Fantastic experience: I work long hours in front of the computer and used to struggle with really bad neck pain. Since I started coming here for monthly realignments (along with taking a muscle relax supplement from Wild Harvest), the pain is completely gone. Whenever I skip a visit, I can feel the tension coming back, so for me, this routine has truly been a life saver. I also appreciate how easy everything is here: no hassle with registering, quick visits, and convenient afternoon hours. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: On 8/18/25 I visited Ocean Chiropractic for the first time. I saw Dr Douglas. He gave me an adjustment which was a bit painful. As I got in to the car to go home, I still felt pain on my lower right side. At home that day and for several days, my pain got worse. I called the office to ask Dr Douglas if this was normal. And never got a call back. The office doesnt seem to be busy, yet no call back. There should be no reason for Dr Douglas not to call back and answer my simple question. Will not go back, will not recommend them, and that is why I am writing this review.

Negative experience: Terrible and frustrating experience with office/billing. I received a bill nearly 2 years after I began services for my very first appointment for $15 past due. All of the services were identical my insurance never changed. And I was never notified or told that I had an outstanding balance during any of my visits or that one visit would be a different fee than the others until I got past due notices that began to appear. When I went to find out what the explanation was they put me on the phone with the billing who was extremely rude and told me it was my problem between me and my insurance. Not worth the frustration or the headache.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. Great staff. Great hours. Great doctor. You will definitely be happy with Your experience here.

Negative experience: I'm sorry to leave a bad review but seemingly this is the way now. After going twice a week with full medical coverage visits unfortunately they couldn't learn my name. After being corrected multiple times. But I bet it was right on the billings. Usually in and out so fast I was wondering if it works until the day came I hurried to not be late to an appointment. Unfortunately they had me sitting for over 25min waiting (Chiropracticissues have me there!). I guess there is so much business there you aren't really cared for, you're just a number to be charged. Or at least that what it was to me. Funny thing is after leaving the office the guy called me with the most arrogant question. Why couldn't I wait for him. In place of, sorry I was late for our appointment and was busy flirting with pretty girls in place of your medical needs.

Negative experience: Visit did not effect concern areas; additional fees were given months later. Do not recommend unless you like giving money away.

Fantastic experience: Can I give 10 stars? Had my first appointment today With Dr. Brown in Vero Beach. My issue was unique and a bit complex. Dr. Brown was outstanding -- great communication, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He fixed me right up with my first adjustment, muscle release and balancing. I do have to go back for more but I am not scared or apprehensive about future treatment! The receptionist was extremely helpful with my paperwork questions. I didn't feel rushed or pushed through treatment. What a change!! Should you need chiropractic treatment, definitely give them a call.

Fantastic experience: Comprehensive, intentional and compassionate care at Ocean Chiropractic in Vero Beach. This office caters to their patients and the varying levels of pain they experience. I highly recommend receiving treatment by the wonderful doctors Dr. Brown and Dr. Douglas and the rest of the staff.

Fantastic experience: I had to wait to get power back just to write this review! Both doctors - Dr. Douglas & Dr. Brown - are incredibly knowledgeable & each have the intention of helping you as much as they can. Each one works differently than the other, but both have helped my back pain tremendously. They even addressed some of my pains that I thought were minor & didn’t make me feel silly for asking. I say that because you want a doctor to listen to you, they both definitely do that. Having two doctors there also cuts your wait time by a lot! The employees they have there are sweet. They remember you by name quickly, so you always feel comfortable. They also always ask where it hurts vs just getting you in & out as fast as possible. You feel taken care of here. I never knew going to the chiropractor could help so much, I hope to come back soon. I also hope this review convinces someone to come in, because you walk out feeling great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen Carter is extremely helpful in doing adjustments during pregnancy and postpartum. She had special tools for my tight joints no other chiropractor had ever used. Her adjustments helped open my pelvis and bring on my labor. Her office is clean and beautiful. She is very affordable. She was efficient in filling out required forms I needed for work. I'm a dentist so often I'm bending over the chair all day. She really helped undo some of the stress I put my body under.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Carter does everything in her power to get you back on your feet. I’ve seen other local chiropractors who only do adjusts. Dr.Carter provides electrode therapy to speed along the healing process and provided me with at home exercises. She also worked out a reduced rate as I currently don’t have insurance and is the most affordable in Indian River County.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Jennifer Carter takes pride in her profession, and takes the initiative to help her patients with their needs. Ive been coming to this office for 2 months now and have had a major improvement over time. Of course I will not be completely rid of my pain and suffering without major therapy however, Her process and program have made a tremendous difference in my life. I have noticed a change in my sleep pattern as to where I actually get rest, I have energy throughout the day, and I'm able to move with out the striking pain that I initially came to her with. I am so grateful of her services because it truly changed my daily life. I am able to take advantage of my day instead of walking with pain and fear that my lower back problems will suddenly strike. I will be a patient of hers as long as she continues to practice. If u have aches and pains, don't just deal with them. Fantastic experience: Treated with Dr. Carter after my auto accident. Received great care in a friendly environment. My daughter who is a model gets all of her care from Dr. Jen. As she says, her runway walk depends on it! My other daughter plays volleyball and says that Dr. Jen keeps her in shape to play. Would recommend Dr. Carter to everyone!
