. Dawson was very skilled. The staff has been incredible! Everyone from Michelle who did my consultation to Alexis working with me post op, the assistants during surgery and the ladies at the front desk have been superb. Everyone seems invested in my transformation which makes it that much more exciting. I only wish I hadn't waited so many years to get it done.

Fantastic experience: I must admit, stepping onto the elevator, I was nervous, anxious, and a little scared. Liposuction is something that I have wanted to do for some time now but timing, finances, and my own fears have held me back every time in the past. Upon meeting Ms. Brycen and Ms. Jackie all of the fears disappeared so quick. The front receptionist greeted me and had me sit down and within 30 seconds Ms. Brycen was there to escort me to the waiting area. She was so nice and ensured that I was comfortable. The office is cozy and I felt very at ease. Ms. Jackie was so knowledgeable and ensured that all of my questions were answered during my consultation. She allowed me to tell her my story, go over my worries, and express my concerns. Ms. Jackie listened and addressed them all! I wasn't rushed and the final decision was my decision. I am looking forward to my surgery and my results. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Jackie was very pleasant and knowledgeable in all the information that she gave me and my sister today. She also was not only VERY DETAILED but COMPASSIONATE when explaining the areas that we showed sensitivity to on our body that needed the most care. I WOULD WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND HER A MILLION TIMES
