Fantastic experience: I started having debilitating back pain around five months of pregnancy. I was not able to make it a full workday and spent all of my off time on a heating pad. I was heating, icing, getting massages and using a stem machine. I was not seeing any results. After my first acupuncture visit, I was able to make it a full workday and hours after without pain. I called Ulga as a last hope and I am so glad I did! She took great care of me and gave me my freedom back!

Fantastic experience: First lemme start by saying I was very skeptical about acupuncture…we I’ve been dealing with gastro problems for years and had gallbladder removed in Jan hoping that would solve all my problems..well it didn’t,it started getting worse after…anyway multiple endoscopy and ct and ultrasounds showed nothing.in 3 weeks I lost over 20lbs my options were go to duke or try acupuncture…well I walked into the acupuncture office a total mess and left 30min later completely fine.and haven’t had a symptom since…I know it didn’t solve my problem but gave me relief to do daily tasks.. Fantastic experience: I started going to Olga in my first trimester of pregnancy for morning sickness. I then went back at the end of my pregnancy to help induce labor in the final weeks. I went for acupuncture at 1pm and went into labor the same night at 7pm! Olga has such a calming presence and is so kind and gentle!! She was always able to accommodate my schedule and got me in when I needed it. I would 100% recommend Optimum Vitality to anyone!! I can’t wait to continue postpartum treatment with Olga!

Fantastic experience: About six months ago, I tried a chiropractor for chronic back pain that I was having. I left that session with a herniated disc, and the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life for months! I’m an avid lifter, and I thought my gym days were over. Fantastic experience: I got diagnosed with belle's palsy 3wks ago. This place has change my life for the better. We heard a lot about acupuncture,With bell palsy, we went ahead and made an appointment. Olga was so nice and helpful. She was Prepared to leave for the day. She found out that I had bell's palsy and told me to come in right away.The fact that she stood open for us meant a lot!!! She Also had a lot of knowledge with bells. 3 weeks in and I am feeling so good.I got Movement back on my face.. after the 3rd or 4th treatment. I went to my Neurologist appointment and he was impressed with how fast my recovery was going, so impressed that he told me to keep up the accupuncture and I don't need to go back to see him. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with chronic back pain for over 4 years. To say that Juan has changed my life for the better is an understatement. After many MRI/CT's (which all came back normal) I have tried everything humanly possible to seek relief from the daily pain. P/T (3x's), Injections, massage therapy, laser therapy, dry needling, spinal network chiropractic care, Pulsed Electromagnetic treatments, and even acupuncture. Everything gave me 'temporary' relief for a few weeks in the beginning and then the pain would always return with a vengeance. Fantastic experience: I started getting Acupuncture for the first time a few month ago at the recommendation of a neighbor friend. I was having issues with my shoulder and some knee discomfort. Olga is very professional and has the sweetest disposition in helping me with the my concerns. I no longer require monthly massages and it has helped my anxiety and memory so much. Fantastic experience: My goal for my health is integrative medicine with a holistic approach using naturopathic and herbal medicine. Olga at Optimum Vitality has met that goal. I started with reluctance since I have suffered with migraines, shoulder pain and low energy from hormone imbalance, complex medical issues and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome for so many years. I have tried OTC, prescriptions that I was allergic to and physcal therapy with very little results that didn't meet my health goal. With multiple young children needing to function is a must. Fantastic experience: I had horrible menopause insomnia and for months had been using antihistamine which can impair our immune system & melatonin which can inhibit our bodies from producing it naturally. My husband was having pain management injections but has not had one since he has had acupuncture. Over a period of time, most of those issues have been resolved, and we now just get a "tune up" if something reoccurs They are vaccinated and wear masks as do we. Fantastic experience: I have been using acupuncture as an alternate treatment on and off for 15 years. I have avoided two surgeries by utilizing Chinese Medicine. Fantastic experience: Juan and his family are the salt of the earth. I came in because I was experiencing pain under my right rib and I was all out of whack physically and mentally. This was my first experience receiving acupuncture and I can say I will most definitely be back as a regular client. They also did fire cupping on me. I’m a massage therapist and I use my cupping kit daily but now I want to throw it away and learn fire cupping. Last thing! At the end of my appointment, Juan suggested trying some their herbal medicine they make. He mixed me up some specifically for my liver. It seemed to start working instantly. Finally got me an acupuncturist!
