IRG Physical Therapy - Murphy's Corner

Negative experience: Update Sep 4 2025 I went to this location for hand therapy for my workers comp, and the therapist actually hurt my thumb and index finger because of the exercises that she did and had to file a complaint with the state. The general manager of the IG actually told me that they were dropping me as a client because I got into an argument with the front desk because they have a very strict 24 hour policy for being late and she gave me a lecture and I told her that I was sick one time I couldn’t follow the 24 hour rule then they are late routinely 10 to 20 minutes late and I told her how come it works one way but not the other so this place is rude and nasty. Oh, and they actually don’t use any equipment to help you. All they do is exercises and no equipment which is the cheapest way for them to provide a service and make the most money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had many months of rehab for shoulders knees and back injuries. IRG is the only place I’d go because of the excellent staff and updated training facility. Each staff person from the front desk to the manager has one goal for you; improved health, strength and mobility. Mark, at the Mill Creek facility, is the best example of knowing patient care needs and structuring a knowledgeable approach to achieve your desired outcome.

Fantastic experience: Shiri has been fantastic for me! She’s teaching me how to strengthen my very weak body. I’m in terrible pain but I’m very encouraged by her help .

Fantastic experience: For the first time in a long time, I am in little to no foot pain. For years have just been dealing with plantar fasciitis as a chronic thing I was just living with. Two months with Mark, and I am back at the gym and know how to stay on top of it. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: Not a fan of their style of talking to each other while treating you (as though you’re not there). This happened at every session.

Fantastic experience: I started work rehab at IRG because of a rotator cuff /bicep tear job injury, after a couple of months of rehab I was very impressed with my outcome. With this new program, it has allowed me to gain most of my range of motion and strength back. Thanks to my OT, Starr and my PT, Mark and the whole staff at IRG Murphys Corner, they were all so positive and their professionalism was stellar, I highly recommend all referrals to IRG. You all make a great team and I will miss you!!

Fantastic experience: I had great success years ago after a broken bone in my foot with great PT and appreciated all the associates that worked with me. When a tweek to my shoulder occurred helping a disabled grandson, again I went back to IRG at Murphy's Corner knowing they would give me the right exercises to do to get me back on track. Have referred others there. Great place!!!

Negative experience: Assembly line kind of operation

Fantastic experience: You couldn't ask for a better PT team than the one Mark, Brent, Danielle, Steve, Tawnie, Darren, Jake, and Alex bring to your care. I never thought that it was possible to have fun at physical therapy but at IRG murphys corner it is!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, effective team approach. I've enjoyed working with multiple practitioners. It would be hard for someone needing 1 on 1 attention because it's very busy, but for me the variety of exercises and approaches was a benefit. The atmosphere is casual. The most important thing though is that these people know there stuff! They got me through 1 injury and I'm now going to seek their treatment for a 2nd condition.

Positive experience: Good, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, encouraging staff and service. They teach you the right exercises to get and stay better. My only qualm is that they tend to overbook so they don't give you as much attention as you would expect for the $$ charged. Massage part of therapy also could be better - maybe due to needing more experience. However, overall, I would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I hate having to come here-it usually means I hurt myself somehow. I LOVE going because everyone is so nice, caring and encouraging. The staff makes it fun and enjoyable to be there under circumstances that are not ideal.

Fantastic experience: I had a really awful experience at another place, so I went into this place already wary and stressed out. They are nothing but nice and calm and welcoming. Even with my high anxiety, I feel comfortable there.
