Fantastic experience: Dr. D is a wonderful chiropractor and an absolute gem. She stays current with medical knowledge, explains everything clearly, and is both skilled and compassionate. She genuinely cares about her patients, remembers the little details, and is always supportive. Her office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a positive experience. Her amazing office staff add so much to that environment. Valorie at the front desk greets everyone with the warmest smile and is always so encouraging, especially about my schooling. Despite my busy schedule, Dr. D and Valorie are incredibly accommodating and somehow make the magic happen to fit me in. I truly appreciate the effort they put into caring for their patients. Additionally, Rumi is an excellent massage therapist at Dr. D’s office. She is highly knowledgeable and did a wonderful job helping relieve neck and back pain I was experiencing. Altogether, Dr. D and her team create an environment that is professional, kind, and genuinely patient-centered :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a great experience with Valerie at Newport Beach Wellness. She is always so pleasant to work with and makes the entire process effortless. Scheduling with her is flawless—she’s organized, accommodating, and goes out of her way to be helpful. What really stands out is how she treats everyone who walks in with genuine respect and kindness. Valerie truly makes every visit a positive experience, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Negative experience: I have been seeing Dr. D for about a year for massage and chiropractic services. While Dr. D herself is knowledgeable—particularly in functional medicine and reviewing blood work—the practice is otherwise marred by an appalling presence: Valerie, the front desk attendant. Valerie is, without exaggeration, one of the most arrogant, rude, and toxic individuals I have ever encountered. She treats staff with blatant contempt, degrades massage therapists in front of clients, and acts as if she owns the place—though the reality is she is utterly unqualified for any role requiring human interaction. Even more disturbing are her racist and discriminatory remarks. Valerie is openly bigoted, hostile, and entirely unfit for a customer-facing position. Her behavior transforms what could be a professional, healing environment into one that is toxic, demeaning, and morally repugnant. The sole redeeming feature of this practice is the massage therapist, Rumi, whose skill, intuition, and healing ability are exceptional. It is tragic that Rumi’s extraordinary talent is overshadowed by Valerie’s cruelty. Any establishment lucky enough to retain Rumi would be well-advised to ensure she works somewhere that values her, rather than tolerating the venom of a front desk tyrant. In Newport, encountering ignorance may be inevitable—but that does not excuse enabling or tolerating outright racism and bullying. This is a practice that deserves to be judged not by its marketing or Dr. D’s expertise alone, but by the appalling behavior tolerated at its front desk

She helped me with numerous aches and ailments, including chronic hip pain. Dr. D and her entire team are always upbeat, on time (which is so rare in the medical field) and truly holistic in their approach to care. I've also enjoyed and benefited from the wonderful massage therapists and, more recently, physical therapy with Dr. Katie (a game changer). Highly recommend!!

Dr D is amazing and not your typical chiropractor. she takes her time with you and assess what your body needs that day. she will adjust if needed but she will also massage, tape, cup, stretch etc. she is amazing. I also see their massage therapist Nancy and she is incredible! one of the best i’ve ever been to. Last but not least Val at the front desk is just the best. Fantastic experience: Adriana was amazing! It was the first massage I’ve had in five years and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. I’m going back to her next month and every month after that for as long as I can afford it.

Fantastic experience: I love these guys! My basis of seeing a chiropractor has been a long series of back issues and ongoing problems. After a failed back surgery, I have seen about 20 different DCs and most have been quacks - but I have held out to avoid yet another procedure. Most, doctors, I have visited only a few times and I do not see much difference. However this office is different. I have been seeing Dr Dadivas for about 6 months and they are excellent every time. I wish I knew what she does, but WOW! Very professional and always up front. The staff is always happy and easy to work with. Very consistent, generally on time, always willing to spend the time to give you what you need. Going here is a bargain...like paying for a burger and getting steak. Sure there are cheaper, but none that I have found have been better. The acupuncture and massage services are first rate. You will be hard pressed to find better work from the best 5 star resort. I hate going to the doctor....here I hate to leave...They are that good.

Fantastic experience: I am amazed that after two visits, my low right back/hip flexor pain is gone. I’ve had two sports therapy massages (and cupping) by Amanda. She was able to pinpoint the cause and alleviate it. As follow up to the two massages, I had a Healios laser treatment with Sarah focused on those same muscles. Incredible results… literally got out of bed the next morning without any tight, pulling, soreness in my low right back and hip flexor. Amanda’s sport massages and Sarah’s Healios laser definitely made a positive and significant impact in remedying my muscle pains.

Fantastic experience: Prefer therapy that works with the wisdom of the body. I had an intensive acupuncture treatment and found my pain to be 80% improved. If you haven't tried it, it's worth the try. I am craving my coffee", but I'm going to keep with this wisdom until my therapy treatments are completed. (* It's best not to drink coffee while you are having acupuncture treatments. Ask your acupuncturist.
