Fantastic experience: Topline I would begin by stating that if you are new to the whole holistic fitness approach or know about how difficult it is to find a good place with quality products to achieve your fitness goals you have arrived at the right place to begin or continue your fitness/health program. So far I have visited this nutrition place three times by now feeling confident to give you an honest review based on customer service, quality and innovation of products, price, and safety measures. The first visit, I was attended by a sales associate and service was good; however, the 2nd and 3rd visit I was assisted by the Owner who I qualify with outstanding customer service skills that if you are looking for any kind of supplements or natural products I will highly recommend you ask for him Juan Rico. The second time I visited the TOPLINE store was during black friday specials season, Juan approached me and asked if I needed any assistance for what I seek advice for a better option for a pre workout. He asked what I was taking and how I felt the product was working for me so far and the reason I was looking for something better than the previous pre-workout (P1n Pre-Phase, I would do a review on this product on its own). Once I told him all the pros and cons he offered me two different products that would take it to the next level. I can say in comparison to the 1st visit helped by an associate he was very knowledgeable on both products and took the time explaining both product's advantages and differences between both products and how they differentiate from the P1n. Then, he also advised me to add some other product to best achieve the results for my fitness/health goals. I don’t know about you, but in the past when I have visited other nutrition places I hate being rushed or dealt with by people who only want to sell you whatever to make their quota or get a commission. Also, I do tend to express all concerns or doubts I have about a product or item because I am spending my money and putting something on my system that would affect me in either a positive or negative way. With this being said, I would totally recommend you visit this place to get your fitness products !!!!! The service received even by the sales associate not the owner is good in comparison to most places I have visited in the past 10 years. If you get the chance to be assisted by Juan you are in great hands is all I can say. Don’t be afraid to ask any question or concern you might have even if you are window shopping. I usually go to different places and compare their products, customer service, quality and other things to consider when you are going to spend your bucks. Another very important point going on during this time is the way we interact with others with Covid19 pandemia. Face masks are required to enter the store, I visited other locations and I am not sure why the reps once they started interacting removed or put down their face masks. Being healthy or in good shape doesn’t decrease the chances of getting Covid19. One more reason to visit this Topline store; people are beginning to realize we ate the world apart throughout these past months (I myself gained 50 lbs over 7 months “yase me la bane (Ja.Ja.) hey don’t say anything I lost 22 lbs already XD” and people are beginning to get in a health/fitness program to prevent being propense to get sick. Friends of mine decided to begin their program at home and interact with their children to have quality time and pass down good habits; and others didn’t know what to do with them so decided to wear them out ‘keepin’ Honest :) !!!!! Yet, they were getting more tired than their children. I already recommended visiting this store and getting something to keep up with the kiddos !!!!! Other family members or myself take very seriously the risk of getting Covid19 even though I have started going to a gym to workout. Always taking the precautions needed.
