Positive experience: My experience in the Columbus facility has been excellent. Everyone at the facility is professional and warm. The Dayton Sono Bello is only a payment facility and my experience with them hasn’t been as pleasant. I had liposuction and an Abyx. The Beavercreek office down plays the entire process and makes you feel like you will back at it in under a week. That is not the case the surgery has been more difficult to recover from than my hysterectomy. I have no way of knowing what the true results will be because I am so swollen but I do think I will be pleased. The worst part of this entire process is the itching. I itch constantly 24 hours a day and so much that I have gone through two tubes of Benadryl cream and two 24 packs of pills. These two items take the edge off the itching but it doesn’t completely go away. This procedure is not for the faint of heart.

Fantastic experience: From the consultation with Mary and Audry in Beavercreek Ohio to the surgery with Dr. Vashi and Gabby in Cincinnati, my experience with Sono Bello has been wonderful! I was given the info I needed to make an informed decision to have the surgery and accurate information about recovery. The pain during the procedure was non existent and I've had only a bit of discomfort post op. I'm older(68) and was wondering if this was even worth it at my age...well I AM worth it and so are you!

Fantastic experience: I went to this location for a consultation to have my chest done. I had a small amount of gynecomastia that wouldn’t go away despite diet and exercise. I was looking to have the breast tissue removed along with a bit of liposuction for better contouring. Mary was an absolute gem—she really took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the procedures and did a fantastic job walking me through everything. Audrey at the front desk was super sweet and supportive as well. Overall, I felt truly valued and supported throughout the entire experience.

I have been to multiple locations, and although each location does great, she takes her role to another level, always high energy with a pleasant attitude!! She is extremely bubbly, accommodating, and helpful. She talks to you like she is a friend you’ve had for years, all while keeping her professionalism in tact. As someone who works in customer service and leads a team of people, I am actually blown away by her performance. You can’t train someone to be that way- it’s natural. Her genuine, authentic personality is unmatched. Audrey goes above and beyond making every experience comfortable and enjoyable for me and I truly appreciate her dedication to her job!

Fantastic experience: I had the Venous treatment and I love them. After a few of them you really start seeing a difference in your skin plus they're relaxing. Rachel, the lady that does them is very sweet and good at her job. She also tries really hard to work with you on scheduling. The only thing that could make things better is for them to hire another tech that could do the treatments as well. That would create more scheduling opportunities and Rachel wouldn't get overworked trying to get everyone in.

Positive experience: I initially went in for a free consultation to explore services that could help me achieve my goals. I was reassured that I wasn’t committing to anything until my pre-op appointment. While waiting for financing, I placed a $2,000 deposit. However, after consulting with a doctor about my health condition, I was strongly advised against proceeding with the surgery. When I informed the representative, I was disappointed to learn that my deposit would not be refunded. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, I was only offered a credit on file instead of a refund. Thankfully, someone from the Cincinnati location eventually reached out to me and resolved the situation. I’m incredibly grateful to have received a partial refund after such a long wait. This refund allowed me to purchase new clothes and school supplies for my kids. I want to extend a special thanks to Amber for her assistance and for providing me with the refund. It truly means a lot to me and came at the perfect time!

Fantastic experience: Mary and Aubrey were super sweet and had great energy! Initially I went in for a consult to see how much what I wanted done would cost so I could save. But they had a great summer bod sale going on and Mary was able to find an affordable financing option to fit my budget! This was on Saturday. Post pre opp on Tuesday, procedure on Wednesday! Also Dr. Vashi out of Cincinnati was awesome! Cool dude and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure even with my med allergies! Had my 1 week post opp (dang I forget her name - cute red head nurse w/ curly hair) had great energy, very informative and made sure I had the right (smaller) faja for the next phase of my recovery! I decided to take a day for recovery post opp but was back to work that Friday! Overall an excellent experience!! Plan to go back for one or 2 more in the future! #SonoBello #BringingSexyBack

Fantastic experience: It took me 3 years to finally pull the plug. I’m so happy that I did it. Everyone from the doctor to the nurses to the staff has been amazing. It’s a journey that I’m glad I took.

Negative experience: So frustrating. Went to the Dayton location. Hard to find - no markinging at all . Made me 5 min late - but that didn't seem to matter because 45 min later I was still in waiting area with the 3 others who were piled in with me . What is the point in making an appointment when apparently I'm not even important enough to speak with. I finally had to leave because of work so my time of 35 min drive each way and gas at 5 a gallon totally wasted .

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 2:45, I arrived 15 mins ahead for a consultation. I was taken to a waiting area where another lady was waiting, then a third woman came in the waiting area. I filled out paperwork and then waited for an hour and 15 mins. This was a complete turn off for me, it seemed very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I informed the receptionist that I had an appointment at 4:30 pm. It was a total waste of my time!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is super helpful and the office & waiting rooms are clean and quiet. Mary was the professional that helped me and explained the process and procedures. I was there on December 22nd. I'm posting from my gmail account.

Negative experience: The business practices and staff are highly unprofessional. If you make the mistake of asking for more info you will be inundated with texts and basically harassed. If you schedule a consult don’t be surprised to find that three other people have the same appointment time and you will be expected to wait (an hour) and if you don’t want to wait and reschedule your next appt will be cancelled by a random text. Management needs to focus on customer service instead of hiring “Barbies” to run their centers.

Fantastic experience: Positive Post: I read the reviews. The negative ones I am sorry to see. I have had 2 surgeries of multiple procedures. Both the Dayton Office and the Cincinnati Surgical Office have been fantastic. Monday, June 29, 2020 was the day of my consultation. All Staff have been great. Going to Sono Bello was the best choice for me both physically and emotionally. I pray that everyone has the good experiences I have had throughout the last six months. Dr. Carla Skytta is amazing! God Bless Sono Bello....I am very thankful to be a client of their's.

Negative experience: This is by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had yet . I was scheduled for a consultation at 1:15. I arrived at 1:10. Was taken back to a small room to fill out paper work , where there was another patient who was also scheduled at 1:15 (She told me) She finished her paper work before I did , and was helped immediately, whereas I sat and waited , for TWO HOURS. So not only did they over schedule and double book themselves , instead of letting me know the situation they had me wait an hour before apologizing for the wait and saying that I would be seen ‘soon’, so then after two hours , I had to track down the receptionist myself to ask what was going on. And she said sorry and that sometimes it takes a while to go over financing . Two hours ??? And didn’t even bother to let me know they were overbooked or what kind of wait I could actually expect . I wasted two hours of a beautiful day off work for absolutely nothing . The disregard for my time was not only extremely unprofessional but offensive . So really a waste of time when there are so many reputable offices offering similar procedures for similar prices .
