Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Flourish Integrative Health in Santa Rosa! I had been sick and depressed for months with back pain and burning pain in my arms and upper abdomen. It felt like gallbladder pain, but I didn’t have stones—my gallbladder emptying was only 32%, which is the low end of normal. None of the doctors I saw could help me, and I was feeling hopeless. I decided to try acupuncture and found Flourish Integrative Health after reading their amazing reviews. From my very first call, the owner was so kind and informative. She recommended I see Jen Potthast, who has a lot of experience with the kind of issues I was having. I loved Jen from the beginning—she truly took her time to listen and understand everything I was feeling. I immediately felt calmer after our first session. After just four weekly sessions, all of my symptoms were completely gone. I continue to go because it’s such an incredible experience. The treatments aren’t painful at all—during each session I feel like I’m floating, and afterward I feel amazing, even better than after a massage. I highly, highly recommend giving acupuncture at Flourish Integrative Health a try—especially with Jen Potthast. She really knows her stuff and has made such a difference in my life!

Fantastic experience: I can’t sit normally even just for few seconds and it so painful, cushions don’t even help. I can’t even lie down on my back, and I was diagnosed with chronic sacrum pain last July 2024, my primary care physician even told me that I can’t do anything about it, except just to have a relative rest. I was not even offered any therapies, painless injections or any medications. I also had this pain at my upper right shoulder, frequent headaches, irregular periods. I’m a stay-at-home mom and it is impossible to rest while managing our home, taking care of my husband and child. One of my relative had his acupuncture sessions and told me he was pain-free, so he referred Flourish Integrative Health, told me to give it a try, which I did, and I met Dr. Suzanne and I’m really glad and thankful for her, imagine since July 2024, i can’t barely sit and lie down normally. After having therapy sessions, there were improvements and progress with the pain in my body, headaches were gone, pain on my upper right shoulder was gone, irregular periods became regular, and I can sit and lie down normally, I can even drive now without extra cushions. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Vladi for about 2 months now and to say that she is a miracle worker is a complete understatement. I’ve been dealing with the symptoms of uterine fibroids for years, extremely heavy periods, constant stomach bloating, lower back pain, you name it and I had it. The stuff my obgyn was putting me on wasn’t helping and I didn’t want to go the surgical route. I started researching alternatives ways to get rid of my fibroids and I found Flourish Integrative Health. Vladi created a wellness plan for me that has significantly reduced my symptoms. Fantastic experience: I first started treatment at Flourish in 2014 after I had a car accident. The ringing in my ear was unbearable for a year. Vladi, practically changed my life with acupuncture. I remember telling her how scared of needles I was. We started with massage and cupping and then she did some points to help with all the different things that were left behind after the accident. My balance, headaches, sensitivity to light and pain in my back and neck. She took it all away and I was able to work out again. Fast forward 10 years later I once again was referred to acupuncture due to a severe episode of Hives. Stephanie and Calia were so kind and quick to help. They got me scheduled for all sessions in advance, sent reminders, followed up and answered inquiries very fast. I am feeling so much better and the hives are gone.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been working with Stephanie for about a year now. I have PCOS and I'm of advance maternal age (aka 40 haha). We were having difficulty conceiving and doctors had told me my only option was to have fertility treatments, which was something I did not want to do. We decided to try acupuncture at Flourish as our final attempt. My cycle shortened to 35 days (my normal cycle was about 50 days) within a month and after a month and a half of weekly treatments I was pregnant! Fantastic experience: Ever since I was recommended by Kaiser Acupuncture to visit Flourish for my past two pregnancies, I’ve seen results through reduced discomfort and an uplifted mood. I’ve regularly had sessions with Hannah and the most recent session I told her of my discomfort with seasonal allergies (sinus congestion and overall brain fog) and this discomfort rolled over to being irritable. The endless hours and stress resulted in weight gain, high blood pressure, anxiety, etc. With a focus on fresh, healthy foods, I wanted to incorporate a more integrated approach to working with the blood pressure and sugars and other symptoms. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Vladi at Flourish Integrative Health for over six months now, and it's a struggle to succinctly describe how much she has helped me to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Vladi has a wealth of knowledge from various Eastern and Western traditions that culminates in a variety of outlets at her disposal to approach all aspects of her patients' health. With me, she has incorporated Chinese medicine/ herbal supplements, medical Qigong, acupuncture, various meditation styles, life coaching skills, manifestation techniques, traditional therapy tools, and so much more. I leave each appointment feeling relaxed, centered, and clear from the acupuncture, but also inspired to dive into the reading, journaling, and/or meditation "assignments" given by Vladi for my personal growth. Vladi was recommended to me to help my depression and anxiety, but a truly gifted healer, she has addressed far more than that-- assessing hormonal imbalances, cutting energetic cords, healing from an unexpected breakup, articulating my life's purpose, and pushing me along my path to self love. I couldn't recommend her (or this practice) enough!

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of receiving acupuncture/Chinese medicine from Vladi Starkov, naturopathic services from Dr. Jen Riegle, and massage therapy from Rose DeNicola. This is truly an inspiring team of women healers. For my entire life I have struggled with digestive health. This led me to spend enormous amounts of money on specialists and lab work which yielded little results. During my first visit with Vladi she said "My goal is not to have life long patients. Fantastic experience: Vladi is one of those rare finds in life, the balance of a sweet personality blended with wisdom beyond her years. I have had back pain for the past 25 years do to a car accident in my 20's. I have tried message, chiropractors, and other acupuncturists, and while the pain sub-sides, it still lingers in the same spot. With Vladi it was different, her blend of Chinese, Indian, and traditional techniques, create a truly healing touch. From the first session, I could feel the movement of the soreness.
