Fantastic experience: Dr Stoecker is an outstanding doctor! She is very open minded, and really listens to my concerns and then offers sound advice and ideas on how to proceed with my health care. I just love having a doctor that actually listens and she responds to my messages the same day I leave them which is awesome! The office staff is always very friendly, polite, and professional. They answer any questions I have immediately. Rachel is so kind and fun to talk to when I go in to have my blood drawn. She’s very informative and professional as well. Carol is very nice and helpful working with me on my nutrition and providing tons of recipes. She responds quickly as well. Fantastic experience: In my 31 years of existence, I have never once had a primary care experience like the one I just had and I’m only one conversation in with Dr. Stoeker. First off I had 75 minutes of undivided attention versus a typical PCP who gives you about 11 minutes and starts prescribing you pills. Second the entire conversation was focused on my health, my nutrition, how I can optimize my health, & my personal health goals. Once again, I have never felt more heard, and understood from a primary care in my life. Absolutely love the model of how they do medicine and I know it takes a lot of intentionality and risk to go outside the norm but there’s no doubt that it works and it will work for you if you are into optimizing your health. I definitely recommend table health.

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful for this place! I’ve been dealing with adult acne for a few years now and my regular doctors only suggestion was to put me on an antibiotic. (no thank you) and that was the day I starting searching for a doctor who was open to getting to the root cause. Table health is it! They are so open to focusing on nutrition, supplements, exercise, testing, blood work that I no longer feel alone without a plan moving forward with my health goals. Highly recommend this place. Plus side is it doesn’t even feel like a doctors office and everyone is so friendly there.

Fantastic experience: I had a cranial sacral massage with Carol Bell and it was simply wonderful. I'd been struggling with a very stiff neck for months and after working with Carol, it's so much better. The space is lovely and calming, making appointments was easy and all the paperwork can be done online. I plan on going back and can't recommend Carol enough.

From reception to Dr. Stoecker's office time, they make your entire visit so personal. They really want to understand your overall health to address your needs. They even have a wonderful selection of supplements. If you want true personal care, this is your place. Highly recommend.

The options I have in house make my visits convenient and comfortable. The practitioners look at the whole being, not just the symptoms. She got started immediately with testing and suggestions regarding what to do in the meantime. Having come to this office for simply a consult, I decided to switch to her as my primary care physician. And office staff/receptionist was great as well—friendly and knowledgeable about scheduling and payment details.

Fantastic experience: Subscription bases primary care is the best way to go. The office and staff are great doesn’t feel like a stiff warn out doctors office.

Positive experience: We were refused care because my (special needs) family was unable to comply with the (unposted) mask requirement. It was never stated in any format (website, email, phone, signage) and upon arrival the physician refused to even see myself or my children without compliance. We cannot for health reasons which would make us medically exempt. It would seem that a holistic-based medical facility would understand the Americans with Disabilities Act and the idea of different needs of individual patients. No attempt was made to find a solution or even ask any questions. She actually recoiled upon introduction (I was not sick or coughing). She stated, “Unfortunately, many of our patients are unvaccinated and we need to protect them”. The whole experience was disheartening and very contrary to their outlined ideals and concepts touted on Table Health website. As well, they attempted to keep half of my signup fee and let the poor front desk person handle the awkward situation (although I asked for the manager, Christine, to please return my call—she never did); they did finally agree to refund the fee. Thank you, Stephanie, for being professional and kind in the midst of a really uncomfortable experience. Edit: The manager did contact me and we had a good conversation which I appreciated. She seemed genuinely concerned about our experience. I did increase my star-rating from 1 to 3 based on the follow up. Unfortunately, we still are unable to access services, however, I see that some changes have been made to clarify business practices so as to avoid our experience. Although I understand that many businesses are in fear of non-compliance, I would highly recommend for all to review OSHA requirements, mandates and authority directly before citing. As someone who not only depended on masks for occupational life-safety, but also ran the exposure control program and fit-testing program for a major metropolitan organization, I understand the requirements, legal-standings, capabilities, limitations and risks of mask mandates. It would behoove any business owner (esp one who is capable of writing exemptions for health risks) to be very clear on the letter of the law and know the difference between law and mandates, orders, policies, procedures, recommendations, etc. First, do no harm. -Hippocrates

Fantastic experience: I have taken both the gluten free cooking class and the gluten free sourdough bread making class and I highly recommend both. Carol packs a tremendous amount of information and ideas into her classes. I love cooking and have been cooking gluten free for my family for the past 8 years so I wondered just how much I might learn from her class. I learned ALOT! I learned about vegetables and brands I'd never tried before. I love the printed recipes and I watch the video of the class over and over. Now I’m making sourdough bread every week. I look forward to taking more classes from Table Health in the future.
