All of my questions were answered and I felt prepared for my first appointment. The support I have received has been unmatched. The help and tips I have used and they have worked. I am still on my weight loss journey - but I am confident I wouldn’t be as far as I am without the help of the Dunwoody office.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PrimeHealthMD for only a month and a half and I have already lost 20 pounds!!! There is so much to love about this place. The providers are knowledgeable about nutrition and overall health, inquisitive about how I’m feeling, and honest in their recommendations. I have never once felt like they were just trying to get me to buy stuff for the heck of it. Every recommendation has a purpose. I also LOVE the InBody scale and app so I can see exactly how much fat I’m losing and where, and to look back at my history. I love being able to consult with a professional weekly; it makes me feel safe and heard. They check in on my hydration, protein intake, energy levels, and more to make sure the weight loss is done in a healthy way. Everything is explained well to make sure I understand my health. As a woman with PCOS, I have struggled with stubborn weight gain and fluctuations as long as I can remember. Fantastic experience: I like them. I started April I believe. I've lost 21 lbs. I could've lost more I would say 85% on me. My only feedback would be I'm paying for a visit each week. They say eat protein, then one nutritionist says cut back off protein a little bit, not sure what that means. I don't understand why no one discusses Macros based on my weight. Give me an an amount of protein to eat each week etc based on my height and weight. I was initially told to eat 950 calories which I find unreasonable for anyone, let alone anyone over 250lbs. I wouldn't need to come here eating less than 1000 calories a day I'd lose weight on my own. I won't take off any stars but it's been more so a self educating journey finding the amount of protein my body responds to for weight loss vs the $75 a week I pay for.

The PrimeHealthMD weight loss program and counseling are very effective and have helped me lose almost 20 pounds so far. Fantastic experience: If I could give this office 100 stars, I would! I have felt so encouraged and supported through this journey! Anna Carlisle, NP is hands down, the most amazing provider! She’s a miracle worker! Anna has taught me so much, she always has specific strategies to help make my goals possible! Each week, Anna has guided and coached me through this process. After a number of weeks I reached my goal weight, even surpassed it! Anna made losing weight easy! Honestly. I struggled on my own with this, even though I was always a healthy eater, I just couldn’t get the weight off! It was always so frustrating. Going to this office was the right decision, the best decision I ever made, related to my health. Anna was always in my corner, to help get me to the finish line! I could not have done this without her support and expert knowledge! I also learned weight management is a lifelong process, and a choice each day to make the right choice for my body. Because of what Anna has taught me, I now have the tools to maintain my weight. Furthermore, the staff at this office have always welcomed me with a smile, and endless positivity! This office is superior in every way!

Fantastic experience: PrimeHealthMD Dunwoody is amazing all around. They have an amazing staff, products and program. I tried the weight-loss journey on my own but found myself always hitting a wall with either gaining it back slowly or just not understanding how to eat properly. After doing months of research and realizing there was actually a program that was covered by insurance I decided to contact PrimeHealthMD Dunwoody. It was the best decision I made in 2022 and the best decision I have ever made for my health. My first appointment was on 9/30 with Anna Carlisle who is amazing she has taught me things about my eating, and exercising habits that have really helped my behaviors. Since 9/30 I am down almost 30lbs which could have been more if I listened to Anna instead of adding my own twist. The staff is amazing Stephanie will definitely keep you entertained and has a great personality. The weekly appointments are definitely a must and even on bad weeks Anna holds you accountable without making you feel bad, which I love. I never understood the science of eating properly or catching myself when stress eating or eating out of boredom, but after this program I finally catch myself and understand how proper eating can fuel weight loss.

Fantastic experience: I am a Dunwoody client and I absolutely love the ladies there. I came across PrimeHealth while browsing online about how to lose 'stubborn' weight. I must say, I was skeptical when I decided to go ahead and do the consultation. I met Anna Carlisle and she was very informative and super nice, so I decided to give it a go and see what happens. My scepticism is gone!! Within 3 months I have lost 43 pounds (and that is with me some weeks not following the exact meal plan every single day, and also traveling for a couple of weeks)!! Anna is a gem; she is very encouraging, and even on days which I call my 'blah days' she focuses on the positive and motivates me to keep going!! Julie and the other ladies are great also... they all make me look forward to my appointments each week! I highly recommend them; you won't regret it!
