Fantastic experience: I’m 30 years old and have never been to the chiropractor. I’ve always been scared of the idea of an adjustment. I take my kids to Chelsey (she’s SO understanding and patient with them) and absolutely love her! After taking them to her for over a year now, I finally decided to give her a try personally. If you’re on the fence on whether you should try a chiropractor or not, or don’t understand why people say “I need to go to the chiropractor”, or the idea scares you. GO. TO. CHELSEY!!!! I feel like a new woman and literally cannot wait to get my next adjustment to continue getting my body where it needs to be. She’s so gentle, vocalizes all that she’s doing, and knows her stuff! You won’t be disappointed! :)

Fantastic experience: I missed about 3 months of my regular adjustments and was feeling miserable. My plantar fasciitis was acting up and bothering me. My lower back hurt and my frozen shoulder was so irritating. I realized that I needed adjustments so badly! Dr. Chelsey got me in right away to fix the 3 month damage. She was able to make me weekly appointments to get me healthy again. After 3 weeks, my back feels great! My plantar fasciitis is nonexistant and I was pleasantly surprised at how she was able to adjust my shoulder. Now my frozen shoulder has the most range of motion it has had in over a year. She was even able to do some adjustments to help with my sinuses and allergies. I feel like a whole new person now!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Chelsey for a couple of months. Aside from being a great conversationalist she is excellent at what she does. I went for a back issue that we are working on but I had another issue in my elbow that I asked her about. It used to cause me pain when I would lift weights, ride my motorcycle or really just about anything. As she has worked with it l, I have been able to do everything with little to no pain. I was a skeptic at first based on another person whom I had seen prior in Lafayette. Chelsey is the real thing. I don’t give fives often but she deserves it.

She is gentle and explains everything she is doing before she does it, which I appreciated as someone who was new to chiropractic work. I had my first adjustment for a pinch in my upper back and, besides the pain going away, I felt like I had more energy than I had in a while. I felt so great that I continue to go once a month just for a "tune up." Whenever something comes up she is flexible at fitting us in. Fantastic experience: We live in a society today where everyone is busy. It's become the status quo to be busy all of the time. We wear it as badge of honor and something that we're proud of doing. We're also living in a time where the hard work and busyness that we have in our lives has led us to waking up in pain daily and impeding the quality of our lives. It's again, a badge of honor that we're so proud to wear that we haven't stopped to realize that while life may be tough sometimes, it doesn't have to be physically painful. Your best you is one that doesn't hurt when you sneeze or bend down. Your perfect you doesn't have to complain about headaches or back pain even though we're doing it every single day. My wife was the first one to visit Dr. Chelsey after meeting with her. Her holistic and comprehensive approach to wellness was what drew her (my wife) in. As a long time sufferer of migraines since she was in middle school, the only reprieve seemed to be a reactive medication that was administered when the migraine began. This medication was a tier 3 prescription that out of pocket was costing us nearly $50 per pill and with multiple migraines a month and insurance that doesn't cover tier 3 medication--it was becoming quite an expense. After just one visit with Dr. Chelsey, my wife saw immediate results and a decrease in her migraines. With continued treatment over the following months, (she only goes once a month now to stay in alignment), she's been migraine free and has an increase in her quality of life. Along with her migraines decreasing, the back pain that we all seem to wear as a medal of valor, has decreased and dissipated as well. Dr. Chelsey was able to see that my wife's hips were tilted and her gate was off by over an inch. After a few adjustments, the back pain was gone and her stance returned to normal. The difference between Dr. Chelsey and everyone else is that beyond the adjustment she takes time to get to know you. She asks the questions about how you sleep, what you eat, what your life is like and finds the root of cause for your pain and discomfort. She doesn't judge you for your life choices but instead encourages you and provides the knowledge to heal through education and support. I've seen a significant decrease in my back pain. More when I finally started sleeping in a more correct position like she told me to when we first met. As someone who suffered from a severe back injury and ruptured disc a few years back, back pain is no joke and was so debilitating to me in the past. As I've been seeing Dr. Chelsey, I've had more and more good days and less and less ibuprofen days. I don't make the typical "dad" noises that I used to when sitting down or getting up because I don't hurt and for me that's important. I sit a lot at my job but the when I'm out in the field, I have to be ON and moving. To be able to have a great balance between sedentary and active work and to be able to go from one to the other without pain, is priceless. If you've made it this far, you've come to the right place. Fantastic experience: About a year ago I woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain that I was covered in sweat and sick to my stomach. After a couple of months of seeing my primary care provider and a physical therapist without any relief, I went to see Dr. Chelsey on referral from 2 friends. I started seeing her twice a week, and she referred me to Dr. Fleming with Lafayette Rehabilitation Services. They have worked together to help me cope with significant issues with my back/spine. I recently graduated from physical therapy, and have gone from seeing Dr. Chelsey twice a week to once every 3 weeks currently. In May 2019 I was able to travel to Spain for work for 3 weeks without any issues flying, walking, and biking. Dr. Chelsey has gotten to know me personally, and has helped me form a complete care team.

Fantastic experience: I had issues with back pain to the point of not being able to pick up my small children or do physical activities. In a few sessions with Dr. Chelsey, I was back on my feet with minimal back pain and am continuing to go to her for maintenance and to prevent any further issues.
