Fantastic experience: I've been going to Denver Vitality Center for over 3 years. I learned about Dr. Mark because I had tremendous neck and TMJ pain, and I had exhausted all the therapies my doctors told me about (physical therapy, traditional chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, all the way to trigger point injections and tons of medical Botox). As a healthy, active young adult, I couldn't understand why I had so much physical pain. Within a few weeks at Denver Vitality Center, I felt my pain reducing. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark and Adrienne, and the truly life changing treatment I have received over the past 2 years. During this time, they have become like family to me and my partner. 2 years ago I felt completely hopeless as I was struggling with a debilitating chronic health issue related to digestion, and had exhausted all non surgical interventions through primary and specialty care (GI imaging, extensive blood work, even ENT evaluations). Fantastic experience: My nickname for Dr. Mark is Yoda. This is the highest of compliments from this Star Wars fan. In one session, areas of my neck, rib, and lower back which have been locked and resistant to more aggressive forms of chiropractic work, have awakened and are self adjusting over the past few days since treatment. Fantastic experience: There has been a major change in the quality of my life since I have been seeing going to the Denver Vitality Center. Dr. Mark has given me a true Body, Spirit, Mind experience. My body is healthier and stronger,. When I had COVID last fall, I was able to recuperate fast without lingering side effects. I had a knee replacement surgery in February and surprised my doctor and everyone around me at how quickly I was able to walk without a limp, had less pain and a month after surgery, was at 120 degrees of flexibility. After about 2 l/2 months was at 130 degrees of flexibility. I feel that my recovery is a result of my body learning to heal by itself due to the adjustments. My sugar addiction is not as bad. I'm having the best sleep I have ever had. I automatically breathe deeper and my back pain and posture is better. My depression (which I have had since I was a child) is much better, I can meditate deeper and my overall outlook is so much brighter in all areas of my life. Another surprising benefit is that my relationships are much more loving and I'm so grateful for amazing friends and family. Fantastic experience: I have been in NSA chiropractic care since 2012. By far Dr. Mark is my favorite chiropractor along with Dr. Bekah now. It's amazing how much has changed in my life. I am more aware then what I used to be. Before chiropractic care I had major gut issues, extreme acne, my spine definitely out of alignment and my life style choices were extremely poor and my thoughts weren't always best especially towards myself. There is a major difference from regular chiropractic care versus NSA chiropractic care. I appreciate the care I received years ago because it lead me on a better path, and fixed many of the health issues I once had, but once I discovered NSA there was no going back. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Mark from my previous chiropractor since she ended up moving. At first I was slightly hesitant with the "gentle touch" approach to chiropractic. I can say that after seeing Dr. Mark regularly for a few months now my hip and neck pain have improved significantly. As someone who is also in the medical field and is constantly hunched over all day I never thought I would find relief. Fantastic experience: There’s no way for me to adequately capture where I was prior to seeing Dr. Mark compared to where I am now. Here’s my shot at it. History: I had tried an exhaustive list of therapies, modalities & psychedelics complete with medicine circles and shamans in other countries … each fell short. When I walked into Dr. Mark’s office, my energy was approaching Zed. I had nothing left to give and was exploring assisted living at 46 because I didn’t want to have another blackout that hurts someone and staying present and conscious was becoming more and more difficult. From the inside out, had become a neurotic pair of boots that punched a clock, executed tasks, came home and collapsed under panic attacks. I often wondered if I was dead, and my body just hadn’t figured it out yet. Had just flushed out a 10-year-old brain infection that left my adrenals and hormones as neurotic as my inner dialogue. Then there was the Traumatic Brain Injuries that took my accustomed personality out in 2006 & 40 years of narcissistic abuse … I was done. And I couldn’t even pretend that I was okay any longer (even though I kept trying). Here’s the remaining list of ailments: - really bad back (lower back as long as I can remember) - shattered wrists and torn elbows from work accidents and car crash that was due to my brain injuries/infection - internally, neurotic - everyday was ever more hopeless - had nothing left to give … as in, at all! - was barely making it to work … rarely on time. - on most days, would get home and collapse under panic attacks - relationships obviously were suffering, at least, those that were still sticking on. A few short months after seeing Dr Mark: - I’m getting help with the TBIs - The adrenal & hormone collapse that followed treating the head infection are functioning really well! - the back is doing great and allowing me to do more and live more fully! - the hopelessness and relentless suicidal ideation is better than i can remember. - my lows aren’t as low - my highs aren’t chaotic. - executive function is returning. - I’ve quit self-medicating with caffeine, nicotine, TCH/CBD sugar, food & screen time. - I’ve joined a support community for narcissistic abuse recovery & am doing great!!! - i. have. so. much. to. give and offer those I love now! It’s humbling to look back at how I was. - am getting to work on time and increasing my skillsets. (Learning electrical after my life fell apart. But actually enjoying it now.) - relationships with my children are so much better and they are learning how to heal their trauma their parents caused - I am so much more organized and energized than I’ve been in 20 years. Proper energy, not the neurotic adrenals kind. - I’m able to access creativity with less effort. - everything I do actually takes less effort. - I’m looking forward to the life I’m rebuilding. - and, I have so much more grace in allowing my true self to show up. Fantastic experience: Going to see Dr. Mark has truly been life changing. I am currently a post colligate track and field athlete training in Highlands Ranch. Since I started seeing Dr. Mark at the beginning of this year my mental and physical stress has been reduced significantly. Fantastic experience: A car accident left me with a slipped disc and compressed disc in my neck that had me dealing with chronic pain for years, I had tried everything. from traditional chiropractic treatments, physical therapy, massage, and Accupuncture. All they did was give me temporary relief, but nothing worked long term. My ortho doctor even said there's nothing else to do but manage my pain. I heard about Dr Mark though friends for about a year before making the decision to fly to Denver to see him. I was skeptical, but hopeful that he could help. After 5 treatments over the course of a few days, my neck pain disappeared and my neck seems more aligned. I myself could not believe it was that fast and that it would last. Fantastic experience: I initially went to Dr. Mark to get help with some "stuck emotions" or past hurts that i knew were affecting me with relationships. I was closed but didn't know how to move past it. During the consult we talked about my neck pain, which i had daily for the past 20 years and had just accepted it. Over the course of the year, my neck pain completely left, and people were approaching me - the first sign my "closed-ness" was going away. Fantastic experience: I have recently tried to find Doctors who specialize in the Mind-Body approach much like the famous Dr. Sarno to solve for my chronic headaches. I've been to a lot of Doctors before and I wasn't ready for another person who immediately would say "I have the answers", but luckily, Dr. Armbruster was not that kind. The first consultation is free, but instead of looking at your symptoms, he looks to the root of the problem and determines if he can help or not. This goes into emotional landscapes, past traumas, and things that most doctors don't want to touch which I was relieved to hear paired with his vast experience with patients. Dr. Armbruster goes at great lengths to understand how you got to where you are and pinpoints exactly what you want to get out of the sessions so you are both not just wasting time. He practices what is called Network Spinal Analysis which at first seems odd as it is light touches on the back of a patient with hardly anything. I wasn't ready for such minimal amount of work on my throbbing headache which I thought needed some kind of power tool to feel better, but quickly found there is a method to this that is unlike anything I've tried. So far I've been getting more interested in the process and have found some results to be shockingly improved for my situation. The environment is calming and relaxing so don't let the outside of the building fool you. I'm on mission to get rid of my chronic pain and right now this is my first option.

Negative experience: Seems like a super nice guy but heads up - wants you to pay for you're prescribed treatment in a lump sum in advance. It's probably general my disdain for sales pitches in general but couldn't go through with paying someone 2G's before at least some results. Also first two seasons a week apart and he didn't seem to remember me or anything we talked about the previous week. I think the concept sounds intriguing but couldn't get past all the other stuff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark and Pulse-Wave Therapy are amazing! I recently couldn't use my right hand and my thumb was in so much pain. After 3 months of it getting worse, I got an x-ray and was diagnosed with mild arthritis but it wasn't mild to me. It was a constant pain, I would wake up in the middle of the night with it hurting so bad, I couldn't grab or hold anything and I didn't know what I was going to do because I work on a computer all day. After the first treatment my pain was relieved walking out of the office and after the 3rd treatment I could hold onto things and use my hand like normal again. I believe in it so much that I sent my daughter who's a gymnast to see Dr. Mark and it helped her and am now using it for my back and neck to benefit from this treatment. Fantastic experience: When I saw Dr. Mark , I had severe sciatica pain running down both of my legs. I saw him 3x a week for a few weeks and the pain was gone. We have since been working on the pain and emotional trauma from two car accidents, losing a spouse and my mother. The emotional stress was affecting all areas of my body. Fantastic experience: For a year I tried to treat a hamstring tendinopathy first with PRP which didn't work, physical therapy which then resulted in a new tear in the hamstring, dry needling and then ultimately looking at Pulse wave or shock wave therapy. I did weekly sessions 4 weeks in a row. I was hoping for partial relief with these treatments and ended up with complete pain relief and back to biking and running. Fantastic experience: The best treatment for health. For the last six months I have been tormented by plantar fasciitis. It stemmed from a tendon injury on the inside of my left heel and spread to the bottom of my heel. Dr Mark gave me 3 pressure wave treatments that have alleviated my pain. I am now working with Dr Mark to get Hal to my walking and yoga schedule. I highly recommend Dr Mark and this amazing sound Pressure Wave Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Life-changing. As a nurse I've tried almost everything under the sun to treat my neck/shoulder/back injuries from car accidents. (traditional chiropractic, massage, SURGERY, craniosacral therapy, rolfing, accupuncture, dry needling, reflexology, physical therapy, injections, cupping, traction, ART, prescription pain cream, ibuprofen, muscle relaxers, ice/heat, etc!!!) Within a month of NSA treatments from Dr. Mark the widespread pain became more localized. My adhesions/scar tissue were so resistant he tried Shockwave therapy on them, and after the FIRST treatment I was able to breathe easily and turn my neck to the side without pain. Second treatment I was able to actually enjoy hiking and wearing a backpack again. Third treatment and my chronic pain is nearly gone!! Fantastic experience: I am fairly new to Denver Vitality Center and Dr. Mark. I was interested in N.S.A (Network Spinal Analysis) having heard about it from a friend. I have had many modalities done in the past that addressed the issues of trauma (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). However, they always seemed to come back. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark is super intuitive about what is going on in my body, and what needs fixing. His treatments are very gentle and non-invasive, but we've come a long way in my healing journey from a "locked up" neck and numb fingers to being rid of both those and neuropathy type shooting pains in the arms. He's also able to work in more areas than normal old style chiropractors, and is currently detoxing my lungs and sinuses from being raised in a household with two chain smokers in the days when it was OK to smoke around the kids.
