Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Crowley after a bad fall which injured my shoulder & arm six months prior to seeing her. I could barely lift my arm over my head. No other doctor could diagnose me properly & provide me pain relief. After seeing Dr. Crowley just one time she was able to diagnose me (injury stemmed from my upper neck), fix my issue & provide me pain relief. Her approach may come across non-traditional in comparison to other chiropractor's which is why it is so effective. We are lucky that to have her & her staff in our region.

Dr. Crowley walked into the room, she knew exactly who I was, when I was there last and and the reason I was in there for last time. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Morgan for only a couple weeks and more of my symptoms have been relieved by getting the atlas adjustments and laser therapy on my knees than anything I have tried. I paid the same amount to have stem cell injections in my knees (which did nothing). I should have come here sooner. My energy has improved tremendously and I am so thrilled I found her office! Her staff are so friendly and treat me like family:)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Crowley is an exceptional Practitioner who is well knowledgeable and far wiser beyond her years. I switched from manual adjustments to Atlas Orthogonal adjustments with surprising ease. In fact, X rays revealed that my condition worsened under manual chiropractic care. Upon my first adjustment with Dr. Crowley, my Xrays after one adjustment showed improvement already! I have found, along with Dr. Crowley's wonderful supplemental therapies in-office: Cold Laser, Decompression and Zyto Nutritional Scanning helped my body structurally transform and realign. I had that notorious "hump" forming at the base of my neck and in a year's time, she has worked magic in correcting that issue..along with proper management of stretching and postural changes. Aside of the Dr. Herself..the staff at Upper Cervical are amazing and so helpful. They really care about you and what youre going through. I am so fortunate to have found her, after trying several others. She treats every patient as a unique person, and therefore she can identify the problem, and begin work on solving it, and explains everything as she proceeds. GOD bless Dr. Crowley !!!!. Fantastic experience: After my first visit to Upper Cervical Spine Centers of Michigan, I knew that this was not a typical crack-n-pop chiropractor. I knew their approach was different, and having tried many different chiropractors for 20 years, I was willing to give it a try. I could clearly see that their approach was holistic and complete, and very unlike a traditional chiropractor. I signed up for the 6-month plan based on their initial recommendations. At first, I was not sure what to expect because their approach was so different. But as time marched on, I started to improve and feel better, taking me to where I am at today. I am basically healed of all my issues! My neck and lower back have never been better and I'm sleeping without pain! The fine staff there always took care of me, and gave me utmost respect. Now I'm going on maintenance, and know that I am in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I have tried everything type of treatment for my vertigo and migraines. After talking with Dr. Crowley and finding the real reason (my neck) for my problems I was so relieved to find a plan. When I learned what it entailed I must say that I was skeptical; I truly believed that a major treatment plan (surgery, etc.) was my only option at that point. However, after a few sessions the results were remarkable! I could perform those tasks that previously caused me pain without even a twinge or ache! I highly and unequivocally recommend this office to anyone experiencing pain!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this office because they made me feel like my symptoms aren’t all in my head!!!! My journey started in 2018 and I did not find Dr. Crowley right away. I first found my neurologist and my neurosurgeon. I was on a lot of medication and then had surgery in Aug. 2019. I felt 100% until the end of June 2020 when some of the symptoms started to come back. The symptoms that started to come back were some vestibular sensations, headaches, pain in my forearms and vertigo when laying down. I went back to both my neurologist and neurosurgeon they both did more testing with no answers. I started doing some research on my one and found out about Atlas Orthogonal chiropractors. I was very happy to find Upper Cervical Spine Centers of Michigan in Monroe. I remember talking to Dr. Crowley on the phone for my first consultation and thinking I would not be a candidate due to my prior cervical spine surgery—She gave me hope and said nope let’s take a look. After going to the office for all the tests I had hope, but was still uncertain if she would be able to help me. When I came back to her office to go over my test results and she said I was a great candidate I wanted to cry because she truly understood what I have been saying since July of 2018. I wish I would have found her back in 2018. I have only been receiving treatment for a little over 2 weeks but I am 4 days off a nerve medication that I have been trying to get off for over a year now. I have no more pain in my forearms, the vertigo when I lay down is gone and when I lay on my left side I no longer have a weird feeling in my head. I will continue to go to my appointments, do my PT exercises and hopefully get rid of more symptoms each week. I could not have done this on my own. The staff and Dr. Crowley are amazing and make you feel “normal”!!!

Fantastic experience: I had pain and weakness in my left shoulder and arm, the weakness is what I sought treatment for. Unfortunately, I didn't start here! I had tried a different chiropractor, and a rehabilitation center to no avail. You all know how the internet works when you start searching for answers, you start getting hit with advertisements....well, Thank God Upper Cervical Spine centers was one of them! The other places took x-rays and even a CAT scan, but never really talked with me or explained about what was indicated, only that they "could help", they tried, and I'm not disrespecting them, but I only experienced and hour or 2 of relief after a session and the treatment lasted over 6 months, to me it was wasted time and money. So, Now I see this add for Upper Cervical Spine Center and read up on it and decide to check it out, and to be honest with you too, they offered a well priced initial consultation! On My First visit, Dr. Ariana took x-rays on site and along with some other electronic/physical readings, then discussed EVERYTHING with my wife and I. She was, right from the get-go, Honest and sincere. During the enlightening consultation, she said she wouldn't take me on if she didn't think they could help me. And HELP me they Did! I'm about half way thru this treatment plan and went from a 6 or more on a 1 to 10 pain scale, with 10 being the most, to almost nothing! this is after a year or more of pain and weakness affecting my job and simple life endeavors(one complaint was not being able to lift up a frying pan, or tighten larger nuts and bolts on heavy equipment at work) By the way, I spent 23 years on the railroad and I've always taken care of myself and kept in pretty good shape. I know this is probably kinda long, but I'm really excited and happy about what they accomplished in this short period of time, I was also researching surgery by the way! That was the next option until I found this place! I can tell you , this worked for me! I'm happy as a butchers dog! Along with what they have physically done, they gave me exercises and stretching to do, along with nutrition and to drink lots of water! (which I was mostly doing anyway)! I think by now you get the drift! Fantastic People in staff. All of them. Excellent Doctors in Dr. A and of course, Dr. Crowley, who has provided a lot of this great treatment. I have recommended them to 2 of my friends, one of which has been there already. And if your reading this, I highly recommend them to you too! Thank You!

Fantastic experience: This facility gave me my life back!!!! I suffered from whiplash and as a therapist myself I initially opted for the PT route. Things rapidly got worse and I suffered from severe face, head, neck, back, and rib pain. The multiple doctors I saw said it was in my head and I was offered pills with no end in sight, no explanation, just pills. Doctor Crowley sat knee to knee with me during the initial evaluation, listened to every word I said, explained the cause, and how she planned to treat it. I eventually reached my goals in PT and am approaching my one year anniversary here. I went from being confined to my couch or bed, to being able to drive long distances, work, take care of my home, and enjoy life like I used to. To say the least I feel my gains here have been phenomenal. I now refer patients here but feel I am often met with fear of, "the bone cracker." Doctor Crowley's approach is much less invasive if you will. Diagnostic testing and calculated tools help individualize treatment to the exact degree. Fantastic experience: I am ….or I WAS... very big SKEPTIC about how this would or could help me with my pain in my left neck thru my neck/shoulder area. I was in a lot of pain and for about 10 months when I couldn't stand the pain and the decrease in mobility I decided to give this a shot. I could not raise my arm more than 45 degrees from my waist or driving any distance or anything that involved quick movement was out of the question. Coughing or a sneeze I had pain thru the roof. After 6 visits I have my mobility almost completely back...I am out and playing basketball, doing yard work, workouts and some other things that I figured would become a memory. I still have some work to do but the pain area on my body has shrunk to a lot smaller manageable area...and hopefully these next few visits will eliminate that. The professionals here are very helpful, willing to take the time to answer any "SKEPTIC'S" questions, and go into detail everything that they are doing. I have Dr. Crowley and she has been very informative and detailed when I have my appointments. I am very happy with what and where they have got me on my recovery...It feels very good to feel very good again.

Fantastic experience: I have received chiropractic care for years from a couple of wonderful chiropractors, but was never able to hold my adjustments for very long. Upper Cervicals approach that everything begins at the top with your atlas is key. Fantastic experience: This has been life changing for my family! Before I found Dr. Crowley I lived with severe vertigo and constant neck pain. It is now manageable and so reassuring knowing she can help me if I do get vertigo(which is nothing like the vertigo I used to get). Our son suffered from daily debilitating migraines. He no longer gets migraines! Such a blessing! The whole staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough how the atlas orthogonal chiropractic method Dr. Morgan uses has improved my overall health, not just my neck and back pain! I have gone to a chiropractor off and on since high school and it's something I truly believe in, but finding Dr. Morgan and her method has taken my belief in chiropractic care to further heights! I had neck pain for 2 years prior to going to Dr. Morgan. It was so bad I couldn't sit on hard surfaces or lay certain ways. Dr. Morgan tells you how it is and as long as you listen to her and follow directions you'll see improvement. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Crowley has been very positive. Because of the treatments I have received, I believe my spinal health has improved. In addition, laser therapy has dramatically improved my right leg and knee. After two knee replacement surgeries on my right knee, I put up with irritating soreness and stiffness for over 9 years. Laser therapy reduced these issues by almost 100%. Results have exceeded my expectations. I am very happy!!

Fantastic experience: I have been in pain for over 3 years with frozen shoulder, pain in my ribs, lower back (surgery and a 2nd injury), and neck pain. I have been to the University of Michigan Hospital for treatment, physical therapy, and a nerve block with limited relief. I have been seeing a massage therapist weekly for over a year which provided good relief; however, none of this compares to the relief I feel after an adjustment by Dr Crowley. The first adjustment provided immediate relief. It only lasted a few hours the first visit, however after each visit the span of time I feel better increases. I would highly recommend Dr. Crowley.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from back & neck problems almost all my life. I frequented chiropractors for over 45 years. About 8 visits to Upper Cervical fixed my problems. I used to see a chiropractor once to twice a week. It's now been about 2 1/2 months & I still hold my adjustment & don't need to come in. The frequent pains in my neck and locked up upper & lower back are all gone & I feel great. Because of my fantastic success my wife, son & his wife are now coming here. I was referred here by a medical professional who had the same problems as I who also had the same long lasting result. She actually couldn't remember the last time she had visited this office or any other chiropractors. I drive for over an hour to get here and I have to say it's more than worth the time. The entire staff here is friendly, accomodating & professional. All I can say is give them a try & you won't be sorry no matter how many other chiropractors you have tried.

Fantastic experience: Slowly but surely Dr. Rion and Dr. Rick are turning around a 35 year old car accident injury. I was hesitant to begin with another chiropractor, since I have had numerous chiropractors across this span of time. A traumatic brain injury in 2008 added a laundry list of complications, and I thought I would have to live in excruciating pain with a litany of neurological symptoms. The doctors are compassionate, highly trained, the 3-D x-rays are incredible, and the staff there is amazing. Everyone is committed to healing and they truly partner with you on your journey. I have to say that Upper Cervical Care is unlike any form of chiropractic care I have experienced. My only regret - wish I had access to this modality 35 years ago. Fantastic experience: For more than 12 years I've suffered from terrible neck pain along with shoulder, rib,lower back & hip problems. I can't even recall all the things I've tried to get relief. Nothing worked including a pain block that I was so against having in the first place. The pain was ruining and running my life, so I went ahead and did the pain block hoping for a day or two of relief. What a mistake.......I was now in more pain than before.Then I had to drink some radioactive stuff so they could take a picture of my spine thinking it was a bone infection from the pain block. Never again will I do that! So here I am at the Upper Cervical Health Center and for the first time in over 12 years........there's a light at the end of this dark tunnel I've been living in! I've been with Dr. Rion & Dr. Rick for a year now, and look forward to spending more time with them and their "healing ways!" As for their staff, they're friendly & caring too. This is a great place to be if you need help! It works!!!!!

Fantastic experience: When I first went in there I didn't expect much but when I had my consultation and the questions they were asking me were related to what I had been experiencing for 23 years of symptoms matching- I was blown away. Just by looking at me and not doing anything else yet they knew a lot more about me than any other physican could by examing me and doing tests. I had been hit by a car 23 years ago and broke my femur bone- every since then I had have one leg shorter yhan the other one UNTIL my second office visit here and was told my neck, spine, and hip were all out of alignment due to my atlas being out og place. Within 5 minutes of a little no pain lying on a tab table getting an adjustment- both my legs werd the same length after 23 years!!!! It was the weirdest, craziest, most exciting thing to feel. Since I started going to this office, I have much less frequent numbness in my arm, and my lower back pain has pretty much disappeared, despite lots of yard work. I also really like the procedure they use - very precise, and no "cracking" adjustments.
