Fantastic experience: I see Catherine Terry for therapeutic massage on a regular basis. She (and all the therapists) have advanced training and expertise in numerous techniques to help treat physical conditions. I have had pain in both shoulders which has been significantly reduced by Catherine's massage and cupping sessions. If you're in search of therapeutic massage for any reason, you need to check her out.

Celia at the front desk is also the nicest and observant women ever!!! Don't go anywhere else! The Staff are very personal and knowledgeable. They feel like family almost immediately! Thank you all for keeping me on my feet with minimal pain! I don't even take meds for the pain since I starting going to see Dr. Wahl! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kenny Ring has been working with my newborn for about 2 weeks. We were originally referred to him because of his expertise in adjustment of babies, and also for the experience of the other staff at Southern Pines Chiropractic and their ability to work through palette issues. My son has a lip and tongue tie and was very tight and had difficulty even turning his head at our first visit. Dr. Ring and Kristie have worked to help him turn his head without pain, his latch with breastfeeding is much improved, and he finally seems to have worked through his digestive issues he was having. Dr. Ring is professional, personable, and easy to ask questions to about the treatment plan for your baby. Kristie is helpful with teaching you how to perform the same exercises and bodywork at home in order to help the child progress even outside the doors of Southern Pines Chiropractic. I have no negative things to say about the care we have received and it is worth every single penny.

I am never disappointed with Dr. Wahl's adjustments, advice, tests, and approach. The staff like Jennifer, Celia, and Kristie are wonderful, warm, and the sweetest. Fantastic experience: I had been having some issues with my neck and my back but didn't want to go to a regular medical doctor so I thought I would try out Southern Pines Chiropractic and I am so glad I did. Being a nurse, I was always skeptical about chiropractic care ( I didn't like the popping sounds made when getting adjustments and had some concerns about how frequent I may have to go) but I decided to put all that aside and give it a try. When I called I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist and was given an appointment the next day! When I went in everyone from front to back were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Before going I could hardly get up from sitting position without terrible pain. After a few weeks of therapy and machine (not manual) adjustments I feel like a new person! Everything has been perfect with all of my appointments from start to finish and I am grateful for finding this wonderful clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the massage services at So. Pines Chiro for two years. They are outstanding. As a result of being a certified Chiro tech as well as licensed Massage Therapist their knowledge and skills are beyond the usual "feel good" massages. Highly recommend this team, especially Krisite, for any musculoskeletal aches and pains that just wont go away.

Fantastic experience: I fell ill with overall lethargy and a chronic cough that would not go away (flu like symptoms). After a doctor visit and a hospital stay, all diagnosis came back that I was perfectly fine and was given no prognosis. After a month, I gave in and said "Fine, I guess I'll go see a chiropractor." After my first visit/adjustment with Dr. Wahl, my body said "go to sleep," and I slept for 12 strait hours.. All the ailments went away... A month later, I am a changed person.. These people (staff) treat you... They don't procrastinate with an ongoing endless game of "Maybe One Day..." They revive you, improve you, and restore you to your normal self. Fantastic experience: My family has been using Dr. Wahl at Southern Pines Chiropractic since 1987. He is an excellent chiropractor. We started in the phone book with "A" and after many appointments with other chiropractors we found Dr. Wahl. I sure wish his name started with a letter closer to the beginning of the alphabet. We trust him completely. I took my daughter to him when she was two and fell off a swing and would move nothing but her eyes. The next day it was as if nothing ever happened. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Wahl explains things so that you can understand what you need and why. He actually cares about you. And it is not a practice that expects you to come in three or four times a week for the rest of your life. If you have an injury or major issue he tells you up front how long the treatment should take. If you simply need an adjustment he will tell you to come back when you need to. He offers manual manipulation (old fashioned 'bone bustin') as well as many other techniques based on your needs. His practice has added many additional services over the years, including massage therapy and a line of very good vitamins and supplements. To sum it up, I live an hour from his office and will always take the time to drive there because he is the best there is, I trust him, he takes a personal interest in his patients and his staff is the best!
