Fantastic experience: Charissa at Remedy Health is absolutely incredible! She goes above and beyond every single time. Her facials are unlike any I’ve ever had — truly next-level amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about your skin and your overall experience. I always leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely relaxed. If you haven’t seen her yet, you need to book an appointment — you’ll be hooked!

Negative experience: I can't rate the therapist but I can rate the business practices; billing and setting appointments. Consideration, timeliness leaves after your intake. Billing changes from no charges to charges and amount changes. To hey change your schedule after we cancel your last scheduled appointment.

Fantastic experience: Charissa does a wonderful facial and is so gentle and kind. I recommend her 100 times over.

Negative experience: Tms consultation/treatment is a joke. The consultation felt like buying a used car instead of medical care. Can't confirm what I was told was all lies, but it certainly feels that way. If you're set on TMS, try somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Beverly Lahlum Taylor for my 7yo son. He is gifted and possibly neurodivergent and I love the way she talked with him. I recommend her for kids but also while sitting in the room I would recommend her for adults too! My family and I have seen a few therapists here and have had a wonderful experience. Appointment reminder calls/texts are great, easy portal to see appointments and check-in/message.

Fantastic experience: Remedy Health has a psychiatrist on staff, Nazira Usmanova, FNP. Among her many qualifications is several years' experience in neurology, and her ability to diagnose and treat ADHD and ASD. She is relatively new to Bellevue, so I was lucky to get in quickly for assessment. She made what can be a difficult process much easier and transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. As treatment continues, I will update my review should my rating change.

Fantastic experience: Great service by great, caring professionals. Patient’s wellbeing is always upmost at the forefront of their care. Will do anything and everything in their power to treat patient with respect and look at each patient as a whole person…treating the whole person.

Fantastic experience: My family has been using Remedy Health for both medical and mental health and are so pleased! They generally get me in quickly and are organized with their reminders and check-in. Although, today I came for a medical appointment but there was a scheduling mistake and my appointment wasn’t recorded on their end. But they quickly adapted for me to still get in quickly, and were sincerely apologetic for the few minutes of confusion.

We both feel she is the best of the best! Also, if you need to contact her through Spruce, she will always get back to you in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Office ghosted me. I was supposed to be getting an appointment in October and it is now march and they still haven’t reached out to me. I called sobbing begging to get an appointment and they said they would get me one. I had gone here for a long period of time. I was going down a rabbit hole because of a death bc a mental health facility ghosted me. Great help with the abandonment issues.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Latrice Their expertise and professionalism was evident from the moment I walked in She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and showed genuine care for my well-being. The rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming as usual. Great place to recieve proper care.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff as well as very efficient. I had a great appointment and felt very comfortable. Dr. Pavlish was very sweet and kind she works with my whole family.

Negative experience: Garbage service for therapy. They had me sit down with the office manager for a diagnostic interview before connecting me with a therapist. She mostly listened, but I really felt like she was trying to pigeonhole me into a depression diagnosis (not depressed, just a lot going on!) and would ask questions from a form like, "when did these symptoms start"? no symptoms. Ugh. Then she looked at the calendar and couldn't accommodate my 90% open schedule, but they'd "get back to me about it". NOTHING. For a month! Its hard enough to reach out to someone to start therapy when you're struggling, and to just be 'lost in the shuffle' really sucked. They did, however, contact me for non-prescription-medicine depression treatment.(Not depressed! Told them repeatedly! Plus I know for a fact that the treatment, TMS, is going to be declined by your insurance unless you meet certain requirements with medication, which I didn't come close to meeting anyway). They were kind enough to bill me an exorbitant amount, claiming that's "just what it is", and refused to adjust anything claiming garbage about insurance. I've had to start several of my family on therapy (thanks, life!) at other clinics, even starting this year, and we didn't pay 1/3 of what Remedy charged for diagnostics or actual sessions. I'm sure their medical spa is fine, but for therapy, go somewhere else. I found a different provider and started a session within a week. Nobody who needs therapy should have to jump through these kinds of hoops unless the therapist is like, world-class and famous, like Dr. Gottman. Just no.

Fantastic experience: Kelli and recently Rebecca Newberry have been caring for my diabetes along with general care. They are willing to always go the extra mile with patients and true understanding the root cause of issues. My health has never been better because of this staff.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love remedy health and Kelli! She is very attentive to my needs and answers all of my questions! When I ask her for refills they are quick to get those sent right away.I would definitely recommend my friends and family to see her!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. They are always quick with their response times and take everything you say into consideration. Kyleen is an absolute joy! A genuine ear goes a long way!

Negative experience: Communication with this office is horrible-no one is on the same page regarding care, I have gotten calls from the office regarding things that should be notated in my chart. I haven't felt heard at appointments. I leave voicemails and get return calls and it is evident that the person who called me back did not listen to my voi email or look at my chart.The doctor states she will do things or follow up with you then never does. I am being billed for a service that was denied to the provider, that I am not liable for. Terrible communication and terrible patient care. Doctor reccommends supplements or medications that I am already taking, per that same doctors request. I feel like just a number, not a patient. Absolutely disappointing all around.

Fantastic experience: The staff are Remedy Health are wonderful! Kelli is amazing! Her staff members ( Nicole ) aways respond to questions in a timely manner and are extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: Kelli is an amazing physician. She truly cares and makes you feel seen and heard. I love that she looks for the root cause of the symptoms rather than just using medication to treat them. Remedy also offers a wide variety of services, from medi-spa to therapy.

Negative experience: If you are wanting a seamless practice of people that treat you like a patient rather than a burden and a number, do not go here. The communication is terrible and when you call to follow up they are rude and have no idea who you spoke to last. Not a good first impression I cancelled my first appointment.

Negative experience: The front counter staff was friendly and the psychiatrist I had was great but the therapist I had was to much, she ended up saying something quite offensive in session. I will not be returning.

Positive experience: The providers are great, and the staff is very friendly. The problem is with wheelchair access. There is no handicapped parking, and no wheelchair ramp up to the walkway, although the curb is low enough for 2 people to manage. The outside doors are just barely wide enough to get through, and I have a small wheelchair. I'm probably their only patient in a wheelchair, so I understand how these things are easy to overlook. I know I never thought about it until now. I just want other people in wheelchairs to be aware that this place may not be accessible to them.

Fantastic experience: Kelli and her team are so kind and caring. Providing excellent care and looking for solutions. They truly care about the entire person, not just treating symptoms. Everyone from our teens to parents have been patients over the last 7 years.

Negative experience: Ms. Christine is terrible. I have borderline personality disorder and part of treatment is getting CBT therapy. Not light bar therapy. That she only did when I was having an episode not to work out past traumas so I could move forward in life. I expressed this to her and I continuously got told about how the light bar is in a way CBT therapy. No, it's not. Getting meds refilled is like pulling teeth. No communication. They ignore you on the app they give. I wouldn't waste the time.

Fantastic experience: This is by far one of the best places you can go for healthcare... They are quick to get you in for an appointment, fair in pricing, and most of all they really care... Kelly, Kyleen, and all of the nurses and staff, are great and very professional...

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Schmoker at Remedy Health. She was attentive to all my needs; took time to understand all my concerns; and helped create a care plan that fits my lifestyle and budget. The whole office staff were kind and friendly! It was a great experience from start to finish. I feel like I am in great hands at Remedy Health and would highly recommend them for all your health care needs!

Negative experience: I am going to try and condense this and focus on the fact that I did not have good experiences with 2 members of Remedy Health. When I decided to reach out and make them aware of the situation, I was told I could speak to a member of the staff and they would pass it on. No one bothered to reach out to me, offer reasons this happened or any apology for my experience with them. In my opinion, I wasted about 3 months of my time. Apparently, this was not important enough to the owner/manager to speak with me and make sure this is not the experience of others. Sounds to me like they are not too concerned about their clients. I would not go back nor recommend this business!

Fantastic experience: I was very leery putting my child into therapy. They called me right away to get my kid in when her last therapist didn’t really work out. Rose has been amazing with her music therapy and she really makes my child feel comfortable! After every session my child is happy and shes given me the best advice! Im so excited to keep working with her and my kiddo! The other staff is always friendly and super nice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Kelli & Meg at Remedy and I can’t say enough how pleased I am with both of them. It’s hard to find people you trust especially when it comes to health and wellness. They are both so knowledgeable, genuine and helpful. There hasn’t been anything they haven’t been able to help me with and the results with the services I’ve received have been amazing!! I’m truly thankful I was referred to Remedy and got the opportunity to meet them - I consider them friends! And their new location is so bright & beautiful! I can’t recommend Remedy enough.

Negative experience: Unless you have all time in the absolute world to devote yourself to jumping through the hoops that Remedy Health requires of you, don't bother. Seriously. It took two weeks for them to have availability to schedule lab work after an initial consultation. You have to download like 3-5 different apps to communicate with them, view lap results, do telehealth, etc and BE WARNED, you will get notifications for the labs every few hours. IT'S RIDUCULOUS. Also, the PA I was attemping to work with had extremely limited availability for in person sessions. They complicate every single step in the process. I wonder if they actually know what they are doing or if they just drag out the simplest of processes to suck people in and get their money.

Fantastic experience: If I could offer more stars, I would! I recently saw Kelli for acne scar revision. In the past, I have gone to providers that were located in big fancy offices. The care that I received from Kelli far surpassed any care that I have ever experienced going to somewhere fancy. Kelli was down to earth, easy to talk to, compassionate, and understanding of my needs. During the consultation, I asked a lot of questions and was never made to feel like my line of questioning was inconvenient. She valued the input I had from my past procedures and (most importantly) she CARED about the results I got. Aside from all that, this is what really won me over.... Kelli called in a specialist to help with the procedure. I have NEVER experienced an already knowledgeable provider calling in a specialist to ensure that the patient gets the best results possible, and Kelli did! In doing this, she demonstrated to me that her desire to help her patients receive the best possible care far outweighs the moments where your ego tells you not to ask for help (which, let's be honest, we are all guilty of that!) If I could give Kelli a thousand stars, I would. If you want long term results from someone who is dedicated to providing quality care, Kelli is the provider for you!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kelli for yearsssss and will continue to see her for my care. She got me in last minute last week and helped me during a scare I had with difficulty breathing. She didn't waste a single minute when I arrived and even made sure I was taken care of even after I left and was at home. I trust her for all my healthcare needs! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would. They have been amazing. With out giving too much personal detail, they simply know what they are doing, I switched completely from my previous doctor.

Positive experience: Went in because I had a Groupon for the dermaplaning. It was a bit frustrating getting a hold of someone initially. 3 phone calls later (not sure if I ever got a call back from the first 2) I finally got the appointment. (When they don't answer you get sent to an answering service) Once there the staff was lovely. Meg was very friendly. She had a good sense as to when to make small talk and when not to. There wasn't any awkward silences. It was more relaxing then I expected and I ended up falling asleep. I am curious any their other skin care treatments. I was told they might be moving soon. Parking is easy as it's in a large lot. It's a shared area. If you are looking for it, it's behind the base clinic but there's no direct access off of 36th so you need to go to capeheart or go around a bit.

Fantastic experience: I have just recently been using their services when I was not able to see my regular Doctor. They have been extraordinary in treating me with knowledgeable, and compassionate services. Doug and Kelli exceeded what I was hoping for when I had appointments with them. I just recently saw Doug and he diagnosed my symptoms and set me on a course of healthy recovery. I was blessed to begin to feel somewhat human again in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Remedy to anyone. I do not write reviews often but in this case I felt obligated to because I so appreciated their services. Thank you again Remedy.

Fantastic experience: I love this clinic because of the wonderful staff who work there. Every time I go they make me feel so comfortable. You can tell they know their stuff AND care about you as a person. Fairly priced, personal services... I could not recommend this place more highly!

Fantastic experience: Saw Penington after seeing a very good Nurse Practitioner. I didn’t think it could be better but it was. Penington reviewed my history, discussed alternatives and together we formulated an action plan. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tweak what I had started before seeing him. I’m switching to here.

Fantastic experience: Overall, awesome experiences at Remedy Health. Love Kelli! I honestly feel like I am going to visit my sister when I have to make a visit to my provider -- she's so personable and down to earth. The staff is also wonderful. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, their follow through is amazing (never have to worry about faxing medical records, assisting with refills, ect). As an individual who works in the health care field, I am choosy when it comes to providers, service and care of the patient. Remedy Health continues to exceed my expectations.

Negative experience: Great Doctor, terrible staff. Tara Benge will blame you for their mistakes while calling you a liar, without even attempting to look into the problem. It is quite a shame since Doctor Pavlish was the first doctor that I trusted in years, Thank you for such a traumatizing experience.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is extremely friendly! I have gotten laser hair removal by Kelli and have notice a huge difference after the first session. Definitely would recommend others to go visit!

Fantastic experience: Recently Kelli performed a laser genesis and limelight procedure to help lighten the dark spots on my face. After trying numerous creams on these spots, I had about given up. I am so thrilled with the results I have seen even after my first treatment!
