Fantastic experience: One of the BEST places to go for nutritional advice. They take your blood and hair and analyze it. After being on this program this is the best I felt ever to be honest. Jay Foster was caring and knowledgeable and helped me get through a tough time in my health. Can’t recommend them enough. Definitely coming back, simply the best thing I have done with my health so far.

Fantastic experience: Well there’s no words to show my appreciation to Jay Foster. A year ago I was a miserable person wishing to die and end the misery that I was dealing with for over a year. I was diagnosed with clinical depression back in 2021. And I tried different ways to fight it naturally, exercising, trying to eat the right protein, occupying my mind in different hobbies, traveling and nothing seemed to work. I got to the point where I decided to take the antidepressants (which I never did) knowing that I might never be able to stop them, but my desperation was just to the extreme. I met Jay by chance. Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Jay Foster for almost 20 years. When I first came to him my right arm would not work, it was limp, had barely any use, and was very painful. Fantastic experience: My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, severe dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, cognitive issues and short term memory loss. We listen to Jay on the radio and had her tested. We found out that the aluminum in her body was off the chart, she had no magnesium or selenium and her calcium was way up. We have since made changes to her diet and she takes specific natural vitamins to detox her body. Now she remembers a lot better, doesn't write completely backwards and is thriving in school. Fantastic experience: about 25 years ago i was advised by Mr Foster to take a series of supplements to remove heavy metals from my system. Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Body Chemistry for over 20 years. It’s time to let others know how much I’ve been helped through Body Chemistry. In the beginning, I had so many female issues, plus persistent headaches and fatigue which were all resolved as I learned what my body was lacking and what to do to bring things back into balance. I now live in another state, but still get great service by phone or email. At 76 my family physician does not need to put me on any prescriptions, and I feel fortunate to be in great health. Fantastic experience: My health was slowly approaching a diagnosis of Diabetes when I reached out to Jay Foster and his team, a recommendation by my sister in South Florida. I was on blood pressure medication, a statin drug (Lipitor) was recently added, and my HgbA1C was pre-diabetic (6.3%). I was frustrated that everything I had tried by way of diet and exercise was not improving my numbers. So I signed up for Body Chemistry's BodyChem Program (I live in Minnesota, by the way, so don't let distance deter you) and Jay very patiently walked through my results and explained very clearly the diet changes I needed to make, why they were necessary and what results I should expect in the forthcoming weeks. In addition, he recommended supplements to help "normalize" my results from both the hair and blood analyses. Wow!!! What a difference! After 4 months, my blood work showed amazing improvement: my Lipid Panel results showed improvement in my Total Cholesterol and HDL through natural supplements and diet alone (agreement was made with PCP prior to coming off Lipitor). And my A1C, which was 6.3% in July, is now 5.4%! WOW! My doctor was so impressed by the dedication I had to lose weight (32 lbs and still going), the effort that was put in to eat clean and make these changes to improve my health. Fantastic experience: Life changing experience. Highly recommend. I spent over a year suffering from acid reflux and gout. I slept sitting up and was limited to a very selective diet. Days that i could not walk from swelling and pain in my feet.
