He truly listens and is able to adapt his treatment plan based on how I'm feeling during each visit. ACL rehab isn't linear, so I appreciate the thought he puts into each visit to meet me where I am and figure out creative ways to move me forward. I am getting stronger and working toward feeling 100% again with Dr John's help! I also see Dr Alexander, whose clinical knowledge has been invaluable in figuring out the lingering issues I've had since my surgery and prior rehab. I came into the clinic from Beverly Hills not knowing what to expect in Miami, but the moment I got upstairs into the facility, I had a feeling I was in good hands. The clinic is beautiful—clean, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Fernando greeted me personally. After we shook hands, I bent down to show him how I couldn’t even tie my shoe due to back pain. He smiled and said, “That’s a good benchmark—let’s see what happens after treatment.” Ten minutes later, I was literally touching the floor with zero pain. I couldn’t believe it. It was like magic. Then we moved into core and mobility exercises to reinforce the work he did. If I could rate him more than 5 stars, I would. I give Dr. Fernando a 100/10. Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever going to physical therapy and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in with a pulled hamstring that had been bothering me for a while. There was constant tightness, discomfort when walking or stretching, and that deep, annoying pull anytime I tried to touch my toes or straighten my leg. After just one session with Dr. Fernando Titus, I felt a major difference. Movements that had been painful or limited were suddenly smooth and easy. I could actually reach down and stretch without feeling that usual tension. Fantastic experience: Eric Alexander is by far the best in the business. Have been dealing with major sciatica and lower back pain for well over a year. After being immobile for months, having back surgery and going to 3 separate PT’s here is the first place I have been able to see some serious progress and begin getting back to normal life. Would highly recommend to anyone that has been dealing with back/sciatica pain. It is tough to find a good PT here in South Florida. With Eric he was the first to offer a clear game plan and route to getting better. Very attentive and offered a tailored solution. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with lower back problems many years ago. I do not need surgery, and I do not want to rely on pain medications or injections. I was recommended by a personal friend of mine who happens to be an orthopedist to reach out to Fernando Titus, one of the Doctors of Chiropractic Medicine. I initially thought I would benefit from one visit but soon realized that regularly following up with Dr. Titus has changed my outlook on life. Although my back pain is not at a zero, I can definitely say it went down from a 9 to a constant 2, and when I utilize the warmup techniques and soft tissue mobility Dr. Titus has taught me, it's down to a 1 when I am working out. I can go back to sprinting and hiking and jumping and don't feel old when I play with my neices. What I love the most is that Dr. Titus saw my progress, and he recommended we start spacing out our follow-up visits. Fantastic experience: I had a session with Eric Alexander for a Meniscus Tear, and within 5 minutes, he was able to identify my problem (which was contrary to what other “specialists” had told me) and gave me instant relief by having me do some rehab exercises and stretches. Fantastic experience: I came to ASR after a hip injury left me unable to drive, sleep, walk or sit without intense pain. Also disheartening was the fact that I couldn’t exercise properly or participate in the physical activities that brought me joy. Through Dr. Evan’s initial evaluation he helped me realize that my deep hip pain was only a symptom of a greater issue: an overused Tensor Fasica Latae ( TFL) and an underused gluteus medius. Unaware of how certain anatomical parts protect and aid hips, Dr. Evan described to me how these muscles could be the root cause of my injury and what steps I should take next. After the first day of therapy I already felt a huge relief. As the sessions went on, he demonstrated how to self-perform soft tissue massages and provided me with a variety of exercises meant for hip mobility and glute strengthening to do at home. I am now eight weeks into my physical therapy and I can drive long distance, sit for prolonged periods of time and workout like I normally did before my injury. I would highly recommend Dr. Evan to anyone with an injury, anyone looking to protect themselves from a future injury and anyone looking to improve their athletic performance.

Fantastic experience: Coming back a year or so later with yet another incredible review for ASR & Dr. Eric! Over the last few months I have been dealing with some onset debilitatingly painful back/hip pain with no proper diagnosis. I'd tried everything by myself to find a solution, rehab, and so forth with no luck! Was truly at a loss and just assumed it was something I'd have to deal with long term. Was super deflated! In the span of about 20 minutes Dr. Eric not only diagnosed and found the exact source of the pain but also ran through several corrective exercises that almost instantly got to the root of the issue. Dude is a genius! Having had bulging and herniated disks about a year back (which they also fixed), and now with this onset pain (a lateral disk issue) there is no one I'd trust more with rehabbing these issues – from just basic corrective exercises, to needling and so forth, ASR is the best! 10000/10 would recommend and is an absolutely life changer!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ASR! I'm being treated by Dr Eric Alexander for some reoccurring sciatica pain i'm getting after a spinal fusion done 7 years ago. His knowledge of the human body, treatment techniques and dry needling has really helped considerably. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Evan Motlong to help get rid of my recurring stiff necks & dizziness which were a result of poor posture and neck injuries over the years. In only a few sessions I felt a major difference, and with his treatment as well as my at-home exercises I have not had any stiff necks or dizziness since. We were also able to address other areas of tension that I have from my sport, and with dry needling and different exercises I am feeling back to 100% again. Fantastic experience: My history of injuries over the past 10 years is a puzzle that can be difficult to piece together. I usually don’t expect much from a first visit. However, my first visit here was nothing short of extraordinary. Dr. Evan listened to all my concerns and came up with an effective plan of attack on Day 1. We did a combination of dry needling, electric stim, and mobility exercises that had a massively profound effect right away. A headache that I’ve been having for 6 months went away and I got to wake up to my old self before being in a long headache induced fog. For me this is a major breakthrough. Beyond that I’ve got to say the facility is top of the line and decked out with high-end modern equipment. If you’re feeling off drag yourself to ASR it’ll make a world of difference in how you feel inside your body.

Fantastic experience: I am happy to have found Soli and eternally grateful for teaching me how to eat! At first, I thought she was going to give me a meal plan adjusted to my lifestyle, but that wasn’t the case.. She taught me how I should eat to stay healthy and how to balance my diet whenever I broke my routine. That’s why, before, my relationship with food during my travels was not the best.. Fantastic experience: I had to go see Dr. Evan Motlong for pain I was experiencing in my knee and my shoulder as a college basketball player. Even before I even had MRI/X-ray, Evan was able to accurately diagnosis the pain I was experiencing and where there was damage. He is a perfectionist and wants to make sure he is extremely knowledgeable in what he was trying to help his clients with. He understands what it’s like to be an athlete and suffer an injury and the toll that can take on you physically, emotionally, and even mentally. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a lot of pain in my right knee while I was running and so I went to Dr. Evan Motlong for help. He was able to pinpoint the pain in my knee and he had me do the Thessaly test. He knew exactly what was wrong and he told me I need rehab for me knee. He was very professional and with his help my knee is back to normal and I’m able to run again without any pain! He really cares about his patients health and long term recovery and I would recommend him to anyone seeking treatment!! Thank you Dr. Motlong!!
