Negative experience: I think this place is closed. They have stood me up on two appointments. No one is there they don't answer the phone and do not return your call when you leave a message.

Fantastic experience: Loved my neuromuscular massage. Serious bodywork! Fabulous owner! Started and finished with aromatherapy. I'm l feeling great this week and can't wait to go back❣️

Fantastic experience: I feel the need to write this review on my experience on vital lotus massage. Tracy Ann is the best by far at what she does to help people with their pain. As she is massaging you she is able to talk you into a relaxed mode. She is so genuine. If you have any discernment of kindness, you will love her from the start. I am so thankful the Lord had our paths to cross, I will never use anyone else. She has got me up and working again after just two massages. Blessings on her and her healing hands. I sent a Judge that I clean for, him and his wife were immediately sold on her amazing services.

Negative experience: This is the first review I’ve ever left anywhere, that’s how you know it’s bad. Between cancelling my appointment without telling me so that I just showed up and waited, to then lying about sending a cancellation email with a refund, there is no place I’d recommend less. Can’t speak to the massage quality, but customer service is historically awful. I’ve also called multiple times and no response. It’s a shame because I live right down the road and was looking for a place to get regular therapy.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great first experience. I found out last minute that I was going to have the day to myself and decided to treat myself to a last minute massag. Luckily for me I was able to get a same day appointment at the Vital Lotus. Tracy was amazing, she was so thorough with her deep tissue massage and amazing to talk to. I feel like I left with a brand new back and a new friend. I can't wait to go back. 10/10

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for massage and facial, no one greeted me, I sat there for 15 minutes past my appointment and then called the number for the business and got voicemail. She never informed me she was going to be late and I was supposed to have a facial after my massage Meaning she was making me late for my facial. Very unprofessional, No care or concern for other peoples time ! Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: By far the best massage I’ve ever had! TracyAnn has the hands of an angel, she’s created an extremely relaxing environment and puts her all into her work culminating in an experience you don’t want to end! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Florida in July/2023 I have been searching for a regular massage spot as my "go to" spot for relaxation and well being. I have found my spot. Tracy is a perfect hostess and massage Therapist. Booking the appointment was easy. She was quick to respond to texts and got my appointment booked. Other services besides massages were offered which I also booked. Once I got there I was greeted by Tracy with a smile and a welcome hug. The first part of the visit was my pedicure and was great, She also provided a delicious hot tea as my feet soaked. After the pedicure I was taken to the massage room and Tracy showed her real talent. She asked what bothering me and was attentive to those spots during the massage. The massage started with breathing in eucalyptus that put me in a relaxed state. The technique she used during the massage was great. She was very attentive to my whole body. During the massage she made sure I was relaxed and enjoying the massage. Overall , this visit was fantastic from start to finish and I have found my "go to spot" ! Mike

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few professional massages before, but my neuromuscular massage with Traceyann rose to a whole new level. She was able to deliver the medium to deep pressure I requested that other masseuses (in my experience) could or would not use. She addressed my problem areas (primarily tight back/shoulders/neck) using a variety of techniques that allowed me to leave feeling like my pain was actually managed, not masked. She pours her heart and soul into healing, and her gift for helping others is evident from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I left. Positive experience: We came for a couples massage. Upon entering the building the set up was inviting, it smelled nice and the decorations were visually pleasing. We were greeted and asked to choose our add ons. My massage therapist was a man I can’t remember his name but he was very kind and professional. This was my first massage and he explained what is the proper was to conduct a massage for future references which I appreciated. However, during the massage I felt he was rushing. Some parts felt nice and others it just seemed like he was going down a list and getting each part done as quick as possible, he even forgot to massage one of my feet. Overall I did enjoy inhaling the eucalyptus, it was very calming. At the end of the massage I waited in the lobby for my man. I think the owner could tell I wasn’t fully satisfied. She offer me a drink while I waited for him to get dressed. I appreciated her trying to make it right. I give my overall experience 3 stars because of the massage but the business itself I would give 5 for the professionalism and the way the owner conducts her business. I would definitely go back.

Negative experience: I would leave zero stars. Went to book along, asked for couples massage that is advertised on their website. Owner was beyond rude and could have been more polite to at least say it was a mistake regarding the advertisement. I do not see how Tracy gets any business. I’ll take my $300 elsewhere.

She follows the knots and pain (good pain) and takes care of it! I will definitely be returning next time I’m in town. Do not hesitate booking with her!

Fantastic experience: Tracey blew me away today. I was in the midst of an intense weight cutting week. I was about a pound or two away from my goal, and I needed to get it done today. I call the spa up randomly, and she is able to sneak me into her sauna on short notice. I arrive, she prepares a spectacular detox tea. She is a serious licensed massage therapist, so there was an intake form and some questions as to how intense I'd like my treatment to be. We decided on the maximum session of 25 minutes. 25 minutes later, I was 8 pounds lighter. This gnarly weight cut was achieved. I am so grateful for that incredible steam sauna that she invested in. I am grateful for her friendly staff. The place was incredibly professional and extremely accommodating. Thank you Tracey for helping me hit my goal today!

Fantastic experience: My wife booked a deep tissue massage for me with Tracy having been referred to her by another spa that was fully booked. I had a knot in my back along with some other tension from working out. Man am I glad to have Tracy as my first experience on a massage bed. I feel great! Muscles I didn’t think were tight were released of tension! Love the holistic references she gives as well! Anytime I visit Jacksonville, I will be booking a session for sure!

Negative experience: Well I showed up for my appointment which the online booking system let me book. The door was locked. I called the number and the woman who answered said she had been trying to call me to tel me the booking was unavailable. She implied it was my problem that I missed her phone call and her booking system showed an unavailable time. Unbelievably unprofessional. And I drove almost 30 minutes to get here.

Fantastic experience: Tracy is truly an amazing person and gifted therapist. Her work on my neck and shoulders provided flexibility I haven’t had in years due to training for triathlons. What’s more, her location is very professional and makes you feel as if you’re in a 5 star resort spa… highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Updated: 1/3/2023 Well the fact that I am posting again, but have not changed the rating, should communicate something about Tracey. I thought to myself, “Surely my experience was a one-off, she could not be that good…” I was wrong, Tracey massages are “no unicorn”…she is the real deal and real consistent. She intuitively gave me just what my aching muscles was asking for this session. I didn’t even have to ask(although she does ask in the intake form) Parts of me want to selfishly keep her a secret, but it takes a community to keep a small business going and she definitely deserves to stay in business. So I will tell anyone, if you need a massage, don’t think about it, be about it(calling vitallotus that is) Original Post: 12/21/2022 I threw out my back and was having Sciatica issues. Not only did Tracey make that feel better from a medical standpoint but her warm and caring spirit was refreshing. It is rare to find both qualities in the healthcare profession these days.
