Fantastic experience: I use the RLPD shoulder pad. After surgeries on both shoulders and arthritis from decades of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and comercial fishing, I can now say my shoulders are stronger and have more range of motion than they have had in over 5 years. After 7 years of being off the wrestling mats I'm seriously considering getting back on. The way the shoulder pad is configured also makes it easy to use on my knees and hips. They may not have had that in mind but it sure fits great on those areas as well. Awesome pad and great Price!!

Fantastic experience: I used the Red Light Pro device and it made my post-workout recovery much more manageable. As someone who has a spine injury, I try to stay away from invasive treatments and have tried many different therapies. This is by far one of the most effective in helping me manage my pain. Highly recommend.

I am a Functional Nutrition Chiropractic Doctor and am grateful for so much progress with reversing accelerated aging on my patients and myself But could never resolve a chronic digestive issue on myself. I surmise because I abused my digestive system when I was younger. I am now 61 yo and after 1 session with the Redlight on my abdomen, it gave me relief! Negative experience: This is a complete waste of time and money !! I paid 1,300 for 4 sessions and saw no results! I got on semeglutide which is far less than she charges and have already lost 15 pounds in one month.

Fantastic experience: I came across Foskaris Wellness on Facebook a few months ago and saw the red light therapy full body bed, and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try it… Let me tell you…. this place is a hidden little gem… I came in to see if it could help my back pain. After my red light therapy session, I was taken to the Relaxation Room, where I got to sit in the Infrared Sauna, and then lay on the PEMF crystal mats. They put these colorful glasses with relaxing music on my head it was quite an amazing experience. Not only did my back feel better. I started feeling better. And wow I have never been so relaxed… I have a high stress job and to add in I’ve had long haul Covid, I was a mess. After a few visits, I woke up one day and I realized I’ve never felt this good in years. I have continued to go once a week. I now look forward to going to sleep because it feels so complete. I wake up wanting to go to work, huh?! Exactly. Since I felt so good, I treated my family to go to Foskaris Wellness, Let’s start w mom… she was taken off her antidepressants causing her to be irritable, not able to sleep that good and because of inflammation from her RA, she’s had pain all over her body. We tried all kinds of things to bring her some peace but nothing was working. I brought her to do red light therapy, the PSIO and crystal mat. She loved it. She fell asleep, woke up went home slept some more and woke up the next morning telling me she felt amazing . Way less pain and body relaxed. She has been in pain for years! This was a big deal. the next day she called to tell me that she could move her neck…. She has had a hard time moving it for years. It has now been 4 days and she is still thanking me for taking her to Foskaris Wellness If you’re looking for a place to help you feel your best I recommend you go see Penny at Foskaris Wellness. He won’t be disappointed. She cares about each and every one of her clients. You’re treated like family. I love and adore Penny and her staff. Fantastic experience: Wow what an experience. I went to Penny at Foskaris Wellness initially for my ruptured achilles (ouch that injury sucks and ruined my life for a bit). I've heard multiple sources brag about the healing benefits and I witnessed it first hand. The doctor initially told me it would be a 18 month recovery….. But after six sessions of Red Light Therapy, I was hiking again after six months. The doctor said he had never seen anyone heal from that type of an injury so quickly. I also used the wellness center for the fat loss services. The level of care, precision and attention to detail was amazing. The program was so easy yet comprehensive. It was super helpful knowing what would work for me and how to implement the steps to achieve my goals. The results speak for itself, I achieved my goals and I have so much more confidence now too! I can't thank you enough!

Negative experience: I found their promo for $59 on instagram. The promo didn’t say specifically one body part only. I set an appointment but I received a text that it would be $99 for the whole body. I was on my way and I had to cancel it. The ad is very misleading.

Negative experience: Everyone is so friendly and customer service is the best. The first initial appointment they show you how the program works you get the best treatment. Once you sit down and see the prices i can tell you its very expensive. I did 6 treatments and lost 4 lbs of body fat but no matter what i did i didnt lose anymore. I wish i would of had a better experience and maybe others will. But this just wasnt for me.

Fantastic experience: Penny Foskaris is an amazing woman who has changed my life forever, 1 year ago I was diagnosed with endometriosis which caused me to have 3 surgeries and had to spend alot of time in bed causing me to gain 20 lbs, I was not able to lose weight no matter what I tried and I was so depressed I had no interest in doing anything at all, then I ran into Penny and decided to try her program and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a difference in my waist just after 1 day and 1 light treatment, THEN in just 1 week I went down 2 pants sizes! Fantastic experience: As both a Doctor and a patient at Foskaris Wellness, I have a unique perspective on this wonderful Wellness Center. I am trained in various aesthetic treatments such as radio frequency, PRP (platelet rich plasma) treatments and fillers. That being said, In my professional opinion, the Infrared Treatments done at Foskaris Wellness are the best. Infrared skin tightening and fat loss treatments are the only aesthetic treatments that are non invasive and provide NO downtime and absolutely NO risk! After purchasing her book and using Penny's advice in the kitchen, my wife and I visited the center. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and calming. After a tour we experienced the relaxation room. I love the fact that I can visit the center and she even offers the PSIO for sale for self treatment at home! Courteous, giving of her knowledge, professional and most of all helpful.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Foskaris wellness for about a month. My initial reason for going was to deal with loose skin as a result major weight loss. What I found was more than a solution to my concerns, I found a new way to deal with other issues plaguing me. My initial consultation was great. Fantastic experience: As a member of the wellness community it gives me a great deal of pride to say that The Foskaris Wellness Center is a welcome combination of modalities for removing stress, promoting relaxation, inducing detoxification and creating a environment within the mind and body that allows the body to heal itself with greater ease and comfort. While you are there look into the Centers techniques for permanent weight loss and nutritional guidance. I did and I couldn't be happier. However what stood out the most beyond their many treatments was the level of care and belief in your wellness.
