Fantastic experience: I started working out at this gym the age of 12. I am now a senior in high school getting ready to play college football. Over the years, my strength and explosiveness improved so much, and I excelled as an athlete. The programming, coaches and community here is top notch.

Fantastic experience: I recently took a weightlifting class with Justin Ciaburri at Limitless Performance and Therapy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. In just an hour and a half, I learned so much more than I expected. Justin has a great approach. He’s patient, encouraging, and clear in his instructions. He took the time to correct my form, which I really appreciated, and even taught me something as fundamental as respecting the bar and never walking over it. That’s a new perspective for me, and it shows his attention to detail and respect for the sport. Every time I see his name in a time slot that works, I’ll definitely be signing up. Honestly, I haven’t had a single complaint with any of the trainers at Limitless. They’re all fantastic, and I wake up eager to go over there whenever I can. Highly recommend Justin and the whole team. ️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Exercise was the last thing on my list of things to pursue - in fact, it may not have even been on the list. But when I hurt my back doing a simple task, I knew I was in trouble if I were to have quality of life, moving forward with a growing and active family. I had lost a significant amount of weight, but in doing so had lost muscle and strength. I started CrossFit with encouragement from my husband and feel better than I have maybe my whole life. The coaches understand my novice skills and scale the workouts to suit my needs and goals. Just to put it in perspective, I did not even know what a Burpee was when I started. I may be the oldest, weakest, and slowest in the class at times, but with the encouragement of all the coaches and members, I am still here almost nine months later - and feeling great about myself. Fantastic experience: Been going to the gym for three years and I have to say this is the best gym I ever been in my life being a gym rat myself. This is the best most kindest community. This real emotional for me during a pandemic, I added about 40 pounds for somebody who was always athletic this gym in three years put me back to where I needed to be thanks to all the great coaches, especially Sue Mignoe and my brother Jake with their Toughlove put me where I am today. Fantastic experience: This is the best crossfit place Ive ever been. The coaches are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. If you are brand new to cf, you wont feel out of place. They offer modifications and options for the wod if you have some issues or difficulties. Members are very friendly and always gives you a high five or fist bumps after the workouts even if they don’t know you :) I started my journey with limitless last December and have been very happy with my progress. Ive suffered backand knee pain and thats one of the issue I had before signing up. I emailed Jackie and she is very responsive with my issue before signing up. Limitless gave me my strength back. highly recommend this place!!! <3

Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the most welcoming and unintimidating crossfit facilities I've been too. The owners are super warm and do an amazing job of ensuring their members are both happy and safe. Jackie (owner) is always very responsive to my needs, and always has a great attitude! I have also had my kids enrolled in the limitless Camp with Raina (co-owner) who is equally amazing, and now we can't wait for Crossfit kids!

Fantastic experience: Before I joined Limitless I was very nervous about the idea of Crossfit. I was afraid of getting hurt and had no experience with weights. I found the owner (Jackie) to be patient, caring and funny! I like the balance between "the serious" (form, safety and support) and "the humor" (it's exercise! You are competing with yourself, double unders are hard...). Each day is different and challenging.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! Clean, great classes and the staff couldn't be friendlier!! Jackie goes out of her way to accomate her clients and gets to know them on a personal level! She is very dedicated to the gym and her clients and can feel her positive energy from the second you walk in!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Limitless since the opening of the facility. I have had the opportunity to participate in classes at various times with various coaches and can say without a doubt the following things. 1. Every staff member from the coaches to the owners care about the members. They continually stress the importance of safety while encouraging members to challenge themselves to be their best. Coaches will even stay well after class has ended to assist a member in improving a particular skill they may be struggling with. I personally have gone from unable to continuously jump rope to being able to regularly complete double unders. 2. The community of members can not be beaten! There are no clicks, they are supportive of one another, and very very welcoming of new members. 3. It's clear Jackie and her team put a lot of thought and effort into their programing, it's challenging but easily scaleable for beginners. If you are unsure of how to complete a movement the coaches will walk you through it . 4. This place is clean all the time!!! Clearly the owners take pride in their facility and strive to maintain it.

Negative experience: The owner was extremely rude at times. I don't recommend it to friends. Work routine may be good, but in this business is critical those in charge are also emotional intelligent. Learn to work the body language because your job is also to motivate others. BAD EXPERIENCE

Fantastic experience: What a great clean place! Not clicky and not overbearing about crossfitting. They have awesome friendly coaches, so far all the people that work out there are super nice and its actually a pleasure to go workout be cheered on and cheer on others. I enjoy the start of my day with a good workout. They are patient and scale everything depending on ability. Owners are both very nice too and also work out with the group! I would definetly recommend this box to anyone :)
