Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great results from Ben at Align the Spine. I went to a big name franchise chiropractor for 2 years and spent thousands of dollars with no real results. In as much pain as I originally started I started looking around for a better option. After being referred here it's been nothing short of amazing. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Ben with severe hip and lower back pain. He took time with me to discuss my history and goals. He also took X-rays and showed me what was wrong with my back. Fantastic experience: I am a professional bodybuilder, and I started seeing Dr. Ben in November of 2024 after several years of hard weight training had taken its toll and left me in chronic pain. During my first visit, Dr. Ben went through a very thorough intake process including taking X-rays which revealed I have a very clear case of scoliosis that gone undiagnosed for 29 years prior. Even after just my first adjustment, I already noticed some improvements in my pain scales and mobility! Dr. Ben utilizes more than just adjustments as he also leverages therapies such as dry needling, stim cupping, SoftWave advanced technology, etc. to better treat my pain. As of January 2025, only after a handful of sessions, the chronic pain has continued to decrease and my training has significantly improved. Fantastic experience: I am an avid lifter and prior military which has put a ton of strain on my body. I have experienced back, neck and shoulder pain consistently for the last 6 years. I have been seeing Dr. Ben for over 4 months now and have experienced amazing results. Upon my first visit Ben had me undergo a very thorough exam in which he was able to identify an extra vertebrae under my L5 (which is a very rare occurrence) along with multiple other issues. Immediately he created a care plan to help me manage my pain and correct the negligence that i have put my body through. Negative experience: While Ben is a very knowledgeable individual I would not suggest going to him if you have any previous injuries. I had a labrum tear and hip issues that he was well aware of but yet while my body was in complete defect he proceeded to do a hip adjustment and yanked on my leg. After that I spent 10 weeks in pain and just underwent a hip arthroscopic surgery to repair the labrum. Now there’s no indication it was that of which caused it this to be such an issue but I had no problem up until this adjustment. And know that the decision to yank on one’s hip was probably not very wise. Just be aware of your own injuries and what could potentially happen with a bad decision from the chiropractors end.

Dr. Ben is a chiro wizard, or maybe a regular wizard I'm not entirely sure, but I'm at least 69% certain he cast a spell on my body because it has literally never felt better. My body is... well a case study to say the least. After going through the eval with Ben he told me what he was able to do, and couldn't (it was really only one thing, so the honesty was huge). His level of knowledge and intelligence is certainly on full display. You can see in his eyes the passion he has for chiropractic's and the human body in general. Then when it came to the actual table he was able to easily identify where my body was putting up a fight and then *POP POP* like some grand master ninja he adjusted me with such crazy accurate precision that I think I saw every happy memory flash before my eyes. Especially when he adjusted my mid-back, holy moley the immediate relief of tension was wild. After he was done and I stood up, I was like "whoa, is this what it feels like to be normal? I'm into this." I also never realize the dull aching pains I had in my shoulders and back for like at least 14 years until it *POOF" was not there anymore. Going to the gym later that day, my joints have NEVER moved so smoothly, like no joke. I will be going to Ben regularly now. I hope, if you're reading this, go see him, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a massage therapist for seven years. I recently felt the need for chiropractic care in addition to massage therapy to keep my body working optimally. Fantastic experience: I have been having problems with dizziness and blacking out for 4 years now. It has been a journey of numerous misdiagnosis... After COVID, it got worse. I was blacking out 4 times a day. One day, I went to Ben for vitamins to help with long runners COVID and was explaining what I was going through. Fantastic experience: Ben is the best! First, he’s professional, knowledgeable and we always have great conversations. He likes to hear your input on what works best for your body. Not only that but as a chiropractor he does deep tissue work AND it’s the best deep tissue work ever. I have not been able to find anyone else in Wisconsin to match his pressure to get into the deep muscle bellies. Highly recommend to anyone for any kind of aches/pains. He works well with complicated health patients too. Whether you’re an athlete or just an average human with musculoskeletal/health issues Ben will take care of you! Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Ben Rodrigues at Align the Spine Chiropractic, LLC. After only 2 adjustments I’m feeling 0 pain! I was stuck with back pain that was a constant 7 that would shoot up to a 10 for about a week, but knowing all I would get would be pain meds until the pain stopped I decided to get the problem addressed. Ben not only addressed the problem but took the time to educate me on what was going on and what we needed to do to fix it. He was patient and understanding. We still have some work to do then it’s just maintenance work but I’m so happy to be out of pain! Thank you so much for squeezing me in and getting rid of my pain Ben!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rodrigues takes an innovative approach to chiropractic care and physical therapy and I couldn't be more impressed with the results! I work in the paving industry and Dr. Ben is able to treat the issues I have with my upper and lower back and shoulders with a variety of solutions. Align the Spine is one of the few chiropractic offices in the area that is able to use a device called the ARP Nuero which works hand in hand with adjustments. I have come in with significant numbness and pain in my shoulder and was able to walk out with a 75% reduction pain after only one session with the ARP Nuero! I have used my FSA to purchase the portable version called ARP Nuer PRS for at home treatments and has produced some incredible results. Give them a call!

Fantastic experience: Align the Spine has been awesome! I have been receiving treatment here for a few months now and I have seen tremendous progress with my lower back and elbow pain. I have been primarily working with Dr. Ludeman and getting treatments 1-2 times a week and the approach taken by Align the Spine has really allowed me to help treat the causes of pain and not just the pain itself. I have low back pain from sitting at my desk job and elbow pain from disc golf. Once I was introduced to the ARPneuro a new world of treatment possibilities opened up to me. Dr. Ludeman worked with me to find the best protocol for my treatment and it really made the experience feel very personalized. Both Dr. Ludeman and Dr. Rodrigues really seem to want to take the time to understand their patience needs and build treatment around that idea.
