Fantastic experience: Dr J and his people really helped me out last week. I got zapped by a passing bug (not COVID), and had zero energy in the following days. They squeezed me in, administered an IV treatment designed for the situation - and the next morning I felt like a million bucks. After 1+ years of working with Dr J and his staff, this has always been the case. They have always been generous, compassionate, and very effective at what they do. Fantastic experience: My body felt out of alignment. A Chinese medicine practitioner recommended that I try craniosacral therapy instead of physical therapy. After only one session, my issue is about 90% resolved. Plus the session was so gentle and relaxing. I am so thankful for Dr. Johnston and for helping me to resolve my issues so quickly. Fantastic experience: My newborn daughter was struggling (and I mean mightily) with colic-like symptoms: inconsolable crying (screaming rather) for entire days, literally. While other doctors told us there was essentially nothing to do, and to just wait it out given she was "healthy" and gaining weight, that was not the case here. Dr. Johnston takes a different approach: he examines his patients from a holistic perspective, one that takes into account that healthcare shouldn't be a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Even after our first visit, there was a remarkable change in my daughter's demeanor, and after a few visits she's miraculously exhibiting normal baby behaviors. Fantastic experience: I just had major shoulder surgery and I herd that Osteopathic Wellness Center had a wonderful nurse who give different vitamin drip bags. I went and got an everything drip IV and let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. Not only did the swelling and inflammation go down but the healing process felt like it went faster. My physical therapist and doctor said I was ahead of schedule and to top it off I had little to no pain in my shoulder. I was told this would be a painful recovery. Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnston got my son to walk again when no one would listen. My son, an active 11 year old, took one dose of prednisone in December to treat a persistent cough and a few hours later, lost the ability to stand and walk. His condition progressed to extreme pain in his legs and after 6 trips to the ER and being evaluated by countless doctors, we were told it was all in his head, even though he was bound to a wheelchair and couldn’t move. We went to see Dr. J who diagnosed my son with Lyme Disease, even though all CDC tests were negative. My son has been under the doctors care for 6 months and is now walking, playing basketball, and back to being a normal kid. We are so grateful for the kind, compassionate care of Dr. J and Debbie. My son wouldn’t be walking if it wasn’t for this practice.

I have been under an enormous amount of stress for quit some time now and my adrenals were suffering significantly. A good friend suggested that I go see Dr. Johnston for some iv vitamin therapy and I am glad I did! He mixed the perfect vitamin cocktail to get me feeling relaxed and start healing my overworked adrenals. I left feeling completely calm and super relaxed like I haven't felt in many years. Fantastic experience: I wish I had contacted Dr. Johnston sooner. It's rare that you can find such a knowledgeable/credentialed and caring healer who actually has time to see new patients and diligently investigate their needs. I have been lucky enough to continue to see him and was recommended to contact his practice for general care and a few specific issues. Dr. Johnston has magical healing hands and an impeccable "bedside manner." Each visit I feel I'm leaving better than my prior one. It's hard to describe osteopathic techniques, but they are of course tailored to his patients and as I can see now take time, follow up visits, and home work in order gain the maximum effect. I would encourage prospective patients to make Dr. Johnston a priority this year as you will be hard pressed to find a better use of your time and health resources. He will help with general healing/wellness as well as specific issues you may not have known about. The most important thing is to maintain an open mind and a positive and humble mindset. Because of his treatments, I am sleeping better and making great progress toward maintaining healthier daily routines.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever, my back is so much better and that just in 8 weeks. My brother ended up with surgery and I started losing feeling in my right toe and was heading in the same direction. Between the treatment, the supplements, the advice, the exercises can't pinpoint exactly what is working or all of it - but it's working !!!!!!!!!!! I played Table Tennis again just today and am so glad about the excellent care and advice I received!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I found Dr. Johnston. After suffering from bad back pain for a few months, and trying other methods (including epidurals). I looked up Osteopathy as an alternative method to manage my pain and heal. I’ve had two sessions with Dr. Johnston, and finally had relief for the first time from a sharp pain which has led to many restless nights. I am still at the beginning of my journey, but could not be happier to find to Dr. Johnston. He is so kind, explains the methods he’s using, and takes the time to answer every question you have. Dr. Johnston's osteopathic adjustments have been an added bonus to the IV drip therapy! He has a very patient and kind approach and the office is dedicated to their clients.

Negative experience: I was recommended to see an Osteopathic DO for muscle manipulation to treat my chronic tension headaches. I chose this center because of the glowing reviews and comprehensive website. When I came in for my first visit, I was excited to see what could be done to treat my pain in my 2 hour consultation. What I ended up with was the complete opposite of what my expectations were for treatment. I essentially spent the first hour going over my medical history (this was fine) and the second hour for the actual treatment, which felt nothing like an actual treatment, but a $275 guided meditation. The DO hardly did any sort of muscle manipulation on me, other than gently poking my legs and spine. As a matter of fact, he barely touched my neck where was the source of all my pain. I literally laid on table for 45 minutes being coached to relax while he held on to various parts of my body. After the session during payment I was upsold a bundle of vitamins which looked like easily another $100-$200. I politely declined, paid my bill and left. My lesson and advice for others is to confirm the provider does sort of treatment you're looking for. My expectations for osteopathic muscle manipulation was not met and would not recommend coming for this particular type of service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnston was able to clear my sinus congestion which is something that no other doctor has been able to do for more than a decade. He has also helped improve my overall health with Osteopathy treatments, natural remedy recommendations and immune boosting drips. Very effective for recovering after a long battle with Lyme disease. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their health and have not gotten results with other treatments.

Fantastic experience: I arrived in USA on April 21st 2019 with my lower back in severe spasm. I could hardly walk and was in a lot of pain. I had been to Dr. Johnston some years before and kept his business card. I went to see him on 22nd April. It was quite extraordinary. Normally when my back is damaged it takes me anything between 4-8 weeks to recover. Dr. Johnston’s cranial osteo treatment was so incredibly effective that I was upright in 5 days after two treatments, and I was almost beck to normal after the third treatment a week later. I had even managed to go - gently - up to New York City for a few nights. I have been having cranial osteopathy treatment for about 35 years, and this was the quickest time I have ever recovered. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr. Johnston for osteopathic treatment of newborns. I brought my 2 month old son to be evaluated and treated by Dr. Johnston, and I'm so glad I did. He was both knowledgeable and professional and made a significant difference in my son's function. OMM can provide important gentle adjustments for newborns after birth, and my son was suffering from torticollis (neck tightness) and some latch difficulties-- both of which improved after treatment.

While successfully under his care for my hand I had another routine medical procedure/checkup which left me with 4 days of extreme stomach cramps, being unable to eat or sleep. Dr. Johnson offered to help. Within an hour of his treatment all the cramps were gone. I felt great and was 100 percent back to normal. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with ill health for as long as I can remember. Since childhood I have had a range of ailments including headaches, double vision ,nausea vomiting and exhaustion. No Dr was really able to fully get to the bottom of what was wrong with me and most trips to my family physician did not lead to any investigation. About 10 months ago I finally received a MRI of the brain due to constant nausea, vomiting , double vision and a host of other symptoms. I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and Chiari malformation type 1. I saw a neurosurgeon, who recommended fairly major surgery including a decompression and insertion of a shunt. I was reluctant to have surgery due to the risk of injury or death and also because the neurosurgeon could not guarantee that my symptoms would improve after surgery. I began to research alternative methods of treating chiari malformation and hydrocephalus and was lucky enough to stumble upon an article written by a former patient that Dr Dave had successfully treated for Chiari malformation using Osteopathy. I have been going to Dr Dave for treatment for about 3 moths now and the difference in my health is remarkable. I am not a Dr my self so I cannot describe exactly what the treatment is but I feel healthier than I have for many years, I have more energy , I feel less pressure in my head , the nausea and vomiting seem to be slowly improving and my walking and posture have improved dramatically. Most importantly for me I have had a follow up with my neurosurgeon who agreed that it would be OK for me to avoid surgery for the time being. I have gone from considering major brain surgery to feeling much better and enjoying life more and am no longer considering surgery. Dr Dave is a fantastic Doctor and comes across as a very kind, caring and humble person .
