Negative experience: The consultation included the 1st body scan, 20 min RLT, 10 min. shake then 2nd scan. Angela was upbeat until I chose the $1500 versus the $3000 package. I was given a 10 page copy of a meal plan. I asked a few questions in order to gain insight in to this diet plan. I was told... "maybe you need more help, I can refer you". Angela viewed both scans and said she would email them to me. She was in a hurry, booked tight and had no time to explain them to me. After opening the email at home, the 2nd scan showed I supposedly lost 8 lbs in 30 min. Where did it go? I scheduled a virtual appointment with her for an explanation. She was overbooked and that appt. was cancelled. I did lose 5 lbs in 6 weeks with the intermittent fasting plan. Do your research. Look up intermittent fasting and buy a red light mask on Amazon. During my last visit, I met another client who sent me copies of the rest of the booklet via text message. That information would have been helpful for me in the beginning. Her assistant Alicia deserves 5 stars for being so pleasant and professional. Hope this helps.

The additional materials you mentioned receiving from another client are part of our more advanced program, which offers a broader range of tools and guidance. We aim to ensure all our clients have the appropriate resources for their selected program, and we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Scan Results: Regarding the scan showing an 8-pound loss, we rescanned to ensure the results were accurate. This is part of our commitment to providing precise information. During your consultation, we reviewed all of your scan results, but it seems you were looking for a more in-depth explanation. We apologize if our explanation fell short and will take steps to ensure all clients feel fully informed about their results in the future.
Intermittent Fasting: While intermittent fasting can be a great tool for weight loss, it’s not suitable for everyone. Our programs are designed to provide individualized guidance, and we strive to make these plans as accessible and easy to follow as possible.
Red Light Therapy Devices: While red light devices are available online, professional-grade systems like the ones we use in our office are far more powerful and effective than most at-home options. This difference is key to the results we aim to deliver in our treatments.
Scheduling Challenges: I apologize for the cancellation of your virtual appointment and for any frustration this may have caused. We’re working on streamlining our scheduling process to better accommodate all clients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Endel has been my saving grace when we moved from CA to OH. I was bedridden for 10 yrs with severe spinal trauma. Dr Endels Blair method is the only way my body can function at all. A man of God, dedicated family man, holds the highest standard of business. His offices r always clean. A safe space. Staff members r well trained, hard working, professional, efficient, caring, thoughtful, always putting patient needs first. I never see them ckg their cell phones, chatting away, being silly, being disrespectful in any way. Ms Megan has bn such a blessing to me. Some of my trtmnts fell over lunchtime. I would bring my lunches to stay on track with their amazing red light weight loss program. After my trtmnt, Megan would warm up my lunches to keep me on track with my meal plan. Always offering, never complaining, with a smile, never begrudging to stop what she’s doing, head downstairs to the microwave & return always with a big smile on her face. In todays world where hospitals & nurses don’t always hv the capacity anymore to treat patients with respect or even a smile, Dr Endel trains up every staff member in his practice to offer the best they possibly can. Well done WC! U hv my heart! I’ve bn a patient now for 10 yrs. And u hv maintained this level of service & professionalism & care for at least a decade. Fantastic experience: For anyone looking to lose weight, Angela at Westerville Chiropractic and Nutrition is the way to go. The Chirothin program has absolutely changed my life and it is long term sustainability. I am a 51 year old woman who is in menopause and I have experienced the weight gain in my 40’s. In my late 40’s I would exercise and would eat healthy and I could not get the scale to move. I accidentally stumbled on a Facebook ad for the red light laser therapy which helps with body contouring which is why I scheduled my initial appointment. After talking with Angela and her sharing with me about the benefits of doing the red light therapy and the weight loss program, I decided to do it. Normally I would need to psych myself up mentally for something like this. I had no time to think about it. I just knew in the moment that I needed to try this. Well, I’m down 45 lbs after my second go around and have been able to keep the weight off. I am feeling really good, my arthritic knees have stopped hurting and other aches and pains have diminished and I’ve gained my confidence back. This alone was worth every penny I spent on myself. As far as working with Angela, she is your biggest cheerleader and the staff at Westerville Chiropractic and Nutrition are the best crew in town. They all make you feel like you are family and they are always there to help in whatever your needs are. 5 stars for them in all things!

Fantastic experience: In the waiting room, there a sign that says "expect miricals". I have been going to Dr Doug for several years. About a year ago I damaged my rotator cuff. I went to weeks of phyical theapy with limited redults. Then I had a cortisol injection, which really worked. After a couple of months the pain came back. I have been living with the pain since for months. My wife suggested having the chiropractor. look at it. I thought that's not the kind of thing he does. I mentioned or to him on a recent visit. His eyes lit up and he said let me take a look. He did some seemingly minimal adjustments and in a couple of days my pain was down 90%! ,i went back yesterday for another adjustment. I am 100% pain free!!!!!! After a year of suffering with pain and broken sleep, I have experienced what his sign in the waiting room says. Thanks Dr Doug!
