Fantastic experience: Tyvm Veterans Affairs for approval to Community Care for Infinity Acupuncture. This was my last therapy of 3/4 2025 year with shoulder injuries and I was determined go through the process no matter what not do surgery. I did what an accomplishment Again never knew this existed for pain outside military BUT I tried it and it was Amazing . Wow- from just the first visit the Welcome by wonderful women JJ said so much of caring. I knew I was in right place and then met Rochelle Greene my Acupuncturist words can't describe within each session of needle releases in all areas of shoulder blade, bicep, triceps and joint in capsule there was relief, more movement and I could see by daily activities and movement the frozen shoulder was de-thawing and the inflammation and pain minimized. It was nothing I've ever experienced bc the lil tenz on the needles helped break up areas that had no movement especially in the joint of capsule and infra and supraspinatous. Im overjoyed that I was discharged halfway through the allowed sessions. It was bc at home I did stretches various angles, I had remembered physical therapy and was focused to daily work hard do rehabilitation I had learned from previous months. This Veterans is what I know was " needle in a haystack" bc now im feeling better and safely rebuilding muscle strength routine continue good quality of life. This staff became like a lil family me and I forever be grateful. They care about everyone walks through that door. As Veteran of 17 yrs now im appreciate all kindness and compassion with professional services♡ JJ and Rochelle Ty so much YOU BOTH & Infinity Acupuncture made a difference in my life and set me on my path again. ‍♀️ As far as 38 miles back and forth was worth it bc VA allowed travel claims. Hope more Veterans and ppl stop by, refer others too. I know i will Ty again☆

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience at Infinity Acupuncture in Hampstead! I lost my taste and smell in 2021 due to Covid and never got it back. For four years I have not been able to taste or smell anything and after 5 sessions with Cassandra, I am able to smell things again!!! I look forward to my appointments each week and I hope it will help my taste come back too. I had never had acupuncture before, but I am so glad I decided to book an appointment. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with Carpal Tunnel ( both hands) for the better of two years. Almost every night for two years my sleep was interrupted with my hands “falling asleep “ tingling.. my primary care physician referred me to a hand specialist who said I needed surgery on both. That was the only treatment that would fix the Carpal Tunnel. I wasn’t interested in having surgery when a friend suggested Acupuncture. I really was reluctant did some research and thought why not I’ll give it a try. Best decision ever! I’ve been seeing Dr G over the last couple months (eight treatments) and I must say I’m sleeping like a baby. My hands are 95% better truly life changing!! I will continue to utilize the services provided moving forward. I so recommend this treatment for anyone considering surgery. I’m so grateful for the team providing services.

Fantastic experience: I’m 73 and have suffered with Restless Leg Syndrome since I was a teen. I have had medication for years to help me sleep at night. Daytime symptoms were disrupting my life and getting worse. I could not drive to Wilmington without my legs becoming so “crazy” I had to pull over. Acupuncture has been amazing! I recently took my granddaughters to see “Annie” and never felt the need to move. Roshell has been amazingly supportive and caring. I would highly recommend this practice and acupuncture for RLS.

Fantastic experience: I started acupuncture for the first time, probably 3 months ago now. When i started, I had extreme back pain and couldn't stand up straight, let alone stand for very long. Rashell, was and is absolutely amazing !!!! I have since been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and even though she can not fix it, she still takes the time and care to keep me moving, coaching me in strengthening and healthy habits. Fantastic experience: I went to the Hampstead Infinity Acupuncture for headache’s. I say headaches but I had had a headache for over 25 years it just fluctuated in intensity After first visit I felt relief not complete but relief. I had the prescribed sessions and have currently, for the first time in 25 years, gone several weeks without a headache. I was skeptical of the process but had tried medication, chiropractic, and everything I could think of. I saw the sign for Infinity and thought as last ditch effort I would try. Thank God I did. Fantastic experience: Forgive me, I work in Business Development. Here's my cheesy but very true pitch: Do you have a chronic illness? Ehlers-Danlos? POTS? Perhaps, RA or gastroparesis? Maybe even MCAS? I'm sure you've heard of acupuncture before but maybe you thought, "even acupuncture couldn't cure what the umteenmillion doctors I already see can't". We'll I'm here to tell you honestly. It can't. But what it CAN do? It can give you way more good days than bad, make a lot of the high frequency annoying things a lot more quiet, and make things a lot better than they are right now. Hi, I'm Mateja and I suffer from multiple chronic illnesses. When I was diagnosed, nobody told me this was only going to get worse as I got older. Nobody told me how much of a struggle every single day was going to be. I've interacted with acupuncture for many, many years through my horses (I ride dressage). Horse can't lie people! It either works or it doesn't. No placebo effect. They either move better under saddle or the problem is still there. So I've always been a believer. I decided to give it a whirl for myself about two months ago and let me tell you! It's made everything so much quieter. I know that will make sense to those out there suffering with chronic illnesses or pain. It's not a cure, but I can't live without it. It makes everything so much more livable, lowers the threshold, and takes some of the pain away for up to 48hrs (for me; everyone's different) and that is worth it's weight in gold. Also Dr. Gretchen and JJ are two of the most beautiful souls to grace this earth. Seeing them twice a week is a Joy. There's my pitch. Call the office.

Fantastic experience: Infinity Acupuncture is my dream come true. I have had Acupuncture in other places close by but here I feel much better as i walk in knowing that when I walk out my issues will be taken care of. I started for spinal stenosis and TMJ. I continue for various other issues as well. Sinus, allergies, congestion, drainage, headaches, back, knees, you name it and Dr G has helped me with all of it. I continue because I have issues that come and go and come again then Dr G addresses them again. Some are new, some are continuing but are less angry pains now. I suffer from a host of challenges : sciatica, scoliosis, bulging discs, stenosis and anxiety. They take the time to listen and address each issue which is so important when you are suffering in such pain and feel like no one cares. They’ve recommended exercises as well as dietary changes which I follow regularly in order to keep my pain down to a minimum. Fantastic experience: I am a disabled veteran and I suffer from a LOT of issues (chronic pain, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, etc). I was assigned to Infinity Acupuncture in Hampstead, NC because I don’t care to take pills for everything. Let me tell you it was life changing!!! I was introduced to acupuncture a few years ago and though I use to have an extreme fear of needles, I found it to be wonderful for mind and body! Dr.G is completely amazing! She is beyond thorough and very personable. I went in for lower back treatments but she took it a few steps further and helped me with other issues. Not only did she have my ENTIRE body feeling better, she took the time to know me and helped me process my feelings and deal with the recent loss of my mother. Dr. G and her receptionist JJ are two wonderful women and I WISH I could remain a patient forever! My spirits have been lifted, my body feels incredible, and I’m even able to exercise again without hurting myself. When I walked in the door I could barely walk, now I'm getting around after four visits so well it's scary. A friend asked me how I was doing the other day after my 3rd visit and I told them on a scale of one to 10, with 10 being the best, walking in the door sa a 2 I am now. 7.5 after 3 visits. They are wonderful caring people cannot say enough good things about the Hampstead office!

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with fibromyalgia and pain management for years. In another flare-up and desperate to find a solution beyond once again increasing medication doses, I was lucky enough to find Rashell and JJ at Infinity acupuncture. Since starting with these wonderful ladies, I have not had to go back to my doctor for another round of trigger-point injections or to adjust medications. Fantastic experience: For the past 5 years I have had a pinch nerve in my shoulder. Physical therapy gave me minor relief, but after 4 sessions with acupuncture I have zero pain! Fantastic experience: Great people and tremendous help with my back I was traveling from Minnesota to Topsail island for vacation with my family. When I landed in Raleigh my sciatic nerve flared up. I went to urgent care and all they could do was give me pain medicine that lasted a few hours. Once we arrived in Topsail my wife looked up infinity acupuncture to see if they could get me in. JJ fit us in immediately between 2 appointments. Dr Gretchen Rivas gave me a 30 minute treatment to relief the pain. They also scheduled me for 2 more appointments during the week. Because of their help, I was able to enjoy most of my vacation. Not only are the very friendly and helpful, but they took the time to listen to my issues and address each one. Fantastic experience: I would HIGHLY recommend Infinity Acupuncture. Gretchen has a lot of experience and can solve just about any problem you throw her way! I have a relatively uncommon voice disorder called spasmodic dysphonia and she has quickly helped to alleviate the symptoms and improve the stability of my voice. It's pretty amazing! Fantastic experience: Skeptic turned believer in just one visit! Not only is Dr. Rivas kind and a good listener, she’s gentle with the needles and makes the treatment as pain free and relaxing as possible! She works with me every visit to make sure we hit all the right spots. I was experiencing severe knee pain, the kind where you can’t even walk down the stairs or bend it at all... I told her about it, she popped a few acupuncture needles in the back of my knee and I am being so honest when I tell you all I was able to do squats in the parking lot as soon as my treatment was finished I instantly felt better with my knee pain practically vanishing! I’m on session 3 and doing treatment in my hands for carpal tunnel and even on the first day of treatment on my hands I could tell a significant decrease in numbness that had practically immobilized the use of my hands for the last 6 years. I’ll be the first to admit I was scared and unsure of the whole process, but both Dr. Rivas and JJ ( the amazingly kind and super knowledgeable front desk girl) are always welcoming, informative and considerate of me and everything that’s going on with me! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my experience at Infinity Acupuncture. Having never had acupuncture before, I was nervous about the whole thing. Patrick put me at ease and the whole process was really quite interesting and nowhere near as scary as I thought it would be. If you're worried about acupuncture, don't be. It's super relaxing- so much so I had to sit in the parking lot after my session for about five minutes to wake up enough to drive! Jj has been super helpful with appointments and billing. Gretchen is a godsend- she just knows the spots and what to do. My daughter and others told me you will just know when it's a good fit. She was right! I am very hopeful that this is going to keep my chronic upper back pain in check. Thanks Infinity!

Fantastic experience: I started with Dr.Rivas the day after I finished radiation treatment for head and neck cancer, following 2 major surgeries in April for squamous cell carcinoma. I was on a feeding tube and could not eat well or speak well. Within 2 treatments (started on a Friday, then Wed) I was able to move my mouth enough to speak more clearly. I remember I picked up my granddaughter and when I spoke to her she was astounded and said’Grandma your voice, I can understand you!’ I hadn’t even realized how improved it was within those few days and it just kept getting better over 10 treatments! along with a whole plethora of other challenges that continued to improve! It also improved my wellness in mobility and range of motion from I had from previous surgeries! I am grateful for Dr.Rivas expertise and compassionate care! I am surely going to continue with my monthly ‘tune ups’ ! I call it Divine Intervention as I noticed the Hampstead Office recently opened just after I was researching treatments for my condition.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the Hampstead office and staff, and with Gretchen's expertise. I had several areas of discomfort, but had never tried acupuncture. I'm glad I did. After only a few sessions I have had noticeable relief. I'm also impressed with the care they are taking during the Covid-19 pandemic by following all guidelines.

Fantastic experience: Gretchen treated me at the Hampstead at the end of June. I was just released from the hospital after a fall in which I had broken and bruised ribs, broken nose, reinjury of old neck and low back problems. I was in intense pain despite pain killers, I had trouble breathing, I was disoriented, and I needed emotional support and healing care. Gretchen’s treatment gave me immediate relief form the pain and I was able to breathe more deeply with less effort. I believe that her treatment accelerated the onset of healing, it definitely reassured me emotionally, and helped me to sleep.
