Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with dozens of trainers and while most of them were good, the majority of them we’re not even close to walking there. Talk in a living example of their work like David is. I also own a natural healthcare facility that I teach people natural healthcare values one thing that is like finding a unicorn is that David represents natural health values better than something. I could’ve created myself. I highly recommend any level of training that you may seek out from his services.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with David since February and have seen significant improvements in body, mood and mind. Fantastic experience: My wife, our daughter, and I have been working with Dave since February. At that time we were looking for a workout approach that would complement our twice weekly Pilates classes. Dave has offered a very creative approach supported by his clear knowledge of the body and attention to where each of us happens to be in our separate training journeys (and ages, varying from 32 to 70!). He is very open to feedback and is definitely not one of those “no pain no gain” trainers. We feel safe with Dave’s approach. In addition to his expertise he’s also just a really very decent man who is interested in who we are and more than open to sharing ideas and suggestions about all sorts of health related strategies! He is always cheerful and ready and has tailored the sessions to me - age, weaknesses, gender, etc. He periodically checks with me on my goals. Fantastic experience: The only time I do not dread exercise is when we are training with David. He has been an excellent resource for nutrition and overall well being. He adjusts to training 2 people at once on very different fitness profiles and never skips a beat. David is genuinely invested in each of his clients and their success. We are committed to the training aspect of his business but also have utilized his nutrition consulting which is so, so helpful. Periodic check-ins to talk over menu plans/progress/frustrations and he is almost always available by text for a quick question. Anyone needing help to get motivated and moving needs to spend 1 hour with David to see how it can be incorporated into your life and change things to be a better you!

Fantastic experience: Being a complete newbie to working out, exercise, and metabolism, I was a bit apprehensive starting out. Those concerns quickly dissipated after meeting with David and discussing my goals and limitations. David has been eager to share his knowledge, wisdom, and continued encouragement. The body is complex, and I get the impression that this is the lens through which David sees the world. During the workouts programmed for me, I am often reminded of his ability to target specific muscles and provide tips to enhance individual movements even further.

Fantastic experience: Working with David has already changed my life and it’s only been a short time! He is first and foremost a Jesus lover, and incorporates Scripture into my workouts which is amazing. He is very responsive and has been able to design fun and challenging workouts around my many restrictions. I went from being very limited in my exercise and no running due to this, and am now back to running 5 miles a day, feeling my best and feeling strong! Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out with David for several months now and I can’t say enough good things about his program. Fantastic experience: I started going to training a month and a half ago and it has really helped me build my strength. I am a rock climber and I had been working out for a long time before seeing no results. The other day I went back to the climbing gym to see if I have improved, and I did. I was hanging upside down with all four feet on the wall. It was truly a spider woman moment. Fantastic experience: David has worked with my daughter on her vertical jump and overall strength and explosion for volleyball. Her results have been excellent.  It is a testament to both David’s expertise and his motivational skills that a teenage girl started with him reluctantly, and has continued with him steadily and consistently for months. Fantastic experience: When we first met David, we knew he had his hands full. We were so out of shape and wanting to be healthier in retirement years. He started slow with us. I can't believe what we can accomplish now. I had little faith this would work but with his nutrition guidance and exercise, we saw progress after4 months. 8 months, we had new bodies. So many inches lost not to mention down sizing in clothes. My husband can fit into old clothes and I MUST admit his muscles are sexy. I had to buy new clothes after going down 3 sizes. David gives great suggestions for foods and snacks. It works! Have faith, patience and trust David.

Fantastic experience: I used to be a regular at the gym and workout the way most people do, but it wasn’t until I started training with Dave that I saw big changes in my physic; I went on to gain 15 lbs of muscle mass with him in a year thanks to the customized programs he made for me. Fantastic experience: I met David four years ago in 2019. I was super nervous to meet someone new and to tell them I needed help on my fitness journey. David put me right at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Each session with him is well thought out and personally tailored to me. He’s super knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness; he’s also funny, motivating and encouraging.  He accommodates my work schedule and is quick to respond when I reach out to him. When we’re working together he is super patient; he models the exercise, explains proper form and makes adjusts as we go and as someone who struggles with following directions this is huge. I definitely can do things now that would have been near impossible when I first met him.  Even though I like to act like I’m dying throughout each session (because it’s legit a hard hour) I truly love every minute of it.
