Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful chiropractic office. The doc's are possibly the best chiropractors I've ever had. The receptionist is always smiling and doing interpretive dancing. However, the poor guy they keep locked away in the nutrition office has no windows. I feel bad for him. Anyways, the coffee is always hot and the cookies always warm. Highly recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been under chiropractic care since breaking my back in 2001, and over the years I’ve worked with many skilled doctors who’ve helped me stay mobile and manage the fear that comes with serious spinal injury. I thought I knew what good care felt like — until I began seeing Dr. William Anderson at The Joint on Polaris Parkway. From my first visit, it was clear this experience would be different. I’d always assumed The Joint operated on long-term contracts and rigid plans, but instead I found a professional, attentive team and straightforward, consistent care. Dr. Anderson’s approach is focused and precise — he listens, explains, and adjusts with purpose. In just a few months, I’ve experienced genuine improvement in both mobility and daily function. I even went roller-skating for the first time in thirty years — and woke up the next day without pain or stiffness, ready for a full day of labor work. My entire family sees them each appointments is different depending on what issues we are having. I know no matter which Dr we see, Nicole or Courtney, We are good hands. Highly recommend for people who may be scared of the chiropractor because of manual adjustments. They mainly use a different technique that I can attest works! I have never had them “crack” anything and they are always open to my questions and concerns.

Fantastic experience: Rise is worth the drive (applicable for us) and every visit is an experience where thorough bodywork is matched with genuine care and great conversation where people are truly invested in your journey. When we moved here in July 2024, I was very drawn to Rise as a practice for our family but was discouraged by the 40 min drive so I never scheduled an appointment. After we needed care for our son, the drive wasn’t even a consideration for him to get the care he needed. It was no surprise that I immediately wanted to switch care for my husband and I to Rise as well. I so wish I had just taken the plunge initially. I had chiropractic care during pregnancy that wasn’t the right fit and had I committed to the drive earlier, I may not have dealt with some of the severe pain issues that I was left trying to manage on my own during pregnancy. Nicole and Courtney fixed my infant son’s torticollis! Since coming to Rise, my knee and back pain has nearly vanished and every visit is so thorough - I look forward to every single visit and Emily makes it such a welcoming environment and seamless experience every time as well.

Fantastic experience: The care I receive from Dr. Courtney & Dr. Nicole far exceed my expectations. They listen and work with my aging body to help me feel better as I walk out the door versus when I arrived. I have issues with my lower back and left leg from an injury resulting in a bulging disc in my lower back, issues with a nagging tennis elbow, and a stiff upper neck. Fantastic experience: Excellent chiropractic care. Courtney is amazing. I have seen her for multiple issues from tailbone pain to hip pain to knee pain. I had tailbone pain for years. I tried shots, physical therapy, dry needling, and pelvic floor therapy. It took a few months, but Courtney was able to eliminate the pain. Whether it’s a chronic issue or an acute issue, I highly recommend the Rise team. Also, Emily, the office manager, always greats you with a smile!!

I see both Doctors at a time that is most convenient for me which makes scheduling easier. They do a great job “team treating” the patient. Fantastic experience: The whole team at Rise Chiropractic and Nutrition was amazing. I scheduled online and got on the waitlist. Emily called me the next day to offer me an appointment when they had a cancellation. You are able to text the office number too which was perfect. I was scheduling for my 4.5 month daughter who has been very constipated, sleeping very poorly even for a baby, and waking up screaming. I had never been to a chiropractor and didn’t know what to expect. Dr Nicole was so thorough, kind and understanding. She explained everything so well. My daughter was literally smiling through the whole appt as Dr Nicole worked on her. Right after her appointment, I fed her and she was so calm and comfortable. She slept so much better that night. She pooped on her own two days later. So thankful for the relief this provided my little girl and our family. Also so thankful to get in earlier off the wait list. I have struggled with headaches from teeth clenching for a long time, and I have been hesitant to get chiropractic care due to bad past experiences. Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Nicole and Dr. Courtney! In late 2019 broke my tibia down into my ankle joint; I went through PT in 2020 but had to stop due to COVID restrictions. I don't think I fully recovered. In late 2021 I started working out with a really great trainer who pushed me and I started noticing that my body was very tight and uncomfortable. Turns out my muscles were pretty tight from the fall and my right side was overcompensating for my left side's weakness. It's been a slow progression getting back to 100% but through working out, my Chiro visits I am back to where I was before the break, I've had many bumps in the road but every step the Rise team is there to help and give guidance of things to do between visits. I always feel like I'm heard when I go for a visit and I'm always learning something new. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nicole and Dr. Courtney, they've kept me moving along!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nicole has changed my life! I’ve struggled with back pain my whole life between fairly significant sciatica and arthritis throughout my spine. I’ve gone to chiropractors before for adjustments and always left feeling worse but just assumed that’s how adjustments were supposed to be. I started seeing Dr. Nicole about a year and a half ago and I am forever changed! She truly addresses how I’m feeling at each visit and knows exactly what my body needs. My posture has improved, I no longer have sciatic nerve pains shooting down my legs and can (for the first time in my life) tolerate someone touching my low back - it used to always be so inflamed that even the slightest touch would be unbearable. I always leave each visit feeling lighter than air and so well aligned, I couldn’t recommend the practice more! I have seen both Dr. Nicole and Dr. Courtney and they are both so incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how it all connects. This is so much more than just a chiropractic office. 1000/10!!

Fantastic experience: My 3 month old baby was super colicky and crying for 3+ hours a day at times. I took him to see Dr. Courtney and Dr. Nicole and I wish I had brought him in sooner. Within 2 visits he was a completely different baby, constantly giving smiles! I noticed overall he is much more relaxed! It turns out he had some lingering tension from his tongue tie release. I wish I brought him in sooner. Both doctors where so wonderful and gentle with him, I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Courtney and Dr. Nicole are both fantastic. My daughter has struggled with ear issues her whole life and has fluid in her ears. They did the most comprehensive first exam I have ever seen and put together a plan to help with my daughter’s lymphatic drainage. They spend an exceptional amount of time working on her every week and her right ear is already clear of fluid and her posture is improved. We are very impressed. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I fell down the stairs while 16 weeks pregnant and injured my tailbone/sacrum.
