Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting B12 shots at Dr. Fisher’s office, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The injections give me noticeable boost in energy and overall well being. Dr. Fisher is knowledgeable, kind and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The office staff is just as wonderful - always welcoming, professional and efficient. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the City line location of Dr. Fisher for the past year. I am so excited over my weight loss and the energy I have gained from taking Dr. Fisher’s Vitamin shots. Everytime I go into the office, the first staff to greet me are Hanna and Marissa at the front desk. They always make me feel welcome and they share in my excitement on my weight loss. Negative experience: While I am witnessing great results from Dr. Fisher, my only compliant is the young lady that works at the front desk (Hanna) she has the nastiest attitude i've ever witnessed. She is very rude, nasty and offensive. I hope this issue is fixed because i'm considering other alternatives, because i'd rather not engage with her.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at the City Line office. From initial consult where all of my questions were answered to subsequent visits where staff offered samples of protein bars because I was unsure if I would like them and didn’t want to buy a whole box. I had issues with the online/app set up and they got on it right away!

Negative experience: I called yesterday spoke with Adam then his supervisor Carolyn to make an appointment. Which my last visit was over 3 weeks ago 1 month supply and my shot. I live in Raleigh, NC to make appointment for this Saturday for City Line Ave location. I was told I could not make an appointment because I was in the office 3 weeks ago. After I made an appointment for last week but could not make into town so had to cancel. What changed from last week to this week. At minimum I should have the ability to take my fat burner shot and B12 because its been two weeks. Im still waiting for a phone call from the regional manager as Carolyn stated I would receive. Service is horrible

Negative experience: I rate this office a 1 because the receptionist at the front desk IS VERY rude. I didn’t get her name however she has dark hair. I should’ve believed the reviews I read prior to going but, I still decided to go to have my own experience. BIG MISTAKE! The lady that sits closet to the door was very nasty when I informed her I didn’t have an appointment but I wanted to ask her a few questions. I told her that was the reason I walked-in because when I tried calling no one answered the phone. That’s when she proceeded to roll her eyes and handed me a number I could call. I was BAFFLED! Thinking my mind could be playing tricks on me, I proceeded to ask her a few more questions (pricing, hours, BASIC questions any receptionist should know and if she did not, a simple I’m not sure would have been sufficient) Her colleague was a little more pleasant than THAT rude thing. I’m sorry, she should NOT be working the front line. She needs to be tucked somewhere in the back with minimal contact with customers. SMH. It sucks because Dr. Fisher has always been a reliable source however Her nasty disposition has made me reconsider spending my HARD earned money. I drove 1hr just to feel disrespected. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!!

Some of your questions could only be answered by one of our practitioners, not a front desk receptionist. Negative experience: 8/23 calling the 5716 city line office is a waste of time, they never answer/return calls until weeks later. I usually drive in & wait. This time the front window staf was nonchalant/dismissive. Gas is $5 gal &timepriceless

Fantastic experience: Dr Fisher is beyond brilliant do to his love to help people achieve there goals. For me my experience with the city line office gets a 100 percent. It's feels good to walk into an office, and be greated with a hello and a smile. The office staff is so professional, kind, and caring . Kathleen the office manager does an exceptional job in running a great office. From the time you walk in, and walk out you feel like you were with family.the office runs smooth with not much wait time

Fantastic experience: It’s not the fanciest office, I probably wouldn’t go in there for Botox or anything invasive however it serves the purpose I need which is weight loss. I only go for the weight loss program, each time I lose about 40 pounds in about two months.

Negative experience: My mother and I had an appointment at 4:30. We got there, sat down, and waited. 40 minutes go by before the lady says “oh, you’re new you have to fill out this paperwork.” We do, then wait some more. And some more. People are coming in, signing their name, and within minutes they’re getting called back. How, when their appointment was after ours and we were sitting there for 40 minutes before we even got the paperwork? When we finally got up to leave, the lady says “oh, we were just about to call you back!” Yes, obviously, because we were the last ones in the office….? Very unprofessional and will NOT be back. If you’re new do not expect to take priority over regulars walking in! Even if your appointment is an hour before!
I'm sorry this happened. We are looking into the situation, and what miscommunication might have occurred. There are protocols the staff needs to follow for new patients, and for some reason there was a delay in getting you seen.
Negative experience: They do not answer the phone or call you back I’m a returning patient just trying to start back up again never had a problem before but it has been a while so it’s probably new staff the customer service use to be good. If I finally get an appt I sure hope the staff are still friendly. I filled out the form and received a email saying a staff member would be reaching out to me to make an appt but have not heard back from anyone I tried calling again still no response.

Negative experience: The program is great and works!! I lost 20 lbs already however I was told to call after 2 weeks to schedule an appointment and get another shot and more meds, but when I tell you they NEVER I mean NEVER NEVER answer the phone. I called like 30 times back to back cus I only have 2 days worth of pills left but never no answer, I left messages never no call back either, I didn’t wanna just walk in cus I believe its appointment only and I live a hour away and didn’t want to go and not be seen but it looks like that’s what ima have to do. I would love to give 5 stars but customer service skills is VERY important to me and they have none.
I apologize for this situation. We've had issues with our phone system and have rerouted calls between all of our offices. Positive experience: The program is great this location is so slow and they dont call you in the order you came in. Ive been here for 45 mins and people who came way after me have already have been seen and left. I'm a very patient person but this is pissing me off

Negative experience: I called and looked online i was told the office close at 1pm today. I got to the office at 12:40pm. The door was locked. I knocked twice the receptionist looked and rolled her eyes at me. One of the Patients yelled out they said they closed. Horrible horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient off and on for years no complaints until today.... I counted my pills, something that I’ve never done and there were 28 Considering how far I live I am so disappointed and can’t help but think how many times this happened. I really hope it was a mistake. I paid $110 for a 30 day supply not 28 days. I am sure no one will accidentally give me 2 extra pills
The medications are distributed based on 4 weeks, not really a month. So either it is 2 weeks or 4 weeks

Fantastic experience: Small convenient location. Crowded at times but they get you in and out fast. I lost 7lbs my first week along with working out. I've tried many weight loss products but this really works. No more junk food cravings.

Fantastic experience: I have lost a lot of weight and I feel great. 200pounds to 171 and still counting. This is so easy just follow the directions. All I do is walk, walk every day for 30mins.
