Propper Chiropractic of Westport

Negative experience: I had back problem since 2015 with pain everyday.I went to therapy numerous times and even tried going to a Chiropractor for over a year but no relief. Approximately six months ago I started Dr Propper of Westport and I thank God and Dr Propper I am free of pain everyday, I'm walking and standing better. Dr Jenn and Ginger two great people. If you want the best it is Dr Propper of Westport.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to a cardiologist for high blood pressure for about 10 years, and I take pills to control it. But after starting treatment with Dr Propper last year, my blood pressure has dropped, and has stayed consistently down. Thank you to Doctors P. and Jen! You are great, friendly, human beings.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dr Propper for the better part of two years now. The entire vibe of the office is just really great. Both Dr Propper and Dr Sherriff are super knowledgeable and extremely effective at what they do. They work with a lot of patients, but their memories on how to uniquely treat each individual is nothing short of remarkable. It’s one of the things I most appreciate about the office — it’s just so personal in the best sense of the word. I highly recommend them both and my wife is going to start coming as well. Ginger at the front of the office is also super warm and welcoming, but also very flexible if you need to move appointments around. Highly recommend coming here. You won’t regret it. They are just different than other chiropractors that I’ve been to over the years.

Fantastic experience: I have been in and out of chiropractic care my whole life, and I have to say that Propper Chiropractic is the best. After recent back pain was almost crippling me (I couldn’t get any comfort from sitting, standing, or laying down) they were able to identify the subluxation of my spine and start treatment right away. I am always amazed how he knows exactly where it hurts and targets that area without me even saying a word. Fantastic experience: Went to Dr. P. on the recommendation of a friend. What I received was the Cadillac of care. Dr. P., and Dr. Jen went beyond the traditional service by extending time to answer questions and provide education on body mechanics, and do's and don'ts with my specific condition. I received a post care plan to self manage my lifestyle. My care plan wasn't 'cookie cutter' it was designed specifically for me; and you only get that when your Practitioner invests in getting to know you. I will return without hesitation when it comes time for a tune-up. And I would be remiss if I didn't include Ginger at the front desk - they simply don't come any more gracious and professional - she is the epitome of 'customer service' . Give yourself the gift of good health. It's the 'Propper' thing to do (yes, I know- couldn't resist! LOL! :-)

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Propper after spending THOUSANDS on massages and other quacky treatments to deal with relentless back pain. I wouldn't say I was skeptical of chiropracty, but I certainly was not hopeful for my future after a herniated disk and years of poor posture had ravaged my body. I was at the point of self medicating to get to sleep and was rapidly slipping into depression. I truly thought there was no way out. Nothing was working. After the first few sessions I experienced REMARKABLE relief in pain. Absolutely remarkable. The muscle tension then slowly receded, as my body unlocked and issues ranging from anxiety to restless legs began to dissipate. I could have never imagined the results I would get from a simple alignment M/W/F mornings. I now place my visits on par with therapy visits, they are as important, but rather being for my mind, they are for my body. I have NEVER written a review before, but I know what the pain struggle is like and want to be a voice of hope for anyone struggling for a PERMANENT solution. It really has been life changing and I can't recommend Dr. Propper enough. I actually considered not moving back to NYC after COVID just to stay in the area. That should say it all.

Fantastic experience: Starting going here a few months ago after I started having back pain between my shoulder blades. I'm in the food industry so it's a lot of bending and reaching in awkward positions. Couldn't be happier with the results, not only have they helped my current problem but they are also helping to correct and issue with my discs from when I was in high school. Always very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and they will (if you allow) send you a text reminder or check to see if your coming. Fantastic experience: I've been to five or six chiropractors. Dr. Propper and Jen do things that no one else has done, and they work. He pushes a compressed disk in my lower spine and makes it better. I've gotten much better over all with regular visits to Dr. Propper.

Dr. Jen saw me right away and after some diagnostic tests and x-rays (on the same day - she didn't send me away and make me come back) she gave me an adjustment that had me feeling so much better right away.
