Fantastic experience: Rapha is a great spot for many health and wellness needs. The chiropractors are very knowledgeable, the acupuncture is amazing, and the massages really help my muscles post workout. They take my insurance which is great for me!

Fantastic experience: The staff, ancillary workers, and therapists are exceptional in their cordiality to their clients. I have just started my therapy but having been in therapy for most of my life, at one time or another, I find the professionalism, caring, and the knowledge level is way above average. Everyone makes you feel their personal investment in their desire to help you get better. I can only say thank you and I am grateful to be getting physical therapy in thIs well cleaned facility. Even on a very busy day, when they were very short staffed, every effort was made to accommodate all clients needs. Ellen

Negative experience: WORST EVER!!!! New patients BEWARE!! I have been trying for MONTHS and I mean MONTHS to set up an appointment for my son. It is UNBELIEVABLE how INCOMPETENT the front staff is. They are not knowledgeable of the services offered at all and will keep you on hold forever. If you leave your information for a call back, NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. The only reason I tried to go to this facility was to avoid long travel time. But now, it seems so worth it to travel far for services needed. Don't bother with RAPHA WELLNESS. Waste of time.

Fantastic experience: When I walk in I am greeted like family. When I leave I feel stronger, healthier and more sure of my recovery. The medical team is thorough with my treatment, never rushed. They have been patient and understanding with all of my questions. I was so relieved to find additional health services here, even help with physical fitness!

Fantastic experience: I came to their office after a very bad experience with other PT services in Bayonne and never looked back. Only good words to say about the entire staff! Special THANK YOU to Leonardo and Ash for putting me back together after my ACL surgery. Also occupational therapy team is doing an excellent job with improving skills of my toddler girl. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly there. I wish I had a chance to come more often and use other services.

Fantastic experience: Had acupuncture there. It was wonderful. They included cupping and body work! I had a great night's sleep. The staff was pleasant, it smelled nice and they were hospitable.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review for my Mom, Joan Caputo. When she first started coming she was in constant pain with pins and needles. They have helped her so much. She barely has to take an Advil now. They are attentive, professional and has helped her enormously. Thanks to them she can walk again with barely no pain.

Fantastic experience: When I walk into the wellness center, I am greeted with soothing, inspirational music and wonderful smiles. Dr. Hanna and his staff is very knowledgeable on the best treatment for me. I have been having pain and a lot of tension because I clench my teeth. I started doing acupuncture. In three weeks, I have clench my teeth less. I have no more pain!! Thank you Dr.Hannah for setting up a wellness center in Bayonne that can take care all of my needs.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rapha Wellness by a friend. I was seeking treatment for my teenage son who was suffering from lower back pain. I myself at once visited another rehab center and made my son an appointment however he was never satisfied. He felt they took too long and well you know teen boys don't have much time these days to spend an afternoon, and/or an evening getting better. Although he has experienced pain constantly he never really addressed it. One day the pain became so severe that he requested me to find multiple doctors to treat his lower back problem. He was well aware that I have seen chiropractor, acupuncturist, physical therapist and massage therapist, however, getting all these treatments done was nearly impossible since I would have to run from town to town or city to city. I then immediately remembered the referral my friend had given me. So I called and to my surprise making the appointment was the ease they requested my insurance over the phone within hours called me back and advised me that my insurance covered the services. I brought my son and the office setting was so soothing and the front desk staff was courteous. My son was seen and to my surprise, while waiting I realized this was a one-stop-shop. They have everything possible to nurse you back to help. They have a chiropractor, acupuncturist, physical therapist and massage therapist and so much more. So instead of gaining one patient, they gain two. Whenever my son and I have to be seen I feel as if every effort is made to arrange the appointment as quickly as possible which we appreciate. There are true to their appointment time and don't have you waiting around to be seen. The entire staff is absolutely amazing they make you feel at home and the ambiance is perfect. I honestly can say Rapha Wellness has been heaven-sent for us.

Fantastic experience: After having ankle surgery 5 months ago, I would have never thought that I would be 100% back to normal. After having a plate and nine screws placed into my ankle, I am back to walking without being unbalanced, running, wearing heels (!!!), working out and returning to my normal routine. This is all possible because of Rapha and their amazing team. They are not only amazing therapists but they are amazing people who I can spend an entire day with!! They are not only helping my ankle recover but are also helping me lose the weight I gained during this traumatic experience! Shout out to Dr. J, Bhakti, Leo and the amazing PTA’s!

Fantastic experience: Rapha is a beautiful facility where ample parking exists. Dr. Hanna and his staff are very professional; personable, and attentive to clients’ needs. Myriad therapies are rendered that will undoubtedly reduce the extent of injuries. Rapha is a very; organized, and clean facility A cold/hot wet bar along with candy sometimes cookie treats are available daily. Minimal to no delays in between therapies received. Fantastic experience: Such a clean environment, the staff is friendly, encouraging & they truly work your problem area. My problem area is my neck and shoulder & the doctors do everything to help. Today, the owner took a half hour of his time to personally give me a laser treatment to work out the muscle. I never feel rushed, or forced to do something, and I feel like they truly care about their patients. I then moved onto accpunture, cupping, and a massage. Its excellent for mental health & relaxation.. not to mention the sauna & cyrotherapy. I wish I had more time in my schedule to go more than once a week—Try it!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my experience at the new Rapha Wellness Center over. I went for my first time last night and had such a WONDERFUL experience. It was so nice that I ended up going back again today. I received all of their services so I can give a well-rounded review. I received the physical therapy, acupuncture, cryotherapy, T-Shock, the sauna, and a massage. Everything was awesome. The place was very nice as well, they had a warm feel when I first got in there and the whole place was beautifully designed. All the machines are new and clean. The staff was very warm and friendly, great customer service. I even met the owner and he was a very nice person. He seemed like he cared about the importance of everyone’s experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in going.
