Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a number of chiropractors in multiple states. By far, Dr. Dan is the most thorough chiropractor I have met. The individualized assessments are like nothing I’ve seen. Most chiropractors take an x-ray and do the same adjustments every session. Dr. Dan has you stretched, doing exercises, and then giving you adjustments based on what you need that day - while considering you long-term goals. The care for your goals and how you feel in the moment has been incredible in helping me feel SIGNIFICANT improvement in only three weeks. The actually do reaction to make sure your spine is working toward being aligned properly and not overdoing it to make you feel more pain. My spine is still in a bad place and I’m confident that under Dr. Dan’s care, I will have a stronger back than I have had in 20 years. Highly recommend Dr. Dan and his incredible team.

Fantastic experience: I visited BS&P on a recommendation after my previous experiences with a chiro practice and an orthopaedic neck & spine specialist produced no relief. Dr. Kraus was incredibly thorough in getting to the core of my pain issues. Moreover, he put together a comprehensive plan to relieve and to address the issue long term. By comparison, the neck&spine ortho specialist spent 3 minutes with me, said I had a pinched nerve and offered to write me a Rx for pain meds. Dr. Kraus spent over an hour w/ me and offered several options to address the core issue and get me pain free. After just two visits, I'm seeing immediate results. Can't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The whole team is amazing. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you can totally feel the care. Dr. Kraus helped me avoid surgery. I had a nagging wrist injury from soccer that my primary physician couldn't resolve, which was ongoing for about 18 months. I was scheduled for surgery 3 weeks before i had seen Dr. Kraus. After he did his magic, literally an hour after I called my doctor to cancel my upcoming surgery. His team has also been taking care of my parents after a serious accident, and after a month of treatment, they have improved so much. They continue to visit and just continue to get better after every session. Sonia is great at keeping the team and patients organized when all the appointments come show up all at once. Dr. Kraus explains everything he is doing and what the plan for treatment will be in full detail. Basically leaving you with little to no questions. Thank you to the whole team at Bethesda Spine & Posture for helping me feel better with not just my wrist but my back and neck also. Also, for helping my parents feel better. I have to go now, I'm up for my next session.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe back pain, which was accompanied by very frequent back spasms (even with prescription medication). The ortho suggested that I get to a chiropractor or physical therapy office as soon as possible which I attempted to do and really began to feel hopeless because everyone wanted to see me in 2 to 4 weeks due to scheduling which I respect but was no help to my back. By the time I called this office, it was a similar situation with scheduling and I think the receptionist heard that I was practically in tears at this point, and said she’d speak to the doctor and see if there was anything he could do …thank God …. Dr. Kraus said to let me come in. I had a huge mental relief first of all, and under his care Ive been able to get physical relief finally! He was able to go more in depth about my ortho’s diagnosis, he cared about the fact that I was in pain and genuinely wanted me to feel better. I felt more in control and educated about what was going on with my body. I’ve been going for a few weeks, and all members of the staff are professional and kind. I am beyond grateful that I found Bethesda Spine and Posture, thank you all so much!

Positive experience: Dr. Kraus is absolutely marvelous. His dedication is obvious -- the man lives down the street. And after taking x-rays, he declined to treat me until after I saw a neurosurgeon. The acupuncturist is top-notch as well. I only give it four stars because it took me a very long time to get through to the office over the phone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rosell, Dr. Dan, Sonia, Dominic, Ingrid, Gion, the whole team provides me with the best care. The take their time, they're thorough, they’re organized and most importantly they care. If you’re in pain or trying to restore posture look no further, this is the team to do it.

Negative experience: Every one in the office seems nice, but out of the last three appointments I scheduled, I had to leave twice without being seen when they were running nearly 30 minutes behind each time. In my first visit, I went through their paperwork in great detail with the Nurse Practitioner who put it in the system. By my third visit, they seemed to have lost this documentation, and were frustrated when I resisted starting over. They seem nice enough, but the scheduling problems make this office impractical for treatments that may need to happen a few times a week.

They have helped me understand my scoliosis issues and adjust me in ways that are specific to my spine. Fantastic experience: Bethesda Spike and Posture is one of the best health care experiences I have had. With a single visit I receive high quality chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy. They administrative staff is exceptional. They consistently greet patients by name; have minimal wait time (a five-minute wait time is unusual and the staff is extremely apologetic about it). Their appointment availability is generally flexible and rarely am I not able to get an appointment within a day or two of the requested time. I am particularly impressed with their physical therapy. This is the fourth location I have received physical therapy and the therapist here are extremely proactive and working hard to address PT issues. At other practices I have been given a few exercises by the PT who is juggling two or three patients. At Bethesda Spike and Posture all of the PTs are working hard on their clients (one at a time) and I have felt the impact. Really well run and a great practice. I have carefirst insurance and just pay the minimal copay.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bethesda Spine and Posture for a little over a month now. I went in with severe pain in my neck that really interfered with my day to day life. They have listened to my complaints and have put in VIP work. As of 10/15/2021, I can proudly say that my pain has diminished greatly and my range of motion in my neck has increased drastically. The combination of excellent acupuncture, superb chiropractic adjustments, and routine stretches have greatly helped me take control of my life again without having to worry about the next time my pain will be too much to bear. I didn't know your spine health was related to so many issues. From cold laser, to ultrasound guided injections, and dry needling. Extremely customized and specific rehab protocols to help me fix my spine.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING Doc, office, staff and equipment. Treatment only comes after the doc spends more time with you than anyone else I had seen! If you have spinal or posture issues, especially nagging aches due to sports, you have no idea what relief is until you have visited with Dr. Kraus & team. The facility is top notch, super clean with modern equipment. Everyone is the right mix of professional & personable. The Doc himself takes your x-rays and goes over them on the spot; His 25+ yrs experience is apparent!! Over the years, I had received treatments from (and for the most part liked) more than 4 chiropractors. This time around, ONE session in and I am counting the hours till the next ones!
