Fantastic experience: In December of 2024 I had one other option to try and lose weight. Surgery on stomach might work, but I found Healthogenics. I figured I would try it for a while. I needed to lose 70 pounds to get both my knees replaced. I could not go jogging or exercise of any kind as I was 350 pounds and saw no end in site. I started on the Healthogenics program and it was so easy. They showed me I could lose weight without surgery. I just had to change my eating habits. I changed my lifestyle with Jennifer Duggin, who has been my coach and mentor. She knows what to do and listened to me as to why I couldn’t lose the weight. She got me on a program I could follow and so far I have lost 55 pounds! It has been so easy because she listens to my situation with kindness and knowledge. Jennifer has stayed with me and motivated me to get healthier. I am able to walk daily, and have the energy to do more than I have in a long time. The staff, and owner, Hanna, Jennifer, and Lauren have been there for me as I work to get to my goal of 275. Jennifer has been super sweet and caring. She keeps me motivated to do more and more. Jennifer is so patient and can get anyone to get weight off and be healthier so they can enjoy life more. She is a great asset to the program. Fantastic experience: First I want to start off by saying, I have not been the easiest person to work with. I am probably one of the most skeptical people you will ever meet. With that being said I have been going to healthogenics, for a little over 60 days and Miss Jennifer is my coach. She has the patience of a saint because I was very rude to her whenever they swapped me from Anna to her. Again ME not understanding their procedures of their business. I was very rough on her and I apologize. BUT Miss Jennifer never faulted, always kept smile, always very positive. And most of all always telling me YOU GOT THIS! So with that being said she always had faith in me when I did not and kept pushing me to do the program. I am 20 lb lesser, today, hallelujah. And I know that I could have never done it without her encouragement and her strictness for lack of better words of telling me you've got to use these products this is what you got to do and we will graduate you to the next level. WELL GUESS WHAT IT WORKS! I have done their supplements,I have drank their proteins,I have stuck to the menu plans in which they gave me to work with. I'm so grateful that I got to pick my own meals but sticking to a meal plan if that makes sense. And with her coaching, I have implemented a lot of this with my special needs brother and he's also lost some weight and for that I'm even more thankful. Fantastic experience: I started this program 8 weeks ago. I am down 20 lbs. Kim has been a great help and always available to answer questions and concerns. She has been very patient with me as I can be quiet the hand full. She always talk me off the ledge so to speak. I sometimes get frustrated because I want to loose 3-4 lbs a week. Negative experience: The only thing medical about this scam is they charge almost $300 for a fingerstick hemoglobin A1c kit that you have to do yourself and mail to a lab. There are no licensed medical people…their “medical” expertise is “they are all natural products”. They want $4000 for six months. JUST DON’T DO IT

Negative experience: Seriously... just RUN FAST away from this place! I saw negative reviews online and with the BBB but decided to give benefit of the doubt. I should have listened to my gut. If you’re on the fence, just read the reviews elsewhere (besides mine), you will see how this business operates. At my first visit ($49) I needed to know if I could afford the program (they start out at $2-3k but will "modify"). We agreed on $1000 for 5 weeks IF FSA could be used. They agreed to provide a letter for this. (I started in April, asked repeatedly over two months and didn’t receive the letter until June… it shut my FSA card down after I made my first payment they said I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket.) I told Kimberly the ONLY way I could do the program was if I could use insurance or my FSA card. She told me I could do Care Credit w FSA , no problem. Well, now they've left me to figure out how to pay it as a single mom with a child in college and I just took on a house payment. Alison was extremely disrespectful and they all avoid you when a problem arises. Second visit I drove almost an hour and Kimberly was a no show, no notice. Dee saw me with another employee. They couldn't find what plan I was on & asked ME! I didn't know for either. They told me I only lost 3 pounds. I later got a text saying "actually you lost 6"... I asked Dee how the mix up occurred & she just ignored me. I had to wait over an hour & missed a family birthday but stayed so I didn't void my part of the contract and I had worked hard that week. Another gentleman had an appointment the same day. He finally got fed up and left. He said they are always like this & super unprofessional. Right before my 3rd visit I ended up in the ER with severe abdominal pain, nausea, & vomiting. I passed out in triage & was admitted. It was suggested I needed gallbladder removal. I had low vitamins & blood work was off... the doctor said the sudden diet &!loss of fat could have triggered it. I sent a doctors note & notice immediately because I could not make it to MWL. I asked for help when this occurred…my Care Credit would not take FSA as promised. I was then emailed a refund request, which I met all of criteria for. Alison said she would process the refund one week, then denied it. She offered about $300 in refund to care credit (I would owe about $700 something but I literally only had a $49 consult (already paid for) & a missed appointment with Kimberly! That was ALL!! TWO visits, one paid for, one no show…they charge clients penalties for no shows. So how is that worth that?? The supplements are overpriced & they deduct huge amounts for these. They will not tell you the cost of these up front. A bottle of CLA or colon cleanser is about $25, fiber drinks or jello $15. Some items $65. Overall, you may lose weight because calories are drastically low but this is one of the most dishonest shady practices I have ever been to. I wish I had never stepped through their door and hope this saves someone the hell I have been through. My only choice they will allow is pay $1000 for nothing gained, use my entire FSA for the year instead of having 18 months to pay as promised initially... or go back in their office and continue the program with gallbladder trouble. I do not know how these women sleep at night other than with a pillow stuffed with other people's hard earned dollars that aren't rightfully theirs. I wish I could review on every social media platform available. Oh... and a lot of the positive reviews are incentivized by the company. Do the research on OTHER review sites that they have not beefed up. UPDATE: I was stuck w/ Care Credit to pay out of pocket, no FSA use. There is NO money back guarantee. I was fired as a client by Alison who accused me of being aggressive & unnecessary (I have all communications saved and this was ridiculous) when I asked Kim to please tell the truth & help me get my money back. Kim told me “she wanted me to get my money back & it hurt her conscience!” Horrible, horrible experience

Fantastic experience: If you’re wanting to lose weight, and you haven’t had success doing it on your own, I suggest you get in touch with this group! My nutritionist is Angela and she has been motivating, caring and always answers any questions I have. They even paused my program when I had to have an emergency surgery and once I was healed we got right back to it! They lay everything out for you, walk you through it and give you all the tools needed for success, you just have to bring your willpower! And don’t get me started on the energy and overall quality of life i have now! Just to prove my point, look below at the pictures. I’m not done with my journey yet, but the picture with my son was February 2023 and the picture by myself was yesterday ( June 2023 ).

Fantastic experience: This place definitely changed my life. When I went in, I was so nervous, but Kim explained every step and was there to answer every question I had. Negative experience: I did well with the program but didn’t lose as much as I had hope too. Decided to keep trying by putting additional funds on my account but just couldn’t get the momentum due to stress. Put it on hold, then had some health issues, had to have surgery and decided this program was no longer a good fit. I sent my first email March 3rd, requesting part of my additional funds be put to my online account and the remaining balance be returned to me (I did not sign a new contract and there is no language about additional funds in the first contract I signed). I sent a 2nd request email March 10th because I did not get a response. Alison replied March 11th stating “Unfortunately, I am unable to acquiesce to your request. Though you did not sign a second contract when you purchased the additions to your program they were just that, additions, and as such fall under the stipulations of the original contract signed. I am able to transfer the funds to be used for product in the online store or they can be used towards laser lipo treatments in office. I hope this clears up any confusion that you may have.” March 17th, I replied advising there is no specific language stated in the binding contract referencing additional funds for the program or outlining the use of said funds. Therefore, legally you cannot hold my funds or dictate how I must use them. My request is well within my rights and I object to your acquiescence of my request as it is an infringement of my rights. Again, there was no reply to this email and on March 24th I escalated my email to Hannah, the CEO. On March 25th Alison called me and stated there was nothing she could do. I reiterated they had no legal claim to my funds and to have Hannah call me. As of this review I have sent 2 follow up emails to Hannah with no response. As long as you spend the money you’re good. Try to get back what legally belongs to you, be prepared to fight for it. I guess they think if they don’t respond it’ll just go away. I really hate it’s turned out like this. Very disappointed. Sad.

Fantastic experience: This really works !!!!! I have never been able to lose weight and I have tried virtually everything. I have lost a total of 24 lbs and bypassed my goal. Have kept it off for 10 months now and feel so much better than before. I highly recommend this program. You are not hungry on this program.

Negative experience: This place wants a ridiculous amount of money! They are all nice and wonderful to you in the beginning, act like they care & genuinely want to help. Once they start talking about the money portion, $4000 down & $422 a month, it goes down hill from there. They try to find ways to help you afford it easier and when you still tell them it's out of your budget and you can't afford that, they take that paperwork off the desk get out of their chair and tell you, we aren't the cheapest but we are the best and if you don't use us I hope you find something that works otherwise you will always be this way. Rude. Not a way to run a business.
