We are a physician run, state-of-the art medical center, using prescription medications and medical advances to combat genetics, hormones, and set points so adults can lose weight and maintain it. Gaining and losing weight repeatedly adversely impacts your metabolism.
BeLite accepts healthy adults and adults with health issues. We have many doctors, nurses and other medical personnel as patients. Our medical director, Richard Rothman M.D., PhD, researched weight loss medications while a Section Chief at NIH. He established BeLite, a medical weight loss practice, in 1995. There are many potent prescription medications to help people lose life changing amounts of weight. Our practitioners are very experienced which helps ensure the medications and life style changes will be effective.
It is wonderful hearing how patients feel their weight loss made them nicer people or better parents because they’re not so tired all the time and their feet, knees, and/or back pain are less. Hearing our patients explain the effect the weight loss has on their lives is very gratifying. It is why staff love working at BeLite . Fantastic experience: My health journey began at Be-Lite with the nutritionist and eating choices within a certain window! At Be-Lite, I was supported in more ways than one and I recommend taking on a nutritional and supplement regimen in order to take a look at a strategy to improve health in the short term, so you can be successful in the long term!
Fantastic experience: BeLite has been my go to place when I want to loose weight in a healthy manner. There are different weight management programs you can choose from that may work well based on what is important for you (pills, injections, time, goals, etc). I find it interesting on the different messaging you receive from the different counselors. If you know what you want and have researched the products, be open to their guidance and don’t take anything personally if their advisement is contrary to what you want to do (goals, etc). It’s their job to ensure your safety. Enjoy the journey!

Fantastic experience: I have known BeLite, its excellence in care, its professionalism, its knowledge, its outstanding TEAM for 12 years. It is so rare these days to walk into a physician’s office and feel welcome every single time. The always friendly and welcoming staff with the same familiar faces during the 12 years that I have known BeLite. There is little churn at BeLite when a new team member joins it is with transparency. Susan, who manages the office, is such a delight, regardless of how busy the practice maybe, Susan always takes the time with the patients. Susan LISTENS, guides, answers questions and so much more… while managing the office and its staff. Dr. Rothman who is the Medical Director of BeLite Medical Center is an excellent, highly knowledgeable and educated physician, I recommend reading about Dr. Rothman accomplishments on BeLite’s website. Positive experience: It costs $$ to run a business and turn a profit but being kind and understanding is free. I'm finally getting around to writing this review. I was a patient here since last year July and had liked going here for my weight struggle (PCOS induced). For the most part, everyone was nice and kind until one appointment about 6 months in. The provider I had seen the previous month had scheduled me out 5 weeks since that's the routine I was on but the medication was newly switched to a 4-week supply of injectables. I was told I could come pick up the medication when it was ready so I went in on the 4th week to pick up the injectables with my little daughter since this place is a bit far from me and I made an extra trip just to pick them up (I had an appointment for my 5th week the following week already since that's how they set it up) and they told me they won't give me the meds if I don't see a doctor now. I told them well I already have an appointment in a few days anyway with them and this was setup this way by their office and now they're not willing to give me the medications. They held the medication hostage until I would see the doctor the same day (with my daughter who was with me as this was unplanned and I had no daycare that day). So, I paid the extra money to see the doctor the same day and then they gave me the medications. That was the first time I felt really upset that kind of treatment happened but I let it go thinking maybe it was just a miscommunication and it was no one's fault. Boy, was I wrong. It's one thing to make mistakes and then own up to it or show grace and be understanding, it's a whole 'nother demon when either 1 person or a whole business is so greedy, they do whatever they feel is justified to get that extra dollar. The final straw came when I had seen the provider and she and I discussed, at length, my new plan and how we were going to execute (not going into too many details then we'd be here all day). The provider was willing to go an extra mile and even drop off the new medication to my house by the time I needed it as I wouldn't be able to go pick them up as I was in a pickle at that time. The day came and went when the medication was supposed to be dropped off at my house and no medication, no explanation. So, I texted the office asking "hey, this was the plan such and such was supposed to let me know if anything changed or whatever" and the owner, Ms. Susan, was the one replying to me. She initially told me not to worry everything was in control, she'll let me know etc, etc. When I didn't get any feedback or any update nor have the medication show-up, I asked again and was met with a very sassy reply of it being my fault somehow. There was an earlier incident where I had paid for syringes but then got a text (that went into my spam box) saying I owe for syringes and one day I checked, saw it was in my spam box, replied back I already paid so was this for another one but no one ever replied back to that or gave me confirmation. Thus, the reply I got was "did you check your spam box again to make sure you didn't miss a message that we told you the provider wasn't coming?". I checked my spam box, and nope. And then Susan realized she never relayed me the info that the provider would not be coming with my medication (that was already paid for) and then she only apologized to me. I am a forgiving person and I get mistakes happen, accidents, happen, even just life happens. People get busy, I get it. But to be rude, condescending, and give sassy attitudes to your patients/patrons is what I call "a good way to for a business's eventual downfall". Everything becomes redundant one day.
Your feedback is well received, though really unfortunate that a simple miscommunication caused it to be negative.
We also understand that an apology will only get us so far, nonetheless, we are sorry about your experience, and will continue to strive to do better and improve our processes.
Couple clarifications:
Appointments have always been needed for prescribing and dispensing additional medication. You would certainly have been able to receive another weeks worth of medication until your scheduled appointment.. But by completing your appointment that day, you were able to receive another month's worth of medication without the need to return another week later. This may not have been explained clearly at the time, but by no means did we intend for you to feel your medications were taken "hostage".
Our Practitioner was planning to drop off your medications to you personally, and you should have been notified the moment that fell through. We offered to bring them to you the following day, however it seems that was already too little, too late. For this, again, we are sincerely sorry.
Fantastic experience: I saw NP Hala Mata today, she was great! There was a mixup with my medication and she went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed! She was the nicest! I refuse to see anybody else but her!

Fantastic experience: My appt at BeLite clinic was great. The nurse practitioner I saw was Paola. She was great very kind, knowledgeable and informative. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. My entire experience was very easy.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with Belite. My nurse practitioner Jennifer couldn't be more awesome. I've lost twenty-two pounds in 2.5 months on the new injectables, and I feel awesome. Thank you for your wonderful review and for letting people know what a positive experience you had at BeLite. Hala and the other medical practitioners are very encouraging, it is a huge part of our program. Patient's fear being judged at their initial visit, they also fear it may not be possible to lose the amount of weight they need to lose. It is possible, at all ages. Many of our patients lose 50-100 lbs or more and no longer resemble the person on their driver's license. There are medications for pediatric patients thru senior citizens, it is amazing to watch the life transformations which occur here.

Mentioning how long you have been coming lets others know we have been around for many years. The new injectable medications (Wegovy & Zepbound) have drastically increased the amount of weight people can lose without surgery. The new medications make losing weight much easier for everyone.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Belite Medical Center off and on since 2012! The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and care about providing a safe environment for its employees and patients. In my humble opinion it is the best weigh loss center in the DMV area. Within one year I safely went from 205lbs to 154lbs, from a size 18 to an 8, and I feel and look great! I am so blessed that a friend recommended them to me! Thank you for your 5 star review! You have shown great perseverance by changing your after work hours to an active lifestyle, which is really hard when you are first starting and still overweight. You were also very patient during our initial battles with your insurance company. You have a big heart and it has been touching to hear how your weight loss and active lifestyle have made such a positive change in your family life. Thank you for sharing with us, it makes us feel good and want to work even harder.
Negative experience: A completely outdated, poorly-managed and money-hungry business that does not care about patient outcomes. They still use paper to document patient information and are only open a few days a week. They misplace your information or get it wrong often leading to long delays and extra fees. On top of that, Susan, the owner, is rude and apathetic and never apologizes for her and her staff's incompetence. Do not waste your time or money here. Most general physicians can prescribe weight loss medication to you so that it is covered by insurance and you can avoid this scam.
I am sorry your experience at BeLite was very poor. We obviously did not meet your expectations and provide the level of service we should have. My sincere apologies you had such a negative experience. Susan

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for at least 15 years (probably more and the back and forth was me, not them). I am still a patient to this day because of the professionalism of the staff and the services they provide! Just recently, I went through a lot of back and forth with my employer‘s prescription plan regarding my new prescription. Susan, Dr. Hala, and others behind the scene were SUPER patient as I went back and forth with them and my pharmacy until I finally received my prescriptions!! They are THE BEST which is why I keep coming back. I would recommend and have recommended this facility and this wonderful and professional group of people to anyone!!!
What a wonderful review, thank you for coming to BeLite Tawanda and allowing us to work with you to achieve your weight and life style goals. BeLite spends a lot of time getting patient's medications covered by their insurance company. The new weight loss medications are very effective and very expensive. We ask about personal and family medical histories, and use this information to do extensive prior authorizations to obtain insurance coverage. Successful prior authorizations take time, and often the patient and BeLite have to work together to get it approved. Tawanda is an excellent example of what can be achieved when patients and BeLite work together. She had to do a ton of work, make many phone calls, and her approval process took longer and required more effort than normal. It was really frustrating for everyone. Many patients get angry with BeLite, yell at the staff or leave us negative reviews because they are frustrated by their insurance company. They think we are not working hard enough or doing it correctly. Tawanda was completely goal oriented, and never took her frustration and disappointment out on us.
She recognized the problem was her insurance company and she was incredibly hard working and patient during the approval process and grateful and happy when insurance coverage was obtained. BeLite would love to have 1000 more patients just like Tawanda Martin, any business would.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful for Be Lite weight loss center. They have truly helped me in my journey the last couple of months to lose weight. I tried so many times to manage it on my own, off and on, but their services and counseling are one of a kind. A few months ago, I was assigned to a wonderful Nurse Practitioner Patience and she lived up to her name. She was so kind, listened to my barriers and gave me instruction on how to better manage my health and accomplish my goals. I lost over 25 lbs in less than 6 weeks. Positive experience: Okay so let me begin that my first time visiting and at follow ups, everyone was really nice and I followed the program with the medicine and had success. Due to unfortunate events in life I had to stop for a few months but I contacted them to see if I could do a phone appointment and that’s my first time experiencing anything negative or unwelcoming at this facility. I know they offer them and with a fee you can ship the medicine because the last time I was there it was offered due to the distance from my house, with no traffic I’m a little over an hour but with traffic it has taken two hours or more getting home, Saturday morning are a little better but I advised I couldn’t drive on Saturday’s anymore. From a customer service perspective, my issue was the initial response, I asked could I make a phone appointment, that was never fully answered, only response was can you come on clinic days Tuesday, Thursday or Saturdays, after I explained, they responded wow where do you live and nothing else after that. Now, if I couldn’t make a phone appointment I would have been fine with that, maybe I didn’t meet a requirement but my initial question was never addressed, I really like the atmosphere but was a little taken back by the push back because in person everyone is really nice but I wanted to write the review because you never know what a person is going through and wanting to get back on a healthy track could be a little derailed when you do contact a facility and they just leave you on a read status. And if a phone appointment can’t be made for a particular reason please advise client why instead of just saying can you come in and ignoring why you stated you preferred not to especially when I been there and shown I have been successful. I just was impressed with the customer service initially so was really surprised by how everything was handled.
My apologies you did not receive an answer. You live far away, especially with traffic, and four hours travel time for monthly appointments is huge. We typically suggest patients try to find a local program, so it is convenient for them to receive treatment. Unfortunately, many programs charge much more than we do.
We accept patients with major health issues, and they cannot have phone visits, they need to come in person. We also accept patients who are healthy, if they are taking only oral medications, they can usually do some phone appointments once they are losing weight and not having any health or medication issues. Patients who have some health issues, but not major health issues, it is up to the medical practitioner. No patient can be seen remotely for all their treatment. The medical establishment relaxed the rules during the beginning of the COVID epidemic, and those rules are no longer relaxed.
People who answer the phone and make appointments are not medically qualified to say you can have phone appointments. Had you visited the previous month, your chart would have been given to the medical practitioner who saw you, and they would decide. However, you had not seen anyone for several months. If the practitioner has not seen you for months, they generally will not see you remotely without seeing you in person first, no matter what health issues you do or do not have. I tried pulling your chart, but could not find a patient with exactly the same name as the name on your review.
In summary, you would need to come in person to be seen and ask the medical practitioner if you can do some remote visits. It is their medical license and their decision. All patients on injectables must be seen in person each month because the medication expires in thirty days.
I suspect you would prefer a more personalized answer, if you call the office when we are open, ask for Susan. Give me your name and I will ask a practitioner.
The phone staff often wait a bit to contact patients if they are looking into local weight loss programs. I am very disappointed the staff did not get back to you at all. My apologies, you most certainly should have been given this information. I really hope I do not receive a slew of calls from people demanding phone appointments because they read this answer.
We know phone appointments are more convenient, but many conditions and issues are discovered during in person medical visits which would not be apparent during a phone or video appointment.
Fantastic experience: BeLite is the Best!!! Honestly, if you're looking to lose weight, don't look any further!!! The entire staff is just wonderful, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. Smiling faces and a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. I love SHAN, and I always request her. She is just amazing and wants to see me succeed. She always keeps me updated on new medications that might work for me. They are very thorough; the best part is you get your medication at their office. There is no need to go to another pharmacy and wait around.

There are many new, incredibly effective weight loss medications to help people lose weight. Years ago the medications were mainly stimulants. Today, medications like Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic are transforming people's lives by getting rid of the hunger, cravings and all the food noise which is constantly in your head when you are trying to lose weight. People who are overweight can now experience how thin people feel. They can lose weight without thinking about food all of the time. It is wonderful losing weight and having your mind freed from thinking about food all of the time. It is even nicer when you like going to the place which helps you and you love talking to your practitioner. It becomes more of a happy social event and Shan really enjoys seeing you as well. Hugs!
Fantastic experience: Feb. 11, 2023, was my second visit to BeLite Med Center. I saw PATIENCE! She was patient with me and explained the program. Also, she explained how my body works in my stage of life with menopause. I'm so happy I finally made the decision to come to BeLite. It has made a difference in my life.
Thank you for your great review. As you know, it becomes harder to lose weight as you get older and previous methods to lose and maintain your weight do not work as well. Kudos to you for refusing to accept the increased weight as normal and for seeking out our medical weight loss program to help. Posting your experience lets other people know they can also get help and what to expect. Patience and our other medical practitioners are experts at helping people lose weight. If you have a preferred practitioner, just let the staff know.
Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and today was my first visit. I had the pleasure of seeing NP PATIENCE. She was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and medical history. She figured out a realistic regimen for me to follow and I’m excited to see how this goes. I will post a follow up review in about 4-6 weeks. Post follow up review, I had a two week follow up and a four week follow up both appointments we’re with HALA. She is A WONDERFUL GEM!!! I will be sure to request her for every visit. She is kind, thoughtful, and caring. With excellent bedside manner. It’s not every day that you see someone so compassionate in the medical field. My weight is going down because of her expertise. Fantastic experience: The system works! The extra push needed to get your body moving in the right direction or to help you loose those last few lbs. Cut cravings and change your habits without going crazy. Vicky is lovely. I came after being sick and with sick kids in toe. She did my review from the car so we could keep others from being infected. So kind.
What dedication! After being ill and having sick kids for several weeks, you still made your appointment. Vicky, one of our Nurse Practitioners, came to your car and conducted your appointment. Everyone was happy, especially your littles who loved the movie you had on for them. Your car appointment insured you stayed with your kids and nobody else was exposed.
Vicky is very kind plus is always willing to do whatever she can to help her patients. She enjoys helping people, it is second nature for her. Since she is so considerate and thoughtful, she never asks her patients to leave reviews for her, so they don’t. I am so glad you did.
Thank you for mentioning having more energy to "get their body moving in the right direction." Our patients tell us they have more energy and are less tired after they lose some of the extra weight they carry around 24/7. Losing weight makes everything else you do in life just a little easier.
Doing fun activities is key to keeping people moving and is essential to successful long term weight control, health, and fitness. It is harder for people with little kids, but when they successfully get everyone moving, the entire family benefits. You are doing it all, we enjoy seeing you, your great results and your littles.
Fantastic experience: From results to customer service this place is great! They give a lot of information for how to participate in the program safely and how to most effectively benefit from program. I am someone who worked out and ate healthy and still didn't see results like I am now. I am now feeling hopeful and great just after two visit nearing my goal weight. I have even talked about how the program can still help once I do reach my goal weight and was informed that they can help me maintain once I do without the medication. Coming from someone who tried over the counter weight loss medication, exercise, and heathly food options I would still recommended trying this if you have an ideal goal to lose weight and are struggling.
Thank you for letting people know many people eat healthy, exercise and are still overweight. We have patients who are dog walkers clocking thirteen miles per day, athletes of all types, active-duty military personnel who do vigorous exercise almost daily. We have a lot of career military patients who tell us they will be kicked out of the military for being continually overweight, even six months from retirement. If they do not have enough years of service, they lose their retirement. Lots of people are highly motivated to lose their weight, but still struggle. As they get older, the struggle gets harder. Many people have a genetic predisposition towards obesity.
Thank you for letting people know they don’t have to settle for being overweight, there is real help. A medical program like BeLite can partner with them to make their weight loss a reality. Positive experience: Ok clinic, but could be better. Most of the staff are very nice. The nurse practitioner I saw was great. However, the clinic as a whole is reminiscent of a back alley type clinic. Every time I've attended my appointment times, I end up waiting almost an hour to speak with the Dr or a nurse. I was given an order form to get lab work done (which was promising at the time), however the fax number on the order form was apparently not up to date, so the lab couldn't release the results. After calling the lab, and relaying that info to the staff, I was told I need to call the lab to give them the correct office fax number.. I don't like that this clinic seems to soley rely on how the patient "feels like" thier progress is going. There should have been more follow through from the Dr about checking if there were possible other medical issues present other than just giving me a standard prescription and seeing if I "felt like" my progress is successful. Also the Dr called me for my appointment, admitting to me that he wasn't at the office so couldn't see if my test results had come in, because they don't have electronic records only paper ones. So then are you not even looking at my medical record, (since my records are only on paper) before talking to me? If you're desperate come here, but only if you're desperate or are ok with getting lazy medical assistance.
I sincerely apologize you were not seen at your appointment time. A medical practitioner became ill so Dr. Rothman reviewed your medical records prior to calling you, which contributed to your wait time. We always review a patient’s medical records before each appointment.
He did not have access to your lab results because like you, we had not received the results. Our fax number has been the same since 1997 and it is not misprinted anywhere. On Saturday, the day of your appointment, Dr. Rothman called you for your appointment around 9:30 AM.
You obviously saw our reviews and expected us to wow you and we fell short. You had additional concerns and questions. Dr. Rothman would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss your concerns and medical conditions. Wish you would have told Dr. Rothman of your concerns during your appointment so he could have discussed them with you. Finding out in a review after the appointment does not help us address them with you, but you waited longer for your appointment so perhaps you needed to leave.
In your Google review you said, “However, the clinic as a whole is reminiscent of a back alley type clinic.” Back-alley means illegal and/or not licensed. To allay your concerns, Dr. Rothman received his M.D. and his Ph.D in Pharmacology from the University of Virginia and he is licensed to practice medicine in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Dr. Rothman was a researcher at the National Institutes of Health, (NIH) and retired as a Section Chief in the Intramural Research Program. He was active duty military during his entire NIH career with thirty years of service. He has published over 418 scientific papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented over 400 scientific abstracts at national and international scientific meetings. Dr. Rothman’s published work on appetite suppressants has established him as a leading expert in this area. A copy of Dr. Rothman’s Biographical Sketch is provided to every new patient along with a list of his publications which relate to weight loss, it was in the blue folder we gave you during your first appointment. All of Dr. Rothman’s medical licenses can be verified online as can his 400+ publications.
Fantastic experience: If you’ve been to a medical office recently, you know how cold, sterile & frustrating the experience can be. BeLite Medical Center is different, in the best way possible. Susan, the manager, is always welcoming & friendly and the nutrition counselors are awesome. Shan has been my counselor for more than a year. I appreciate that she takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions and finds ways to effectively problem-solve any issues that arise. I never feel rushed, and she makes me feel like I am receiving concierge medical care, which is a welcome, albeit unexpected, experience these days.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this clinic has been really wonderful! I have been a patient with BeLite Medical Center for a little over a year now and have had amazing results! I have lost weight, feel less cravings to over indulge, feel motivated to work out, have eliminated so many unhealthy foods, and just overall feel so much better about myself. This program REALLY WORKS. My favorite thing abut this clinic is the staff. I have worked with several of the nurse practitioners here and they have all been so supportive, specifically Jennifer. She has made me feel so comfortable and at ease to ask any questions. She has been so encouraging throughout this whole process. What I love the most is that I never feel like there is a right or wrong answer. I always just tell them what's going on and they give possible unbiased solutions without the shoulds and should nots and allow me to make up my own decisions about what I feel is best for me. They also have a staff of nutritionists on hand if you need support to adjust or discuss food plans or options at any time. It's a great support team! If you are struggling with weight loss, I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is looking for something different. I was skeptical in the beginning and I have tried it all throughout the years. I have finally found something that truly does work!

People often tell us they hesitated to come to our medical weight loss center because they were afraid of being embarrassed, judged and/or fat shamed. Your review let people know none of those things happen at BeLite. Instead, most of our medical practitioners and staff have/have had weight issues themselves, so there is a lot of understanding here. We also accept people with major medical issues which often make it harder to lose weight. Patients decide the best course of action for them, we brainstorm the options with them and encourage their continued effort. Our medication really helps people control their hunger and cravings, but helping people change their lifestyle requires knowledge, expertise, and most of all, caring and encouragement. Fantastic experience: If you need to lose weight and are sick of people telling you what to do about it---then go to this clinic. You'll be more comfortable here. The Belite Medical Center is a very professional, unpretentious, little weight loss clinic that was particularly appealing to me given my age and endless life battle with the bulge. I must admit---at the age of 58, I had a bit of an attitude towards weight loss after so many years of yo-yo dieting, endless exercise, and young skinny people telling me what do. When I arrived here, I was so RELIEVED and PLEASANTLY CHARMED by the clinical staff who were very kind, non-judgmental, and careful how they shared ideas for weight loss. The medication prescribed by the doctor---a very interesting and intelligent man I might add---helped me immensely and made it much easier for me to lose weight and keep it off. In fact, if a certain medication didn't seem to be working, or I was fighting an issue like getting hungry at night, etc.---the doctor was very approachable and went out of his way to assist me. He'll tell you about his own weight loss journey if you ask him. Check out his biography---I'm sure he's Mensa. I liked that he was so humble and nice. What I liked most of all about the Belite clinic and staff is that there were no shoulds, shouldn'ts, or have-tos----just encouragement and ideas when you ask. They are unassuming. You will certainly receive a quality nutritional plan, but I eventually found out that with the aid of the medication I was able to establish much better eating habits on my own and could eat most anything I wanted, just in smaller portions. I especially learned how important it was to drink more water. IT REALLY WORKED AND I LOST THE WEIGHT. Try out this clinic. You'll gain more confidence. You'll feel so much better! And never give up.

Fantastic experience: I was fit and at a healthy weight most of my life, but two small kids and grad school threw me way off track. I knew how to eat well and exercise - I just couldn’t seem to get back on track and needed a push. That’s what this program is doing for me. The medication regiment helped me restart and maintain a healthy but livable and sustainable diet/exercise regiment. About two months in and 17 lbs down (!!!!!!) out of planned 30. The office team is great and will work with you to get the right, safe routine for you. It’s not a magic bullet - you still have to do the work- but it’s a great bridge back to healthy.

Fantastic experience: After having my thyroid glands ablated in 2005, I've struggled with my weight. I was doing faddish diets, would lose the weight, but the weight always doubled upon its return! I heard about Belite through a mutual friend and had my first counseling session on 18 August 2016. Today (15 Oct 2016), I've lost 20 lbs!!! I powerwalk several times throughout the week and I have energy like you wouldn't believe! Of course, my appetite has been suppressed with the medication, but I'm keeping the weight off through diet and exercise; portion control is key! The prescribed medications didn't cause jitters, rapid heart rate, or an increase in my blood pressure. If you're looking to lose weight, I highly recommend Belite Medical Center!!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Rothman's knowledge of why we gain weight and why our bodies fight to keep the pounds on gives him an advantage over any other weight loss center in the area. He tailors different meds that will suite each individuals unique needs and watch the pounds go away. Furthermore, the nutritionest has helped me to eat a more balanced and calorie controled meal. Fantastic experience: Be-lite change my life completely. Wonderful customer service. The medicine will work if you drink plenty of water and EAT healthy! You must eat healthy! Stay away from foods that do not work for you. You know your body better than anyone. If you cheat yourself than you will be cheating your pocket. Be committed and you will see the results. I only wished I still lived in VA to be able to finish the program.
