Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!! They took me and my son the same day. Mrs Borislava was so warm. Her son did the body scan, he was amazing as well, very nice and very conversational with a warm soft demeanor. Mrs Borislava explained everything bit by bit. Even suggested my son tasks that will help him in lifestyle growth. Love that!!! Her assist, Mrs Brenda gave us adaptogen for healing. She was warm, super funny and had me and my son laughing. She was super great with a beautiful accent. Mrs Brenda explain foods to transition to as well. The office is clean and it feels like a family. I couldn’t have picked a better place to go to. Negative experience: I was so relieved to have found a Naturopathic Doctor in the Houston area. I have been looking for a quite a while. I made my appointment online for 2:30pm. After making my (1st ever) appointment at this facility. I called their office to confirm and everything was good to go! I arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. I was taken back at 2:45pm to do vitals, then was returned to the waiting room and was advised that the Dr. was still with a client. I continued to wait until 3:30pm (1 hour past my scheduled appointment). I asked how much longer, and expressed my frustration with how long my wait was going. The nurse told me it would probably be another 20-30 minutes. I had planned my day so that I could be at my next obligation. I told her that I was frustrated and that I live over an hour away and it took a quarter tank of gas (1 way) and she asked if I'd like to reschedule. I didn't want to reschedule. I would've preferred a phone call to let me know that they were running an hour and a half late! That way I could've saved the trip, time, gas, etc. I understand things come up, but not to inconvenience a client for that amount of time. I'm sorry for both myself and the practitioner that it didn't work out.
