Fantastic experience: When I decided to give Circadian and hormone therapy a try, I did so with a minimal expectation. I just finished my 6th Injection and I see no reason to ever stop the therapy. Subtle but notable changes in my feeling of well-being, Energy level and yes some of those changes every 74-year-old male would hope for. Great staff and facility. I recommend highly Circadian and hormone therapy. While we continue our weekly injections of Hormone Therapy and B12, I just last Tuesday had BOTOX injections done by Donovan. Let me address first the actual injections, not a big deal at all. Though I expected some bruising I experienced NONE... Reading what to expect and how long before I expect change to occur about 10-14 days after, 3 days show noticeable improvement to my eyes (look rested and "more open") Injections done by nurse practitioner who's manner gave me comfort... I'm excited buy the change in 3 days and look forward to progressive improvement to come... Thanks Donovan and Circadian... Ron Wright

Negative experience: The customer service experience I had started great but nearly right after paying them 250 dollars for a blood test kit they then became almost impossible to hear back from after several attempts to reach them. My test kit arrived after nearly two weeks after I placed my order. When I finally received it, shipped it back, and when my results came back to them, they forgot to send me my results after having my them for 4 days on file. I had to reach the lab they use to test the blood samples (separate facility) to find out they had my results for the 4 days already but didn’t notify me. Very disappointing, as I was told they were a very good and professional clinic. I would never recommend anyone to them.

Negative experience: My wife and I ordered products from this company and never received them but was charged. We got hold of them for 3 weeks daily asking about it and they had excuse after excuse. They would say wait until tomorrow. Then tomorrow would come and nothing. Finally Dr. Plese got an attitude with us so we asked for a refund and to cancel. They informed us we could not get a refund. Run as far away from this company as possible.

Fantastic experience: Best facial I’ve ever had was today at Circadian Rejuvination Medical Spa in Charlotte. You must try a hydra facial, it’s amazing how soft and clean my skin feels. Also great experience with Botox as well, no pain or bruising. I look forward to my next visit at Circadian Rejuvination
